Took care of the paperwork and had my first session - very relaxing environment, a few pinches of the needles and she left me to rest for a bit of time. I think I dozed off a bit to give you an understanding of how nice and relaxed I was. Immediately after my session, I slowly got up and felt the relief of tension from my low back. The tightness I had felt before was now almost gone as was the shooting pains down my legs. Sophia suggested a second session after some time to see how the recovery progresses. I had my second session today and notes the tightness in the low back was slightly still there and with some dull pains in my hips. She adjusted and went to work. Now the service: First if all, I am completely convinced Park's Acupuncture prolonged my gallbladder for another year and a half. I originally went in for severe upper back pain (a common symptom for needing your gallbladder removed). Like so bad I couldn't sleep at night and wanted to throw up. They noted that it could be gut health and/or due to my jaw clenching (which yes, I do). They did a combo of cupping therapy and acupuncture. They were wonderful about starting me off at 2 times a week, then informing me I could go down to 1, to suggesting every other week, to flat out letting me know that I could simply call them if I started getting pain again.
