She has helped me with several health concerns, especially my back pain, which has improved a lot since starting treatment. What surprised me most is how much she has also helped with my allergies. I can breathe so much easier now. Dr. Shen is very busy at the Pleasanton location, so sometimes I drive to the Fremont office to see her. Now the service: First if all, I am completely convinced Park's Acupuncture prolonged my gallbladder for another year and a half. I originally went in for severe upper back pain (a common symptom for needing your gallbladder removed). Like so bad I couldn't sleep at night and wanted to throw up. They noted that it could be gut health and/or due to my jaw clenching (which yes, I do). They did a combo of cupping therapy and acupuncture. They were wonderful about starting me off at 2 times a week, then informing me I could go down to 1, to suggesting every other week, to flat out letting me know that I could simply call them if I started getting pain again. Did all the paperwork, answered all of the doctors questions, he moved me to a back room, had me lie on my back, told me what he was going to do, inserted needles in various parts of my body, now lie back and listen to the soothing music, I'll be back in 15-20 minutes, Dr. Vincent came back in 20 minutes and gave all the needles a twist, slight burning sensation, nothing painful, and he said he'd be back later, came back in, removed the needles, I was on my way, made another appointment, came back for the second appointment, told him how I felt, told me the same thing as the first appointment, we need to get your energy flowing, second treatment was the same as the first, this time the effect has lasted the week, I do have more energy and finally the world has stopped spinning, can't wait for my next appointment, so don't be afraid to try unconventional medicine / therapy , it has worked for me, thank you Dr
