This was a fantastic experience for me and my mom! The instructions were clear, staff very nice, and the selection of different items you could create was vast! I came here during a Black Friday 50% sale - otherwise, I do think that it would've been pretty pricey! Glad that I was able to snag that deal! The staff also served complimentary non-caffeinated tea and non dairy treats! There was also a little shop with lots of options to choose from if you wanted to take home something else!

My friend and I took the Turkish mosaic lamp class in Denver and it was so fun! The instructor came around often and gave individual support during the process. They set you up for success with patterns and a wide selection of colors to choose from. They all came out beautiful and you leave with everything you need to finish your lamp and set it up at home. The only thing that I would recommend is better instructions on how to get to the downtown Denver location. The conference room was hard to find. I also think the classes are a bit pricey but overall it was a fun experience!

my boyfriend recently booked a session for us to celebrate my birthday; even though they seem to be best known for their turkish mosaic lamps and ceramic painted bowls, we actually booked the flower decoration/terrarium! i am not typically the most artistic person, but the environment was so much fun and there was such a wide selection of decorations for you to choose from, it was hard to not be inspired. we were the only ones doing the flower decoration, while the instructor was primarily helping the other groups with their paintings and lamps, but pinar took care to ensure she still helped with any questions we had! the experience overall was about 2 hours, but it truly flew by. we were even offered turkish delights and tea during the experience, which was so sweet to try! all this to say, it was a fantastic experience and i'm so happy with my new moon terrarium. i can't wait to come back to make more crafts!

This was such an amazing class, we had Naz as our instructor and she was soo informative and kind. She made the class soo much fun and was soo patient with us since this was our first time and we had lots of question. Also the Turkish delight and the baklava was SOO YUMMY! I visited Turkey 4 years ago and regretted not getting a Turkish lamp while I was there. It was my first Country on a long trip and I just didn't want to carry it for weeks. Fast forward to an opportunity to make my own lamp locally. Umm, yes, please! Could I have bought the lamp cheaper on my vacation, yes....but, making my own design, priceless. Everything was flawless from purchasing a ticket to the class, instructions, assembly and finishing the process at home once everything dries. Fun experience! Very organized. Clear instructions and given 1 step at a time. Tea and Turkish delight was the perfect treat while we were working. Best part, I loved not being rushed. We were there about 2 and 1/2 hours which went by very fast. I absolutely love the lamp I made. It was definitely worth the price paid for the experience. They have been open about a year and a half and deserve the support. Clean facility, friendly staff and easy parking.

So much fun!!! I loved the experience. I ended up making a beautiful Turkish lamp that looks high quality! It is very self paced and you get about a 2 hour time slot. The lady who led us was very kind and even brought us a delicious mulberry tea and some Turkish delights! I only wish there was a larger color selection!

Really fun class and easy to follow! Nas was really helpful! I'd definitely recommend it and would come again!

She was thorough in showing us how to make our project and very friendly. They also offer ceramic painting and floral arrangement classes.

One of my friends surprised me with a candle holder making class from here, and I loved it so much! It was fun and relaxing coming up with the design and then moving it to the actual candle holder. Our instructor, Devran, was also super helpful in answering our questions and providing guidance as needed. read more

I have been wanting to do this class for a very long time and so excited to have finally done it!!! The experience was so fun and making the Turkish light was such a great experience. They offer Turkish coffee and baklava at a price and then even offer Turkish Tea with Turkish delights for free near the end of class. Highly recommend taking their class! read more

Spent the morning creating mosaic lamps with my mom! The staff were very helpful with questions and offering suggestions. They offered patterns to follow and have a good selection of different size lamps. Might have to come back to create a holiday one! They also offered a small snack and tea while we worked. Total time was about 3 hours and did everything but plastering in class (which you do at home with instructions). Definitely would recommend for anyone (as a group or solo activity)! read more

The class started late. People didn't know if they were supposed to wait for instructions or start on their own. We weren't told right away that applying the glue lightly would stop your tiles from slipping. The cement that goes on it had to be done at home with brief instructions in person and having to watch a videotape multiple times. My overall product as well as three in my group look terrible. Plus, I paid full price and the prices kept dropping. read more

Location: UW Tacoma Date: Sunday June 30 Time: 2pm Meh. Fun project but disorganized. No signage anywhere on UW Tacoma campus to help find the class. Class was large room jammed with tables of 4, no AC and not enough space to work, either at the table or maneuvering through the room. Only one person to come around & cut the tops off our glue for a room of 60+ students. Very little instruction- just a quick demo, a tip to not use too much glue (paired with an insult that she only has to tell this to Americans) & admission that filling in the blank spaces with beads is a P.I.A. Then trying to sell more kits to take home & asking for tips (?!?) left me feeling a little taken advantage of. read more

First off, beautiful studio! The customer service was phenomenal. We did a lamp making class and the instructor explained every step of the way and assisted in the whole process. The price can be a little expensive, but most definitely worth the price. There's a wide selection of colors and lamps you can choose from. Would highly recommend! read more

The little studio is clean a pretty. Lots of things to look at for inspiration before you start your project. The two ladies who instructed were friendly and very helpful. They provide all the materials you need to make your little masterpiece. It's fun and I found it relaxing. We had a group of six and had our own table. There were several other large groups and a few singles or two. Everyone seemed to enjoy the experience and we all compared and complemented each other's work. My partner and I went here on a date night and had the BEST experience! Our instructor was so nice and walked us through every step. The process was easy to follow and very therapeutic. I was so happy with my end results and can't wait to plaster it at home. They also served traditional turkish tea and tukish delight and both were delicious. Making the lamp was fun, but there were certain elements of the experience that could be improved. The instructors were tot that involved. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, but a little more interaction would have been nice. The instructor and her assistant were on their phones in between steps. I did not like that. You have to finish the project at home with putting plaster on it. I feel like if it was in a studio, you could finish it there. I was also unhappy that for the price I paid they didn't even offer us the Turkish Delights that were promised. The whole thing could have been better. read more

We came during the week around midday, so parking was easy to find, but if you're coming on a weekend or in the evening, I'd recommend arriving early since parking is limited. Our instructor, Sage, was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the entire pottery-making process and making it feel approachable even for beginners. We made two pieces total--one hand-built and one thrown on the wheel--which was really fun and exciting to try. The whole experience was creative, relaxing, and unique. We took the one-time pottery class and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of them. After your class you're supposed to get an email a few weeks later to schedule glazing. I never got the email, had to reach out twice to get any contact. Then after glazing you're supposed to get another email to pick up your pieces. Guess what, I never got it and had to reach out again. Overall it took us over 3 months from the first class to get our pieces. It's a great concept and fun but would not recommend this business to anyone.

I really wanted to love this lamp-making class in Tustin. Sadly, the reality fell far short of expectations. The biggest issue was the complete lack of clear instructions. We were given brief, almost dismissive, explanations, and then left to our own devices. The staff didn't circulate to offer help or answer questions, leaving everyone feeling confused and a bit abandoned. It felt less like a class and more like a self-guided project with minimal guidance, which you could easily do at home with a kit. The rush was another major problem. Designing a lamp takes time and thought, but we felt pressured to finalize our designs quickly. This made the whole experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The "snacks" provided were also a huge disappointment - a couple of tiny mochi pieces on toothpicks and lukewarm Kool-Aid in paper cups. It felt cheap and thoughtless. For the price of the class, I expected a much better experience. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're hoping for a structured and enjoyable lamp-making experience. I attended Denvers mosaic lamp class and the instructors were terrible and had no idea what they were doing. They didnt explain anything (what tiles are see through, how close together you should put the tiles, bead placement) so it ended up looking like a 4 year old made it. They also had no background music which was awkward. The class stated we would get turkish snacks and tea, we each got literally one 1/2 inch square of a turkish delight and a paper cup of watered down apple tea. Would not recommend at all because the instructors ruined the class. read more

I had an incredible experience at this Turkish lamp-making shop! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the intricate, hand-crafted lamps were absolutely stunning. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from Devran. She was so patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the lamp-making process with genuine care.
