I had a complication after my initial surgery and it took an absurd amount of calls to get ahold of anyone. (I ended up needing and having an emergency surgery to repair a CSF leak.) Since after reaching out multiple times via phone and email with no success my fiancé had to go in to the front desk (staff was blasting music, didnt notice her because they were staring at their phones, and had a dog on their lap, looked like a poodle.) At some point my insurance bill was sent to a company I've never even heard of, they have my actual insurance on file. This doesn't make any sense because they have submitted prior claims to the correct company in the past. The front desk all together was an absolute mess, Dr. Ball is a skilled surgeon, Dr. Shrada was awesome, but these people at the front need to be held accountable... ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE! In summer 2021, I started having unknown reason fever and rashes for weeks and I even go admitted to hospital for over a week without any diagnosis. When I was so desperate and felt hopeless, Dr. Mcnamara arrived in hospital and checked me 5 am in the morning multiple times. She was so professional, careful, considerable and confident. She gave me tremendous help and encouraged me things were under control. She quickly made my treatment plan and got me out of hospital in several days! Since my condition needs more treatment in the following months. I regularly visited her office. Every time, I felt better and better based on the treatment she gave me. Without a doubt, Dr. Mcnamara's 20 years practice on this high professional level is a blessing to all patients she has helped! I want to say thank you again!
