It appeared to be the property management for the commercial property addressing the individual about their vehicle taking up two parking spaces. It was explained to her that those spaces are needed by patients visiting the medical offices in the complex for their appointments. I can only speak to what I witnessed while I was there, but I don't think it's fair to hold this business responsible for an interaction that appeared to involve the property management rather than the coffee shop itself.

We were seated in a booth upon request while we waited for her to arrive. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my son. When my daughter-in-law joined us, Amy took our order right away. I kid you not--I got everything I wanted from the menu and it was worth every penny spent, my son got a teddy bear pancake (which was reasonably priced), and I was even able to add an egg to my Western burger. My daughter-in-law placed her order, and off the waitress went. Moments later, our food arrived. It was fast, hot, and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, my daughter-in-law received the wrong meal, but Amy worked her magic again.
