Jozef even walked me through a couple of additional items that made a huge difference in the remodel including painting the cabinets instead of replacing (I don't know how they did it but they turned out perfectly), moving a cabinet for better sight lines, making a waterfall edge to update the counter, and putting a light in the newly installed stand up shower in the bathroom. All of the work is extremely high quality including some of the best tile work I have seen (and there was a lot of it). VRC to the rescue! My building had an unfortunate fire, and being part of an HOA, initially was limited on what I was able to contract out to my own contractor. Let's just say the company the HOA hired was a disaster and I needed to hire someone else. In came Jozef and his VRC Team! He was able to help me with my ideas and maximize the space to its full capacity! He had ideas of where to place the island, walk in closet, tile options, built in office, accent wall ideas. I had an appointment scheduled to do a walk through of the job and get a quote. VRC reached out to me to confirm the appointment the day before but no one showed up. Thinking something came up, I messaged them back on here to see if they were still coming. I got a phone call from someone at VRC saying they didn't know about the appointment, their was an emergency but they would be over in 30 mins. No one ever showed up or called to say they wouldn't be making it to the new time. Totally understand emergencies happen. I had my kitchen remodeled last year by VRC Management and I love it. I was new to the process but Jozef was very patient with me when it came to recommending cabinet vendors, quartz slab vendors, etc. As with any construction project, it had a few hiccups and took a bit longer than expected (This is expected when you start opening walls, adding electrical and extending water lines) but I love the outcome. While looking for a Contractor for our 2BHK reconstruction/remodelling in West loop, we wanted someone who would value our choice/time and money. With VRC management, we hit the Jackpot! Not only was Jozef, the owner, super responsive, but his entire team of sub contractors was extremely helpful and accommodative to our choices and timings.
