    Egg sandwich

Food service was excellent I had the California Cobb salad, which was fresh and tasted delicious. My friend had the egg sandwich which was delicious as well. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully.

We did Saturday brunch and it's a very cute little cafe. We waited about 25 minutes and it was worth every bite. We had 2 different omelets and if you have a chance to get one with fiddleheads, do it! The cocktails were fairly priced. Don't expect free refills on soda though. It comes in a bottle. Our server was great for recommending things and chatting with us about the area.

Came in after breakfast was done at 11:00 on a Wednesday morning. The waitress was very nice. The restaurant was empty and offered me any seat I wanted. Ambiance was very chill, perfect for the day. I went with a double espresso and a tuna melt. The food and coffee were good. Pretty standard fries and sandwich. Nothing in particular was amazing but nothing was bad.

    Bloody Mary

This Cafe was so yummy. Everyone loved their meals and the bloody Mary was on point! Both kids loved their sausage egg sandwiches and my burrito was so flavorful! My husband enjoyed his omelet but it was a little small, fortunately the rest of our meals were big enough to share with him. Our waitress was awesome, she was so sweet and attentive. We did wish they had a sweet option like French toast or pancakes, but apparently that is only on the weekends. Also, I wish I could have had a bloody Maria but I steer clear of Jose Cuervo, which was their only tequila option. But overall the pros outweigh the minor cons!

    French toast

Really cozy eatery with friendly staff. Came here for a quick breakfast and couldn't decide between the omelette or the French toast, so I got BOTH! Hahaha. The French toast was soft and moist on the inside (the soak it overnight so your not eating some dry piece of bread masquerading as French toast), the berries were fresh, and the syrup sweet without being overly sweet. Perfection. The omelette was delicious. The home fries were a mix of sweet potato and Idaho potatoes-yum! Overall, it was a great experience. Will be back for sure.

    Huevos and Kielbasa hash

Amazing breakfast options, food coffee, great service and a fun atmosphere. It was a perfect start to the day. Kielbasa hash is the only way I shall have hash in the future.

I don't actually throw this phrase around a lot, but Artemisia Cafe is an absolute "hidden" gem. Weirdly, Portland doesn't have a lot of places open for brunch midweek. And while Artemisia Cafe doesn't advertise it: they do. Until 10:30 every day you can order brunch, and baked goods, and enormous boozy drinks. It's positively delightful. As is their space: it's very warm, each booth feels very private, there's plants and art, and it just feels like a comfortable spot for everyone. That's reflected in their menu, too, since they have options for vegetarians and vegans. That being said, I am sad to see that they've removed the Sardou from their menu though (it was this hot spinach artichoke like dip that you could get on a bed of homefries, topped with a poached egg; so messy, SO GOOD - one of the most unique brunch bites in the city). Their baked goods aren't to be skipped; I just wish the cinnamon rolls were available more often. There really aren't any go-to spots in Portland for one, and Artemisia could easily fill that hole! Finally, if you like a good drink with your breakfast foods, GET. THE. MIMOSA. It's enormous. Probably the biggest one in the city. The bloody is divine too. Actually, just get both and thank me later.

    Breakfast burrito and chai latte

Artemisia was the perfect spot to stop for brunch after some friends ran the Portland half. It was around 10 am on Saturday morning, we waited 25 ish minutes for a table for 6. The space is clean, warm and inviting, with a case of delicious looking pastries when you first walk in. Once we sat down, water was quickly brought out as well as food and drink menus. Everything sounded delicious, but I went with the breakfast burrito which was fantastic. The melted cheese on top is delicious and the home fries are epic. These aren't your normal home fries but closer to perfectly roasted and seasoned potatoes. I ordered a hot chai latte to go with it and it was probably one of the best chai lattes I've ever had. Sweet but not too sweet and nicely spiced. The others at the table got the veggie hash and a special kielbasa wrap and everyone seemed super pleased with their orders. If I'm ever back in Portland this will definitely be a stop we make again!

Such a happy place. I had the Forester omelette and it was amazing, the goat cheese was delicious. If you want fast diner food don't go here, but if you want delicious, this is your spot. Prices are fair for the quality, most breakfasts are $13-18, fancy coffee drinks under $5. The ambiance is quaint and cozy. All booths, might be tough for groups larger than 4.

When we finally came during the off season, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity since wait times were shorter. The wait on a Saturday afternoon was about 15-20 minutes. I will say - I had high hopes for Hot Suppa. Between my fiance and I, we ordered the waffle, side of corned beef hash, and the fried green tomatoes eggs benny. The corned beef hash here is excellent - that I do have to acknowledge. I was a bit underwhelmed by the fried green tomatoes though. The tomatoes were just okay, but the excessive hollandaise sauce really just made the whole dish waaay too heavy. It was also just messy. Service was slow & our waitress tended to disappear for long periods of time. Coffee & water refills both took a long time. Parking here is difficult but not impossible. Most spots are only for an hour or so.

To start off I enjoyed a Morning Bun Latte while my wife got the Honey & Juniper Latte. Both came out perfect temperature with well done latte art and delicious taste. My wife was obsessed with their pottery mugs that the lattes came served in. Food wise we were looking to split everything and it worked perfectly. We ended up choosing French Toast, Soft Scrambled Eggs, and the Fried Potatoes side. Every dish would be an absolute no brainer for us to order again. Every bite of food kept us wanting even more. I was really intrigued by the rye and caraway muffin, and I love a good pastrami. Unfortunately, the thin pastrami was a bit chewy. If there is a meat spectrum that ranges from jerky to moist and tender (such as Sam LaGrassa's), it was too close to jerky. With plenty of butter and melted cheese, it was pretty greasy, though the flavor was enjoyable. I was happy to try it, and my wife really enjoyed the complex Como Se Dice Buon Giorno, with prosciutto, hash brown, banana peppers, etc. Next time, I'd probably grab a package of their English Muffins to bring home and create my own egg sandwich, but it's a quaint neighborhood spot worth checking out if you're in the area.
