I do not recommend this establishment for several reasons and they are as follows: 1. The food was mediocre at best. 2. The ambiance was OK. 3. The service staff was not well-versed regarding the menu. 4. Negligently -the menu omitted food allergens. On October 17, 2026 @ 12 noon, My friend and I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict. Unfortunately and unbeknownst to me, they do not use authentic/genuine crab meat for this dish but do for the other crab dishes they offer. I have a severe soy allergy and as a result I experienced swelling in my hands, fingers, wrists, and feet for days. To combat the swelling and inflammation, I had to take multiple rounds of 600-800 mg ibuprofen for multiple days. The inflammation was so bad that I was hobbling on Sunday morning and I could barely lift anything with my hands. I consumed two hard boiled eggs so I could take 800 mg ibuprofen that morning. I spoke to Nick, the manager of the site, Sunday (18) and Monday (19) following the incident, and he told me that he was going to pass this information to the upper management. I waited until Wednesday (21) to call back, but another manager, Devon, was on site. At least he was sympathetic, but still no call from upper management. I also tried to send an email to upper management to the email that was listed on their website, but to no avail. It bounced back. As a result, I called the Sacramento County Department of Health and spoke to Mustafa. He told me that someone would call me the following Monday (26) or Tuesday (27). I received a call from Emily T. from the Sacramento County Department of Health after the site inspection. Evidently, since they are not a franchise and have less than 20 sites, they are not mandated to cite food allergens. She also stated that Nick said that the wait staff needs to be re-trained. In summary, I believe that establishments should clearly state on the menu food allergens. At least the wait staff should announce them to prevent future adverse reactions. Furthermore, I am never returning and will tell my friends and family not to go either. read more

So highly recommended making a reservation if you're planning to go on a Sunday morning. I started off with ordering the Winter Honey Latte. I was surprised by how delicious this was. I ordered the Parkway Crepe for my meal and the Wicked Apple mimosa. The crepe was good and extremely filling. Their menu is stacked with so many fun flavor options, and I love their seasonal and holiday specials! This time around I went for one of their Millionaire Mimosas, the Merry Mimosa. It came with its own mini bottle of champagne attached. Super cute and totally Instagram worthy, though I will admit it was a little awkward to drink. Still very good and absolutely worth it. We have tried multiple Mimosa House locations, and this one is by far and away our favorite. Nick, Danielle, Skylar and Devin (and Omar when we get to see him), every single one of them is friendly, on top of everything, and just genuinely good at what they do. And honestly, that kind of experience does not happen without a strong kitchen and the rest of the team behind the scenes. We may not know everyone by name, but it is clear they are all working together to keep things consistent. It is one of those places where you start to feel like a regular without even trying. We have even gotten to know a few of the other regulars over time, which just says a lot about the kind of place this is. You walk in, get a smile, maybe recognize a familiar face or two, and know you are going to be taken care of. We have made our way through a good portion of the menu over time. The food was very good, but there were definitely some hiccups. I walk into the restaurant around 8 AM, I like the place. It has a nice atmosphere, and it was clean. I waited and waited for somebody to come, I finally had to say "hello? Twice before somebody finally came. It looks like at the time, they only had one server. I'm seated at my table, she asked me what I wanted to drink, , and I told her decaf. She brings the coffee, and then walks away. That's when I realized. There was no cream, or no sugar of any kind at the table. Also, I was only given a fork and a knife, with no spoon to stir my coffee, when the cream and sweetener finally came. I just used my knife.... It turns out I didn't need it. (More on that later....). I had to wait several minutes for her to come back to my table. There was also a lady waiting to pick up her food, and you could tell that she was waiting also, because several times she looked inside the kitchen to see if there was anybody there. The menu is a large food and drink menu. Lots of mimosas on the menu, hence the name. I was interested in an item with the hot link. I asked her how hot the hot link was, and she basically said."I don't know, I've never had it." no offer to go find out, nothing. Instead, I ordered the Maine omelette, crab, shrimp, cheese, and hollandaise, and I asked for a cup of fruit instead of potatoes.. The food comes quick, and I noticed that there is no toast. I asked my server. "No toast?" And she replied, "no, that's extra. Would you like me to put in an order?" I declined. What kind of a breakfast restaurant upcharges for *TOAST*? I was worried that they would also be an upcharge for my fruit. Thankfully, there wasn't. The omelette itself was wonderful. There was a very decent amount of delicious, rich crab and shrimp, and there was also avocado on the top which added to the flavor. The hollandaise had a very good flavor. I'm glad I asked for it on the side, because the amount they brought me, if they would've put that on the omelette, it would've been too much for me. It would have been nice to have some toast to sop up the remaining hollandaise on the plate with, though... The coffee was good, but again, I had to specifically ask my server for a refill. For the quantity, and especially the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable, and they also offer a military/veterans discount. Despite the place being quite busy we were seated almost immediately, brought menus and offered beverages (had to stick to coffee, sadly, as we had family obligations). On this visit, my wife had the Perfecto Omelet while I decided to try Chilaquiles for the first time. Both dishes were well-prepared and full of flavor, though I'm still not sure what the fuss is about Chilaquiles. If you love 'em, you'll probably love these. I wasn't exactly disappointed; just not head-over-heels the way Guy Fieri is about this dish. The clientele skews younger but not in a way that made us Boomers feel out of place or unwelcome. Lots of families, especially on the outside patio. Inside is very lively and honestly a little loud, but in a fun kind of way. Have ordered breakfast for delivery a few times and without fail, there is something wrong or missing from the order. My most recent order was missing hollandaise sauce. It wasn't even an add on. Listed on the menu as part of the dish; arguably one of the most important parts of the dish. Also, the side chosen was a fruit bowl. Probably the saddest fruit bowl I've ever laid my eyes on. It looked like they scraped the bottom of the bowl. Aside from it being less than half the amount of fruit that it should be, it consisted of two paper thin slices of strawberry, honeydew and cantaloupe chunks about 1/4 inch squares and soggy/slimy pieces of apple.
