I had a great experience with Artisan/Adrian and his team. From the beginning, I had a very frustrating time finding anyone to install my Ikea kitchen. I had made all the measurements but was afraid it wouldn't be exactly precise. It seems no one wants to install Ikea, go figure... ha. Anyway, I had started out with a different company (a friend of a friend) and that job ended with the demo because they had literally walked in and doubled the price they had quoted me, not to mention they said they'd worked on Ikea projects but it was obvious they hadn't. So I called Artisan and was able to set up a date right away. They honored the price quote they originally gave me months ago, minus the demo, which I greatly appreciated. Great start! There were a few snafus due to the nature of my space (a loft in an old building), but Adrian always came up with a solution to solve the problem. They were efficient and pleasant to have around. I cannot stress how happy I am with Adrian and his team. We received several quotes to reno our fireplace area in our basement prior to reaching out to Adrian and weren't thrilled about the designs they were providing nor the cost. He was honest and allowed my husband and I to talk it over and decide, no pressure. I have never dealt with a more honest contractor. As an example: when buying the tiles that we ordered, he noticed that they were from different batches and therefore would have slight discolorations, so he facetimed me from the store and personally showed me around the store and found another great option for us. Raul and his crew at Artisan Home Improvement were fantastic. They fabricated and installed new quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops for my condo. Raul was communicative and honest throughout the process. He provided me with cost-savings options for the quartz, both with different brands and fitting what most fabricators said would take two slabs into just one, saving me a good chunk of change. Raul and his team showed up on time for the initial measurement appointment and for installation, which they were able to fit in on the day I needed based on my work schedule. The only hiccup was that the backsplash pieces were slightly too tight a fit with my mirrors, so they had to recut those pieces and return a couple days later. While they don't have a fancy showroom, if you know what you're looking for and want solid work at a reasonable price, I recommend Artisan Home Improvement. read more

We could not be more pleased with Artisan. We had them install a new front double door from a single door. They were meticulous with the details and went above and beyond. The electrical work from our electrician took a little longer than expected so Artisan was delayed doing the door, but was very patient and even helped us unload some hardwood that was also being installed.
