I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I was told that the car is salvage, but they did NOT explain that it has frame damage. I do not speak English well, and no one clearly explained this serious issue to me. If I had known about the frame damage, I would never have bought this car. After the purchase, I discovered major damage underneath the car, including rust and poor welding repairs. This is very serious and should have been clearly disclosed. I feel misled and taken advantage of because of the language barrier. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please be very careful before buying from them. I recently purchased a used Toyota Corolla from Liberty Auto. Potential buyers need to be aware that the Sales Manager, Joe Eshaghi has a very polished, practiced and AGGRESSIVE sales approach. I am a retired professional and his approach worked on me, sadly. Secondly, Joe makes promises to do things that end up costing the purchaser money. Thirdly, DO NOT let Joe or Liberty Auto handle the Arizona registration process. Do it yourself and save $599 documentation fee which is not explained. Lastly, if you decide to purchase a car, pay attention to everything Joe is doing while you are sitting at his desk. Read ever single document closely. Ask questions, even if his aggressive answering approach intimidates you. Don't sign anything until you are sure you understand the document fully. read more

Owner was very friendly and has water in the office lobby. I bought a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander SE From him in New Condition for under 18k plus Dealer Fee $499. Tax. That's it. No tinted fee, SUV is tinted. No other Bogus fees like many bad dealerships out there, even the big one's want lot's of Fees $1000. For Tint at Chevy in Phoenix. More for A tracking fee for one year only to track the car if stolen. LoJack is pricey and unnecessary. None of that here. Owner gives 90 day warranty on major repairs like Engine or Transmission in writing. His mechanics would make the repairs needed. He also has a body shop and gave me 6 months on some small Body Work on the left rear panel. In writing. SUV has been great. Clean Title and only less than 43,000 miles on it. So I have the Mitsubishi Warranty two years or 60,000. Miles. The 100,000 mile warranty never applies to any manufacturer on a second owner or more. They have as good or better deals than private sales. Mark, the sales consultant, is very amicable and easy going, none of the high pressure sales tactics or breathing down your neck style salesmanship. Finally after my 7th call I got a call back from TJ, then from Steve, then from a couple of other FUC***rds. We bought a car from Liberty Auto Group in August and had a good experience initially. We were told that there was fender damage but that they had replaced the fender and painted and that no other damage was done to the car. We took the vehicle in for routine oil change to the dealership in September and was taken out to the garage and shown several concerns noticed by the technician. After giving permission they took the fender off and found that there were several pieces that needed to be replaced that would eventually cause us some issues. I emailed Liberty Auto and was told that I could bring the vehicle to them for the repairs but they did not understand my apprehension. The damage done was covered up and we were told it was just the fender. We did not trust them to repair correctly or honestly and decided to have the dealership keep the car for 2 days for the repairs so we spent those days with limited transportation and paying out of pocket over $1000 for the repairs. We are still discussing our options with various people but this is a warning to have a car looked over if possible to make sure there is no underlying damage that you will find down the road. We have been disappointed as we were referred by the USAA car buying service and will be making a complaint with them as well. read more
