BLUF: clean store with easy display visuals and samples available. Staff service was underwhelming. The store is clean, easy to see tile options, and appreciated the samples to take home and view. Service was mediocre at best. (Their warehouse on Carrol Rd has amazing customer service). I felt like an imposition when asking questions and when I brought samples back in. We did end up purchasing tile but if you do make sure you call the warehouse order desk. I called the Miramar store first time and almost wanted to cry with the lack of assistance. read more

Wow wow wow! All I have to say is that I love Arizona Tile and I'm so glad that my contractor referred me to them. Hannah at the showroom was pretty much my lifeline. I came in totally overwhelmed & bewildered with no sense of interior design. She was able to be so patient & kind and guide me in what would look best in my house. She asked all the right questions and she was confident in what would look good in my home. I trusted her throughout the process, and she always gave me samples and was always reassuring to me. She's a gem of a person and now thanks to her, I have bathrooms and a kitchen that look better than what I could've dreamed up on my own. I'm so thankful! To top it off, everyone at the warehouse was so on it as well! I was able to pick up my tiles soon after ordering, and I was always greeted with kindness. J.R. & Tammie really stood out to me with regard to so much kindness & patience & they were so meticulous with every step to make sure everything went smoothly. Like I said before, I couldn't be happier partnering with Arizona Tile for all my tiling needs during my remodel. I highly recommend! read more

I love Arizona Tile! Their selection is beautiful, and the quality is excellent. While they may be a bit pricier than some other tile stores, the prices are very reasonable for the level of quality you get. I've purchased from them twice--once for my home and once for an investment project--and will definitely purchase from them again. The only thing I wish is that their slab yard were in the same location as the showrooms. read more

They have a great selection lots of advice from the staff. We will be back. Yelp wants me to write more

I went into this location to shop for tile for 2 bathroom remodels. Sarah helped me and my husband find what we were looking for and also showed us other suggestions we hadn't considered but really liked. She was wonderful and I really appreciated the time she took to show us other options. She also used our selections on a visualizer tool so we could see what it would all look like together, it was really helpful. read more

This was only my second flooring shop of the morning. The staff were friendly, but not high pressure here and I appreciate that. I was welcomed upon entering and told if I had any questions or needed assistance to just left home know. I roamed the showroom with my sample tile in tow and did lots of comparing before making some selections for inquires. The nice lady who helped me offer suggestions and alternatives then helped me get a few tile samples. Afterwards, she checked the inventory on the specific tiles I was interested in and explained the ordering/pickup process. Overall it was a great start for this tile journey--thanks! read more

Sarah, the Showroom Consultant at this location is wonderful to work with. She's full of knowledge about her products, while treating customers with respect, and does it all with a smile. She's eager to answer all your questions and has a way of making you thankful you walked into her store. Thanks, Sarah for your help. This location has such a positive vibe to it. I live in Orange County, but it was worth the drive to receive such excellent service. They had just what I was looking for. The manager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) of this location is also very pleasant and helpful. read more

Thankful for the wonderful service . This is a super late post and we purchased the fantasy brown tiles for an outdoor space we were building. The lady was so nice and gave me some samples to take home. The sample tiles are small so I was able to take a few. Glad we used them as recommended by my general contractor read more

Came in looking for fireplace surround tile. Had already visited some other a stores. Upon entering we were surprised at the relatively small size. But the store is super well organized and had more options than enough options. Dani, showroom consultant, approached us and provided great insight. She was helpful. She also showed us their website. You can pick any tile and group combo. Selection is overlaid into a scene. After seeing this, I can't imagine picking tile any other way! You have to check out their website. Wonderful tile selecting experience! read more

Hannah was so incredibly helpful. She made an annoying and tedious task so quick and easy. Thank you!

We're doing some remodeling and wanted to thank Sarah at the Miramar showroom of Arizona Tile. She's been incredibly helpful to us for our remodeling projects. She's been professional, efficient, friendly and effective. Sarah gave us excellent suggestions on both the flooring and the grout. The floors in our bathrooms have come out beautifully and I expect the kitchen and hall floors will be gorgeous as well. Thanks so much! also wanted to gave a shout out to Daniel Woods at the tile order desk. I've ordered through him a couple of times and he's been very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Arizona Tile is great, it's a little more than other stores but high quality of service and material are really worth it! read more

This review is based on selection of products. I will update after we purchase and install. Terry was amazing. Our house flooded on mother's day and we are now in place where we are forced to remodel master bath, all floors and kitchen. We had planned to do one project at a time starting this fall when kids were in school. Terry listen to us and with 20 min found every thing we needed to complete our jobs and we loved all of them. It was amazing. Honestly this whole process was making me stressed and she made it fun and exciting again with her positive attitude and ability to listen to what we liked and didn't like . She listen to what type of material we needed due to 3 boys and hectic life style . I do not have time to baby my marble . Im lucky if i have time to cook and clean up dinner. Terry even found they grout we needed and let us take home samples. Terry was godsend. I didn't want to spend my summer dealing w flood repair and going to multiple places w return visit. One and done . read more

We had an amazing experience with Arizona Tile, primarily because of our rep, JR Nall. He was absolutely terrific in service, consultation, responsiveness, work ethic & personality! We were doing a remote remodel from San Francisco and he spent so much time on the phone with us going back and forth sending us pictures and videos of the tile and quartzite we picked out and making sure it was exactly to what we wanted. He coordinated with a bunch of different locations and our fabricator and went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. It all paid off and our new kitchen and bathrooms look absolutely stunning. Big thank you to JR for all his help and hard work in making this a dream for us! read more

Excellent customer service and welcoming feeling I experienced from this store. They carry trend stylish selection that it was easy to find what I like even I did not have specific image of what I wanted to do for my bathrooms. read more

Not transparent on their pricing. Our bathroom had water damage and all the tile was being replaced. I gave them our price point; however I was told that the retail price was different than the whole sale price (understandable), but then I was told I wouldn't be able to view many samples at the whole sale, and that I couldn't find out how much our contractor would be charged. Ultimately this would have been too too time-consuming and resulted in several trips. read more

Staff not helpful. I don't know much but got the impression that I knew more than them. I asked how the store was organized and where I can find ceramic tile and the woman said, "All the tiles except the natural stone are porcelain ceramic." Huh? She let me know to ask her if I had questions and I asked about what percentage over I should order based on my known square footage and she said "When you place your order they can help with that." I had just watched a video where the host urged you to take advantage of the tile store people because, "That is what they are there for!" No, not here. I'm not sure what they were there for except to open the store. There were no posted prices, the selection seemed pretty paltry and uniform: you can get black, white, gray, or beiges, but that was all that was on display. read more

Very good selection and a great customer experience. Lots of samples to see and touch. Large inventory.

We are renovating 3 bathrooms. For each room, we had Laura P, a showroom consultant at Arizona Tile, San Diego Mira Mar showroom, help us make the many decisions that are needed for a stylish outcome. Wow... she knows design! Extraordinary! In less than an hour for each of the three rooms we remodeled we selected floor and shower tile type and color, vanity counter top color and cabinet color, and even wall paint color so that everything matched perfectly. Previously to finding Laura, we spent days going to one showroom after another around town coming out with more questions than answers. We felt so relieved after we got all of our answers in such a short amount of time. Ask for Laura and be pleasantly surprised on how easy it can be. Also, Arizona Tile has so many types, styles and colors to choose from there is no reason to go anywhere else. Tim & Pam R read more

You can't beat the selection and styles AZ Tile has to offer compared to other home improvement stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. After all, the word tile is in their name! We were referred to AZ tile by various contractors and our interior designer. I called into the tile order desk and ordered all the materials myself, paid online with my contractor's discount and my contractor picked up the order. Very easy process. You just call the tile desk and tell them what you want, and how much sq ft you want, they email you a quote and if it all looks good, you pay online through their website. What I liked most about Arizona Tile is the following: Pros: 1. Great selection - very elegant and high end tile choices. Makes your home look like a million bucks! 2. They offer contractor prices, so you don't have to break the bank to get great tiles 3. Ease of ordering from their tile desk phone # 4. Easy payment through their online system 5. Great customer service in the showroom. They let you take home sample pieces so we can compare them to our paint colors on our walls and our flooring. The ladies who work in the showroom are also very attentive and friendly. Cons: 1. They ran out of certain tile styles with a 2-3 week back order. The Westwood suburb series and cemento resalto bianco were very popular choices. We couldn't wait for them, so had to go with another design. We went with the Metalwood Platino to replace the Westwood suburb and the Touch Snow to replace the Cemento Resalto Bianco 2. Only open from 9-5pm on weekdays and 9-3pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Most home renovation places have sparse weekend hours. It was tough trying to get here since i work 9-5, M-F. Other things to note: 1. 30 day return policy with 25% restocking fee. Only full boxes can be returned (no loose or single tiles) read more

Michele Sherritt has been a saving grace as we have remodeled two homes in the past two years. It is overwhelming to try to put all the components together for multiple baths and two kitchens. My husband and I are renovating our master bath and have visited several tile stores in the San Diego area. Our search for tile ended at Arizona Tile on Miramar Rd. Their inventory was outstanding and the many options were impressive. With all that being said, what really sold us was the outstanding customer service. Our Showroom Consultant, Kaycee Kuehner, was outstanding!! She was very patient with us and offered us multiple options to consider. We had to return 3 times and she remembered us on each visit and what options we were considering. I stopped in here on my way to the slab yard. I didn't find the folks here as friendly as the ones at the other locations but they were helpful in directing in the right direction.
