    Brunch this morning

Some restaurants serve brunch. The Brunch Corner hosts a family reunion with better food every weekend. Alexis, Ashley, Alejandra, and Summer have you feeling like a regular by visit two and family by visit three. The kitchen staff deserve a standing ovation for making everything taste like it was picked, cooked, and plated in the last ten minutes, because it probably was! The vibe it's giving is family, the food is always fresh, and we will be back.

This is very happy place. Food is made to order and summer, our waitress assured us that anything can be modified. This is one place where I felt confident my very specific dietary needs including avoiding cross contamination of vegetarian food with meat products can be avoided. Everything was presented so well! Clean restrooms. An extensive menu that has something for everyone. Most notably the staff is cheerful and happy and the care taken in maintaining cleanliness and eye for detail tell me that this is a place you can trust

Our wonderful breakfast, biscuits and gravy and fruit topped french toast!

I am soo glad we happened in here today! I have literally traveled across this country trying biscuits and gravy to find the best ones in every city I have visited. Believe it or not, my favorite is right here in Carmichael! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy and tender and can stand on their own. Once you add the gravy, these topped the all of the rest. The gravy was just the right consistency. The balance of flavors was the best I have had. My wife had the French toast with berries and cream that she also loved. We are looking forward to our next visit and discovering what else they excel at.

LOVED this place! We happened upon this place when we were on the hunt for a new brunch spot and we were very glad we tried this place. It's a small and quaint spot, a few seats at the bar, some outdoor seating. We had about a 20 min wait, they text you when your table is ready. The mimosas were good, the food was delicious, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. PARKING: They have a small, private parking lot which was full when we arrived but there is street parking and people seemed to find spots nearby. We will for sure be back!

Located in a sharp corner of Fair Oaks and Manzanita Ave is a newly opened beautiful building with outdoor and indoor seating. The place is super cozy, a little cozy for me due to seatings are a bit close but why not squeeze all strangers together and all can eavesdrop and everyone can be in one conversation J/K. Beautiful inside and outside. Parking 3.5/5 about 10 vehicles Service 5/5 Friendly and all smiles from entering and exiting the building. The ladies are like chameleon able to adapt to all the different personalities Food 4/5 was good and a lot better than some places I've been to in the area. The menu is grand for the small place. Bathroom 5/5 appears that someone upkeep with it. Maybe labeling the key the lady that came back with the key was to the men's restroom Definitely will be returning because the service is amazing and to give the other menu items an opportunity to be devoured by me. I am so glad the bathroom is on the outside. Let the funk stay outside

We came here one Sunday morning after mass in Carmichael and were overall pleased with the quality of food and reasonable prices. We got eggs over medium with potatoes and a meat omelette (I think it was beef or carnitas, it was the hubby's), the energy booster juice, and a hot latte. The energy booster unfortunately was missing the cucumber as they said they didn't have it but we ordered it anyway. The service was ok, the server we had was more in a hurry. The ambiance was packed and a bit on the dirty side. Looking at the floor, it looked like it could use a scrub. Overall, while the quality of food was ok the place just appears to look a bit tight and dirty. I rate this place a 3.5 and perhaps we will try again in the future.

Family owned restaurant, with the kindest ownership and best food. I absolutely loved the huevos rancheros, with a side of extra spicy salsa! The potatoes were perfectly seasoned! The orange juice is freshly squeezed and coffee was delicious. The service was very quick and staff were friendly! They do have tight seating, but they offer patio seating which helps accommodate their guests. Either way, that doesn't matter when the food is this amazing! There are lots of options on the menu that I can't wait to try!

This was our first time trying this restaurant and it was packed! When we got in and sat down (didn't take long) we could see why. The service was top notch, they were so friendly and attentive. The place is small inside but there is outdoor seating as well. We didn't feel crowded at all. Now the food! Hubby got the chorizo scrambled I think it was. It was not too greasy, a little sweet and delicious! The potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft inside just like we like it! I had the carnitas omelet with the same delicious fried potatoes. Our meals came hot and fresh! We both still had plenty left to make breakfast burritos before work the next morning! We will be back with our family and of course already recommended to a handful of people. We just love supporting our local mom and pops! Try it! Yum!

My husband and I were looking for a new breakfast place to try and yelp took me to The brunch corner. It had good reviews, so I thought why not. Boy, oh boy those reviews were not wrong. This place is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Alejandra and she's simply amazing. We felt welcomed. The inside is small and cozy. The food choices are great. There were so many options. I ended up getting chicken waffles and my husband got the egg Benedict with potatoes. Side note- they make their own chicken tenders and it's so good . This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended

Tasty food and good portions. Service was right on point. We are longtime customers of Ray Azteca and were very curious to try this place. It did not disappoint. Ask for senior discounts, they do offer them Chicken fried steak and chorizo and eggs were excellent!. Casual atmosphere. We will be back!

I've been posting brunch reviews for a while and this was the best place yet! The vibe is warm and fun. Everyone that works there is happy to see you and the seem to actually enjoy themselves and the customers. Our server was fantastic. I had the avocado toast that was unbelievable. They have an incredible mimosa selection and the prices are so reasonable. The coffees are great too. This is definitely a place to come back to again and again.

Brunch Corner delivers as a great breakfast/brunch place. I went on a Sunday morning (10am) for breakfast and was seated immediately..but later on around 11am there was a line outside. They have a cute outdoor patio seating area, although the parking lot is small so parking can be tricky. Had the breakfast chilaquiles plate, it was delicious. The tortilla chips strike that perfect balance between crisp and tender, soaking up the egg yolk sauce without turning soggy. The red salsa sauce is rich but not too spicy and isn't overpowering. Topped with fresh crema, queso, avocado and perfectly cooked eggs, every bite feels hearty and satisfying. My friend ordered the chicken and waffles plate, which was equally impressive and tasty. The fried chicken is golden and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Paired with a fluffy waffle that has a slight crisp edge, the combination hits all the right sweet-and-savory notes. The syrup ties everything together without making it overly heavy, and each component holds its own while complimenting each other. Overall, The Brunch Corner is a solid pick to satisfy your breakfast appetite. Whether you're in the mood for something savory with a kick or a comforting sweet-savory combo, this spot delivers a satisfying breakfast.

If you're thinking about coming to eat here. DO IT! Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Alex our server was great. Super cute decor and outside patio was really cute too. The michelada was bomb! Super excited to have found a cute brunch spot without having to drive to midtown. Will be back to try different menu items. Had the breakfast burrito and huevos rancheros 10/10 And the french toast! Delicious

FRENCH TOAST...never look so pretty, and the chef wrote BRUNCH CORNER on the plate!! It was WONDERFUL!! THANK YOU STAFF!!

I was in the neighborhood so I decided to try this place again. The place is still very bright and clean, and the menu hasn't changed. A wide selection of a lot of different things. Primarily, crêpes and burgers. (of course) I decided to go with the Greek crepe. Cheddar, onions, feta, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and black olives. For my side, I chose the salad. Just as good as before. First of all, the salad, the greens were very fresh, and the vinaigrette had a nice tang to it. It was not overdressed as some people do on salads. The crêpe itself, it was tender, and it was large. They were very generous with the fillings, and everything played well with each other. I was kind of curious about mixing feta and cheddar, but it was amazingly good. The saltines of the feta was a wonderful contrast to the creaminess of the cheddar cheese. Both cheeses went well with the entire crêpe. I was going to try one of the dessert crêpes, but after this thing, I was full. Next time I will come in specifically for a dessert crêpe. While their salads are not cheap, they are a much better value than other non-chain restaurants that serve salads because of their top quality ingredients and the sheer size. Initially wanted to do a half sandwich and half salad my dining partner and I each one is separate types of salads, but then I saw the steak sandwich and they did not do the half steak sandwich with a half salad so we ordered a full salad and order the steak sandwich where we each had a giant half chicken, arugula, salad, and large halves of steak sandwich, and we also got our second choice of salad Fugi Apple with candied walnuts by paying a four dollar upgrade to having it instead of the french fries. They do substitute a plain dinner side salad for the fries free of charge , but I wanted the special Fugi salad, which is so so good. The amount of high-quality chicken on the arugula salad was truly impressive, and the super soft giant slice of focaccia made the salad quite the meal! Initially, I was a little disappointed to see that the steak wasn't a whole steak and was sliced into three slices, but after I tasted it, it tasted like the most tender awesome steak without any fat or grizzle that a whole steak often comes with and it wasn't anything like a Philly cheesesteak which is something I don't like. So I was super happy with the steak sandwich. Cafe Dantorels is an order at the counter and take your number and be seated. Serve your own water, kind of place which saves on staff and seems to be quite efficient. Also allows for people that are dining with other people where they don't want to have one bill they can easily just pay for their own meal and not have a be awkward. The interior is inviting and there's a giant patio in the back that's covered for a large groups and then there's quaint seating around the exterior of the restaurant, which is my favorite. The service was fantastic from start to finish. We had the chance to chat with Julian himself along with a couple other staff members, and everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The stars of the meal were definitely the breakfast wrap and the bacon, egg & cheese croissant. The breakfast wrap had the perfect balance of scrambled eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes, avocado, and cheddar cheese. Everything worked together without any one ingredient overpowering the others, and the salsa on the side was a great addition. Honestly, it's one of the best breakfast burritos/wraps I've had. And the croissant... wow. It was absolutely delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the croissant was light, flaky, and buttery, and every bite was packed with flavor. The Nutella crepe was also very good. The crepe itself was perfectly made, though there was a little more Nutella than I personally prefer. Next time I'll probably ask for less, but that's purely a matter of taste. The avocado toast was the only item that didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was good, but the honey flavor dominated the dish and drowned out some of the other ingredients. I'd love to taste a little more balance there. One and Done - Disappointing Experience at Midtown Crepes…read more We won't be going back to Midtown Crepes after a truly frustrating experience. The food was disappointing across the board, but what really sealed it was the complete lack of communication from the kitchen. They substituted two different sauces for sausage gravy without telling us -- one of them was a mushroom sauce poured all over my wife's crepe, which she specifically asked to have on the side. She hates mushrooms, and her meal was completely ruined. The "smothered beignets" came drenched in a strange white wine sauce -- again, no warning or explanation. My mother-in-law's crepe had a bunch of extra ingredients that weren't listed on the menu, and it completely threw off the dish and ruined her breakfast as well. The crepes themselves were thick and rubbery, more like tortillas than the thin, delicate crepes you'd expect. We ordered regular beignets as a starter, but they didn't arrive until after the rest of the meals, making them feel like an afterthought. To top it off, my sister-in-law's pancakes were ice cold -- so much so they wouldn't even melt the butter. Service was just as underwhelming. It took our waitress three separate visits to remember lemons for our water. No apologies, no explanations -- just slow and inattentive. There are too many great places to eat in Stockton to waste a meal here. Midtown Crepes seriously missed the mark.

Hard to miss this place as it's upstairs and doesn't have a stand out sign. Inside is spacious and…read morethey gave indoor and outdoor seating. The guy who made my crepe was nice, I was kind of in a hurry because my parking spot time was almost up and he made my crepe pretty fast. Menu has sweet and savory options, but wished it had more sweet combo flavors. My crepe was good, i liked the texture and the flavors. Good size too, but on a lil pricier side. I would definitely come back when I'm visiting Tahoe.

Stay away from the waffles and bagel sandwiches. I ordered a waffle for my son and expected a large, typical pressed waffle. The waffle he was served was about a quarter in size of one of those large waffles and tasted like a glazed donut was pressed in a waffle machine. I had asked for syrup and powdered sugar on the side as we try to limit sugar for our toddler and I was appalled that this waffle was literally a glazed donut. My husband and I ordered the classic, but paid $1 extra each to turn it into a bagel sandwich. The bagel was incredibly dry, the bagel was bacon bits that were falling off the bagel, the cheese was shredded cheese that was not even fully melted, and there were a few pieces of scrambled egg that were ok. It was actually inedible for me. I ate the egg and some of the bacon bits with a fork, but threw out the rest as it was not worth eating. I was incredibly disappointed with this breakfast. You order at the counter and they don't even bring out your food to you. It is a decent sized space and they have indoor and outdoor seating.

We had the upstairs section, which was roomy. Love the whole vibe and atmosphere. Ordered the veggie omelette that came with choice of toast. Also had the Nutella crepe with bananas. It was good but needs a little more Nutella to my liking. Definitely will return, such a cute picture friendly environment.

Im such a savory flavored girly so I am all for that savory taste but I think the sweetness of the crepes always throws me off. Next time I'll order some sweet crepes and I'm sure I'll really enjoy myself. Crepes are typically supposed to be sweet yes but I personally feel it's hard to incorporate that with the savory dishes they offer. Hot sauce helps! Definitely ready to try some sweet crepes next time. I wonder if they will ever put a fruity pebble or strawberry shortcake one in the menu. That would be sooo good I'd definitely eat those up! Last time I was here I ordered a cold brew and it was not good at all. First time ordering a coffee too. I ended up getting it to go and added some mocha flavor at home and boy was it good.
