Went there to have a small watercolor reframed and they did an amazing job and done within 2 weeks. They called to remind you of the completion and pick-up. Found a little debris down by the corner of the new mat so I brought it back and showed them and took care of it quickly and at no charge. Ends up they took it apart 3 times and eventually found it was from the painting itself. Told me to be real careful when moving it. It wasn't there fault and the still didn't change me. Really nice people that do beautiful work and care about customer service. I would highly recommend them for your next project. read more

After looking through Yelp, I found this place near to us. I like supporting local businesses. We took quite a few family heirlooms to be framed - prints, artwork and special Asian fabrics. Didn't have a clear idea on some of them how best to frame and display them, but they were super great about suggesting interesting ideas and the end products were uniformly fantastic. Since then, I've brought in quite a few more special items for framing - movie posters and work memorabilia etc. - and as before the work is consistently creative and quality and reasonably priced. This place is really really excellent all around. I have tried more than a few frame places in LA, but I am happy to just go here from now on. Thank you very much for all your top notch work and for your kind thoughtfulness, Nick! read more

Damn the owner was condescending, my review is two years late but i just recalled coming in here to get quotes for some pics that i wanted to get framed. I had brought sample pics that i printed at home, as i was waiting for the professional pics to get printed, and was judged up and down by the owner for wanting to frame something he deemed not worth framing. I've been taking my work to UAG down the street and their service has never been questionable. Hopefully you don't meet him on a sassy day. read more

Good pricing, great work. Super nice. I had a good experience getting a print that means a lot to me framed. They estimated 2 weeks and that's what it took. Highly recommended. read more

I bought a piece of art, and the artist recommended Framed. When I brought the piece in the woman working that day patiently helped me select a mat and frame, and she expedited the framing when I said I hoped to have it done by the end of the week since I was hosting an event at my house. It's a large piece so I was not expecting they could rush it. I picked it up today, and the owner stayed late (on a Friday!) when I called to say I was stuck in traffic. So appreciative of their work and service. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent work !!!!!!! I'm very pleased with their selection of frames and professional framing standards I highly recommend them for your museum quality framing needs. I'm glad I was able to find a professional picture framing business I can trust that delivers superb quality. read more

They have the patience of an Angel and the skill of a God. I am the world's most indecisive person and I came here 5 different times over a span of 3 months and even brought other people with me to help decide. Stephanie and Nick were super helpful in showing me every option and trying to work within my budget. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. I ended up going with one of their new rose gold frames for my Don Quixote microprint and I absolutely love it. It's my favorite decoration in my bedroom. I'll come here again to get any future work done. Thanks!!! read more

Great service, craftsmanship and a reasonable price. Nick was super knowledgeable and understanding of what you need and working with you. Custom framing isn't the cheapest thing, but it is worth it. Highly recommend this store. read more

I came in to have some wedding photos printed and framed as an anniversary gift and the folks at Framed delivered beyond expectations! Nick was very understanding and quick to assess the best path for my needs. Huge selection of frame styles and each one was carefully considered for the best look. I went all around West LA getting quotes and looking at potential frames for my piece. Stephanie worked within my budget and gave me great options. I'm very happy with how the art turned out. I even bought an art piece on the wall. Plus, there is an adorable dog in the shop. Definitely recommend you come here for your framing needs! read more

These photos have been waiting 100 years (literally) to be treated with the respect they deserve. Nick was great at understanding exactly what I needed to preserve these pictures of my grandparents and their siblings. I didn't want to bury their handwriting on the back of each photograph, and Nick handled that perfectly with plexiglass! Because of their age, and my dream that they will continue to be passed down, the framing is all conservation quality. While I am incredibly lucky to have these mementos of my grandparents, I am equally thankful to have found a frame shop I can rely on. Thanks Nick!!! read more

Been to 7 frame shops in Los Angeles and this one by far has the best quality at the most affordable prices. I tried a frame store in Culver City and walked out because their prices were idiotic. Then I tried a frame store in Sherman Oaks next to the Super Cuts and they quoted me over $400 for a basic frame and acrylic glass option. I ran into Framed.store by mistake, as they are near my office. Nick is the person who helped me, and the experience was amazing. First he has a great eye for pairing matting with the art, and choosing a great frame in your budget. The frame I got was much nicer than more expensive ones at other stores, and he wound up charging me just above $200 as opposed to the $400 the guys in Sherman Oaks tried to charge me. When it comes to the most affordable frame shops in Los Angeles, this place is the best. Nick was also very accommodating; I was on vacation and he held my piece for more than a month. He even packed it into my car for me and used cardboard to prevent any potential damage in transit. Customer service is top-drawer all the way. Great communication. Friendly. And knowledgeable. It's hard to see in this photo but the frame is a bronze modern one with some nice texture that compliments the orange in my print. I am going to use this place for all framing projects going forward, and so will my office. Nick and Framed.store are the best art framers in LA! read more

I have been waiting to post this review until I got the art hung on the wall, it deserves to be shown so beautifully in its space. The moment I walked into Framed.store I felt very well taken care of. Nick and his associate took so much time with me to find the best and cost friendly frame and matting options for a world "song map" that my brother gave me. I am BEYOND happy with the results. My map is absolutely stunning with its perfect matting and gorgeous gold frame that allows it to stand out. ALL of my art and photographs will be framed by framed/store from now on- Nick is so lovely and so good at what he does. I am actually trying to find MORE stuff to have framed now because I am so happy with their work. read more

This place is the absolute best. We were in need of a repair due to mold damage and a frame to modernize the piece while still keeping the same classic feeling. Not only was Nick knowledgeable and the nicest guy ever, but he picked out an absolutely perfect replacement frame to elevate the piece without distracting from the piece itself. We will absolutely be back for any future framing needs. read more

First time custom framer here! I don't know why but for the longest time I always thought custom picture frames would be too expensive and difficult to do. The Framed store just looked so cool and high end. So after passing by the store for the hundredth time on my way to UPS, I finally summoned the courage to go in and see. I'm so glad I did because it was insanely easy and so affordable! You just select a frame from their wall, which is attached for Velcro's so you can easily swap and decide how it looks next to your artwork or photo. The whole process literally took no longer than 5 minutes. I brought in a huge badly kept certificate with a ton of wrinkles and they were able to smooth it out by 98%. I am so happy with my frame! And the best part about the store is that they have THE MOST adorable dog there! I mean I wouldn't mind paying them to play with the cutie pie. I will definitely be back! Love this place read more

I really like this place and have had at least 8 pieces framed here. I do think they are significantly overpriced. However, between the great service, product, and convenient location, I will keep coming back. Also, I haven't been to another framing store that I felt wasn't overpriced so I think high fees are par for the course for this service. read more

Best framing store in Los Angeles. I collect vintage French advertising art. Before finding Framed, I was always left with almost perfect framing at a higher cost at other frame stores. Framed has the largest collection of frames on its wall of any frame store I have visited. If they do not have the frame you want; it simply does not exist. The prices are very competitive, and the service is impeccable. What I really liked the first few times I visited was the willingness to figure out my tastes and style so they could recommend a perfect frame. Today, they immediately knew what look I was going for and brought 5 samples which were all tailored to my taste. Framed is simply amazing! read more

Super helpful and friendly service. They found a perfect one for my portrait of my pup. They really took into consideration color palate, size porportions, cost and my likes/dislikes to come up with a perfect one! Fixed another frame as well. Reasonable price and fast service. Highly recommend! read more

I have nothing but great things to say. I've been in several times, but on my most recent trip they they really went above and beyond. I received a framed t-shirt as a gift, and decided to swap to a different shirt of more sentimental value. I was able to reuse the frame, but the team suggested a different mat to really make it stand out, and they switched it for a reasonable price. When I had a concern about the positioning, they worked with it again, pulling and prodding the old shirt until it came out perfectly! There's a glare on the frame so it doesn't exactly capture how amazing it looks, but it's awesome! read more

I had a piece of art with great sentimental value. It was a print on canvas that was given to me (framed) 35 years ago. I took it off the wall for the first time in 20 years and noticed dust/very fine dirt that had accumulated between the canvas and the glass. The canvas was also "drooping" a bit. I took it to Framed to see if anything could be done. Stephanie was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked many (!) questions. I left the artwork, picked it up 4 days later and was very happy w/results. She also removed the frame from another small piece I had and made suggestions on how I might proceed with it, as well other general advice on some old paintings (cheap but near and dear to me) and their old frames. OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Stephanie! read more

Brought over several pieces of art, Nick and Stephanie both took their time to ensure every piece was unique and the total picture worked. Very happy with the quality, timing, customer service, and you exactly get what you pay for. I came across this frame store by chance when I was dropping off some packages at UPS. I had thrifted a print, and the original frame was pretty beat up and the glass had cracked. I brought it in, and the owners took a look and suggested a frame. They also suggested plexiglass as it was an autographed print and wouldn't crack as easily. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but I wasn't in a rush and it came out great! Definitely would recommend. read more

Stephanie, Jasmin, and Nick have been so helpful in the whole framing process. They are true artists and provide great customer service. They framed a special piece of artwork for us and it is stunning! I was so excited to hang it right away once we received it! Stephanie gave many options for the glass and frames. She picked a perfect frame to compliment my husband and I's artwork. It literally looks like it's made just for our artwork. I'm so grateful for the stunning job they did and will definitely recommend Framed to my friends and family. read more

It seems that a lot of framing stores in west LA just don't have the level of service and price figured out yet. As far as Nick at Framed.store is concerned I think he has cracked that combination. I just want to frame my art work from Zanzibar and not spend a fortune. I was on a budget and he did a great job giving me a high end look at a reasonable price. The framing store on Venice has a huge selection of frames but I wanted more of a classic old school black thick frame for my African Art. I had it up on the wall of my house 30 min after picking them up. Picture posted in review. read more

I got a poster print that came in an unusual size, so I thought it would be best to come here in person to get a good frame and some expert advice. Nick provided phenomenal customer service! He measured the print and walked me through the best looking and budget friendly options from their pre-made frames. He even helped me decide between which 2 frames aesthetically paired better with my photo. The quality of the frame that I ended up with is excellent, beyond my expectations for the price point. I'm so happy with my decision to come here instead of ordering from a big box store. I want to get more prints and posters in the future, and when I do, I'll definitely come back here! read more

Shouts out to Art Solutions LA!! Art Solutions LA is my go to spot for all my framing needs. I prefer to support local businesses, and was greeted by the owner, who was very friendly, honest and helpful. I had to come on here to write a review because of how amazing the customer service and frame work here is. A little back story, I had found a fantastic piece of art at a thrift store but the frame and the canvas were hanging on to each other by a string (literally). So I found the nearest frame store on yelp and headed in. I was greeted by Emily whom I talked to about the frame and asked if they could fix it up as best as they could. She brought it back to the specialists and they started on it immediately! While I was waiting, Emily offered me a huge bottle of alkaline water and we had a wonderful chat. She was so personable, I hadn't had a great convo like that in a while. Then in a flash the framer came out with a completely refinished back for the art that looked like it was just bought brand new. They really went above and beyond what I expected and for what I paid. Along with the customer service, I highly recommend this place for any frame work. You will be greeted with warmth and your pieces of art treated with the highest quality even if you bought them at a discount store. :) Thanks guys, I'll be back! read more

Easy, relatively-inexpensive. Pleased with results! Got something framed for my boss!

Found a treasure off Venice Blvd near Overland intersection, Art Solutions LA. Saw their sign on the corner of Venice & Selby Ave. I had a painting that needed to be made smaller and an existing frame that needed modification to fit said painting. Nick Gurney greeted me. Charming and helpful. And what was charged for the work done, very reasonable. And completed work in fair time. I will return to Nick when I have any future framing needs. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Nick at Framed. We wanted our bathroom mirror framed in a rush (a few days) and Nick was very accommodating -- he helped us choose a frame, and finished the job ahead of time.
