We did end up purchasing tile but if you do make sure you call the warehouse order desk. I called the Miramar store first time and almost wanted to cry with the lack of assistance. read more

Wow wow wow! All I have to say is that I love Arizona Tile and I'm so glad that my contractor referred me to them. Hannah at the showroom was pretty much my lifeline. I came in totally overwhelmed & bewildered with no sense of interior design. She was able to be so patient & kind and guide me in what would look best in my house. She asked all the right questions and she was confident in what would look good in my home. I trusted her throughout the process, and she always gave me samples and was always reassuring to me. She's a gem of a person and now thanks to her, I have bathrooms and a kitchen that look better than what I could've dreamed up on my own. I'm so thankful! To top it off, everyone at the warehouse was so on it as well! I was able to pick up my tiles soon after ordering, and I was always greeted with kindness. I love Arizona Tile! Their selection is beautiful, and the quality is excellent. While they may be a bit pricier than some other tile stores, the prices are very reasonable for the level of quality you get. I've purchased from them twice--once for my home and once for an investment project--and will definitely purchase from them again. This was only my second flooring shop of the morning. The staff were friendly, but not high pressure here and I appreciate that. I was welcomed upon entering and told if I had any questions or needed assistance to just left home know. I roamed the showroom with my sample tile in tow and did lots of comparing before making some selections for inquires. The nice lady who helped me offer suggestions and alternatives then helped me get a few tile samples. But the store is super well organized and had more options than enough options. Dani, showroom consultant, approached us and provided great insight. She was helpful. She also showed us their website. Our house flooded on mother's day and we are now in place where we are forced to remodel master bath, all floors and kitchen. We had planned to do one project at a time starting this fall when kids were in school. Terry listen to us and with 20 min found every thing we needed to complete our jobs and we loved all of them. It was amazing. Honestly this whole process was making me stressed and she made it fun and exciting again with her positive attitude and ability to listen to what we liked and didn't like . Not transparent on their pricing. Our bathroom had water damage and all the tile was being replaced. I gave them our price point; however I was told that the retail price was different than the whole sale price (understandable), but then I was told I wouldn't be able to view many samples at the whole sale, and that I couldn't find out how much our contractor would be charged. Ultimately this would have been too too time-consuming and resulted in several trips. read more

We had an amazing experience with Arizona Tile, primarily because of our rep, JR Nall. He was absolutely terrific in service, consultation, responsiveness, work ethic & personality! We were doing a remote remodel from San Francisco and he spent so much time on the phone with us going back and forth sending us pictures and videos of the tile and quartzite we picked out and making sure it was exactly to what we wanted. He coordinated with a bunch of different locations and our fabricator and went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. Staff not helpful. I don't know much but got the impression that I knew more than them. I asked how the store was organized and where I can find ceramic tile and the woman said, "All the tiles except the natural stone are porcelain ceramic." Huh? She let me know to ask her if I had questions and I asked about what percentage over I should order based on my known square footage and she said "When you place your order they can help with that." I had just watched a video where the host urged you to take advantage of the tile store people because, "That is what they are there for!" No, not here. I'm not sure what they were there for except to open the store. There were no posted prices, the selection seemed pretty paltry and uniform: you can get black, white, gray, or beiges, but that was all that was on display. read more

Extraordinary! In less than an hour for each of the three rooms we remodeled we selected floor and shower tile type and color, vanity counter top color and cabinet color, and even wall paint color so that everything matched perfectly. You can't beat the selection and styles AZ Tile has to offer compared to other home improvement stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. After all, the word tile is in their name! We were referred to AZ tile by various contractors and our interior designer. I called into the tile order desk and ordered all the materials myself, paid online with my contractor's discount and my contractor picked up the order. Very easy process. You just call the tile desk and tell them what you want, and how much sq ft you want, they email you a quote and if it all looks good, you pay online through their website. What I liked most about Arizona Tile is the following: Pros: 1. Great selection - very elegant and high end tile choices. Makes your home look like a million bucks! 2. They offer contractor prices, so you don't have to break the bank to get great tiles 3. Ease of ordering from their tile desk phone # 4. Easy payment through their online system 5. Great customer service in the showroom. They let you take home sample pieces so we can compare them to our paint colors on our walls and our flooring. The ladies who work in the showroom are also very attentive and friendly. Cons: 1. They ran out of certain tile styles with a 2-3 week back order. The Westwood suburb series and cemento resalto bianco were very popular choices. We couldn't wait for them, so had to go with another design. We went with the Metalwood Platino to replace the Westwood suburb and the Touch Snow to replace the Cemento Resalto Bianco 2. Only open from 9-5pm on weekdays and 9-3pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Most home renovation places have sparse weekend hours. It was tough trying to get here since i work 9-5, M-F. Other things to note: 1. 30 day return policy with 25% restocking fee.
