I usually hate buying a vehicle, the constant haggling of pricing, going back and forth with the…read moresales manager with payment / interest rates, and the hours spent at the dealership. However, I didn't experience any of that here at a "A lot of cars". First, I never felt hassled. I found the car I liked through my banking app that uses truecar car buying app which automatically sent my contact info to the owner when I clicked to see the exact pricing. The owner called and I told him I'm just browsing. That was not a problem, he was quick to offer a text with the car info and that he would leave me be and to reach out to him if I wanted to look at the car or any others. I really appreciated that, especially after getting harassed by other dealerships that will continue to call and text you. Second, we showed up and were treated like VIPs, we were quickly able to checkout the vehicle we wanted and it was completely detailed and ready to go. We got to test drive it where ever in the area to ensure we got to see the handling of it. Third, the vehicle condition! I was a little concerned with the miles as I usually never purchase a vehicle With over a 100k but you could tell they took the time to ensure the car was looked over, lots of new parts, and it drove and still runs flawlessly. Fourth, the trade in and payment process was so easy and streamlined. Worked with the owner from start to finish and it took us about 45 mins tops! Part of it was my fault with recently getting married and half of my information I had changed my name but the other half didn't. It led to some confusion. Bonus! the website is kept up to date. When I showed up the car I wanted was there and every vehicle online was there. At the end of the day I was happy with the process and have even referred family.

Carvana is Unethical, Dishonest, and a Nightmare to Deal With…read more Carvana misrepresented the car they sold me from start to finish. Their listing showed photos and descriptions that claimed the car was in near-perfect condition, with refurbished wheels and only minor cosmetic flaws, which was perfectly acceptable. What I received was not the car in the condition they advertised, and they lied about the financing terms. Upon delivery: * The wheels/rims (not the tires) were deeply curb-rashed, scratched down to raw metal. * The interior body panels had significant scratches that were never disclosed. * Worst of all, there was white and purple spray paint all over the rear seats, seatbelts, and buckles, permanently staining the leather. I immediately documented everything with photos and showed Carvana their own original listing versus the actual condition of the car delivered minutes earlier. They refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they wasted hours of my life with dozens of phone calls, sending me to "evaluation" shops that they later admitted were inappropriate, and stringing me along without resolution. Carvana also flat-out lied about financing. They clearly explained that if you use their financing through Bridgecrest and pay the car off before the first payment is due, there would be no interest. I paid in full before the first due date, yet they still charged me over $200 in interest. When challenged, they began the run around process over, hours of time and dozens of phone calls. Clearly hoping to frustrate and exhaust you into giving up and then unethically, immorally stealing your money. The entire business is built on smoke and mirrors: employees are trained to sound "friendly," but they are powerless to actually fix problems. Smiles and apologies mean nothing when the company is fundamentally unethical, dishonest, and unwilling to do the right thing. Carvana advertises a seamless, stress-free experience. In reality, it's a nightmare of lies, wasted time, and frustration. I would absolutely never recommend Carvana to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs, they are unethical, immoral, and will not stand behind what they sell. See photos of wheel damage, unfixable paint all over rear seat, and severely scratched/gouged interior door panels covered up by Carvana, shown in perfect condition in their ad.

These guys are awesome!…read more I've bought a few vehicles from Brian and I have referred him to many as well and they have always been super honest and very helpful. They work with new and used cars and as well I have bought a commercial van from him as well. He always takes his time to help and he finds you the best deal that you could find and makes sure that the car is in great shape. I will definitely reach out to them with any other vehicle needs. Thanks Brian!

Out-of-State Buyers Beware! Seller/Owner (Brian) did not disclose significant cosmetic defects with…read morethe vehicle (Ferrari California). He initially asked for a cash deposit (cashapp, Zelle, etc) to hold the vehicle until I could arrive 4 days later. Thankfully I used a credit card (disputable vs. cash). Upon arriving I found major cosmetic defects with the vehicle that he brushed off as nothing (the perimeter of both headlights were scratched/crazed and the entire dash was delaminated and puffy). The vehicle was not even washed or detailed and the weather had been clear for several days prior to my arrival. After seeing the true condition of the car I was not happy so I decided to pass on it. He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). This is a very deceptive and unfair business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! He is NOT honest! Any response to this review by his company would be lies!

Bought a 2021 ford ranger lariat fx4 from them back in Feb. The salesperson messed my name up on…read moreall the paperwork and had to be told multiple times what he did wrong to get it fixed. When he corrected it, he only corrected it on the DMV paperwork, not the auto loan, warranty, gap insurance, or any other paperwork. I pointed this out to them multiple times and they didn't correct it, resulting in me having to call all those institutions and get it corrected myself. He also did not flag the lifted truck option on the warranty he sold me despite the truck being lifted. They fixed this last part for free without any cost to me, so I guess they get half a point for effort there. Now that we get past the initial paperwork part of where this purchase went wrong, let's get into the mechanical issues with the vehicle. On my test drive, I noticed a burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear of the vehicle that I now know is symptomatic of a leaking rear axle seal. The power train warning light was also on the truck. I reported both of these things to the dealer and they said they would fix it with their partnered shop. They took the truck to the shop and told me they need to replace the wiring harness to correct the power train issue error. After that, they had to send the truck to a local transmission shop for a rebuild of the transmission, and that shop told me that there was an axle seal leaking. I passed that information on to the dealership to see if they would fix that or if I would have to, and they completely blew me off. Because of weeks back and forth where the dealership told me repeatedly that they'd communicated with other parties and then I call those parties and they all state they never heard from the dealership, I decided I no longer trusted that dealer or their mechanics at all and I took the car to a ford dealership. Immediately spotted the seal issue and diagnosed that the transfer case motor wasn't engaging. Swapped the motor and then had to diag that the wiring harness was messed up. I would not recommend buying a car from overstockvehicles or their partner organization valleycargroup. The only positive of this experience was getting them to foot the bill on a transmission rebuild for a vehicle that has known transmission issues.
