It's a spicy garlic gochujang sauce, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect level of heat. The drunken noodles were okay, although the noodles felt a little undercooked to me. Crab rangoons were a respectable 6/10. The egg rolls arrived cold and extremely oily. They tasted good, but spiritually they had been through something. Portions were VERY generous for the price, so no complaints there. The restaurant was cute and they had the Zara Larsson dolphin artwork, which I personally consider an important cultural contribution. It was also incredibly loud inside. Not music loud, just the collective power of approximately 50 people all having something important to say at once. Service started off impressively fast. Getting the check, however, became a long-term goal. At some point I accepted that I lived there now. Parking on a Friday night was an act of psychological warfare, but I did choose to go out on a Friday, so I have nobody to blame but myself and perhaps urban planning.
