For most people they think planned parenthood is only for abortions but they provide so many other services!! Such as birth control, STD testing, pregnancy test, treatments and even have check ups for pregnant women. So it's way more than just a place for abortion. They provide medication for you right then and there no need to go to a pharmacy (depending on your insurance). I personally love coming to this location because they always have an appointment available. Today's visit I was in and out within an hour!! Everyone there was nice and very helpful and very informative as well! This facility is very clean like always and definitely my go-to clinic.

Absolutely unacceptable billing practices…read more Kindbody repeatedly sent me duplicate charges for the same service -- a total of SIX incorrect billing statements. Every time I thought the issue was resolved, another inaccurate charge or statement appeared. I have spent over 10 hours dealing with their billing mistakes, following up with support, reviewing statements, and disputing charges that never should have existed. No patient should have to go through this level of administrative chaos from a healthcare company. What makes this even worse is that my reimbursement is STILL pending while they continue sending inaccurate billing communications. This has been one of the most frustrating healthcare administrative experiences I've ever dealt with. Please review your bills very carefully if you use Kindbody.

However, when I went back the next day (took me one hour to get there), the person at the check in told me that they "tried to call me" to let me know that the physician "cancelled my appointment" for no reason (literally so irresponsible for a medical clinic that offers emergency contraception services and abortions)???????? They offered Monday which was way too late for me because I was in an emergency, so I'm possibly screwed over LOL. I checked my call logs and no one called me that whole day, so they were definitely lying to my face that they were trying to reach out to me. At first they tried to help me but then they didn't give the care I asked for, I was 8 weeks pregnant and had some symptoms, I asked for ultrasound but they refused to do it for me telling me its not important, I wanted to check on my little tiny baby, they said it's normal and nothing to worry about just monitor your bleeding. But I was feeling that there is something wrong. It's not a normal bleeding. The next couple days I lost my pregnancy. What if they listened to me and did the ultrasound just to make sure everything is ok, and to give a good care to me and my baby. I feel so mad. I'll never go there again. Just give the care that the patient is asking for besides what you think of. The mother's guts and feelings never lies.

I confirmed my appointment multiple times by text, completed the online check-in the night before, about 12 hours in advance, and arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:00 PM appointment.
