Do not use this company. I had my home treated for rats in the summer and paid for the one year warranty. I have seen and heard one ever since. I have called each month. They came out twice, but since then not once. The third time I called, the technician arrived early and left obviously since he was not there when I drove up. The fourth time, the tech sent me a text message saying that my garage, which comes almost all the way down to the ground, flush with the driveway, was the way a rat could get in. I've had my house treated twice before and had three other estimates, no other company made up this ridiculous claim. He never showed up, just the text. The last two times I called, my message was taken, but not returned, and the second time I was scheduled for a tech to come out the following week. During that time, the rat ate three holes in my carpet, ate through a line under my dishwasher which causes water to gush out and soak the carpet in the next room and the backyard. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager. Whenever I call the manager is not in and my message is taken or I am sent to voicemail. In 13 years of home ownership, this is the worst experience I had had with any company servicing my home. read more
