I hadn't been to this Arby's in many years, or any Arby's for that matter, so I decided to stop by for lunch while I was out and about. The cashier was very friendly and patient as I looked over the menu and placed my order! I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and I was very disappointed before I even took a bite. There was barely any lettuce, the cheese wasn't even put on well, not to mention that I had to spend more to get cheese, and it just looked terrible. And, to compliment its looks, it didn't taste very good either. The curly fries were fine, very average, but not really bad either. Than finally the Mac and cheese bites. They were bad, really bad. The Mac and cheese tasted undercooked while the surrounding breading tasted burnt. Talk about a terrible combination! Not only that but you only get 4 of them, what a rip off! Overall this was a very poor experience with bad food all around! It's very disappointing to taste such bad food from such a big brand. Hard pass here and I'll probably never eat at an Arby's ever again.

You guys! I am a long time lover of Arby's but have noticed over the years that the quality appears to have been going downhill. Admittedly, I doordash a lot and chalked it up as one of those restaurants best enjoyed in their dining room, so we decided to do just that tonight for dinner. We spent $49, because we love the sides. -Potato pancakes were delicious -Jalapeño poppers pretty good - Mozzarella sticks of everything was surprised how much better these were than they have been in the past - 2 Large brisket sandwich meals with curly fries - The curly fries were decent, nothing to write home about The saddest part of the whole meal was the COLD "brisket" abominations we received, they don't even get the merit of being referred to as a sandwich. We were nice about it, let them know they were cold and Im not sure what they did different to try to satisfy us but the abominations were brought back out, still cold. Other than the temperature, which is already unforgivable, here's what else was wrong with it: - cheese wasn't melted -cold grease destroyed the bun -the texture of the "brisket" was that of greasy, floppy, bacon, coated in a jelly fat substance. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog starving on the street. It was that foul. The meat was also different colors and just tasted gross. Photos included for your reference. Ambiance was great though, service and quality in food lacking. Won't be back. R.I.P. Arby's.

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Very typical fast food. Never a long wait, foods always fast food quality nothing more nothing else. Quick meal before or after shopping! Recently went and got the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was pretty good, vegetables were fresh. My husband got a tender combo. Chicken was very.... Bread. Not sure if there is much chicken in there. Mostly just deep fried breadcrumbs or whatever they use. Asked for ranch, got bbq instead. Overall it's exactly what you expect!

Classic and crinkle cut fries

I have not been to an Arbys in 25 years. I went through the drive thru. The cashier, her name was Jay is AWESOME!!!! She was Charming. Professional. Welcoming. Amazing. I am the Queen of Customer Service. She is the Epitome of Who You Want, Need to Represent Your Business. The Sandwich was bigger than years past. Super Delicious. Ice cold Delicious Sprite. My crinkle fries were chewy, not crispy or this would be 5 Stars hands down. Thanks again Jay. Because of You I am Bringing My Whole Family. The Arby's sauces are Still the Best.

Hubby had a half day, so when I picked him up, we were hungry for lunch! Came across town, and didn't realize there was an Arby's right here! We were planning on trying the sushi, but decided on Arby's. Drive they was long and busy. They were actually fast on putting our order together. Downside: No straws or or napkins! We checked the bag and I had to run inside. But the dining area was closed?,.. no I wasn't going through the drive thru! I called, and they came outside and apologized. Just check before you leave the window!

Curly Fries (Large)

First timer having Arbys. Customer service was good. I ordered online and food was done when I arrived. The dining area and bathroom were clean. Only the mens bathroom open for all. womens bathroom seemed to be out of order. I ended up getting 5 sliders ,and some curly fries with a drink. The sliders were good the buns reminded me of those Hawaiian rolls, cheese melted well. Only thing the curly fries were fried to long or frost burnt. If the fries were better would have gotten higher review from me. Overall was good spot.

Manager lied to my face about size of shake! Gave me a small when I ordered a medium, sure charged me 5.08 ! These places need to learn the screwing over their customers will have bad consequences!!!

A longer wait than to get into Magic Mountain. Set aside at least 30 minutes before you can even order food.

Great star reviews, so we decided to go try it. 1st off when we walked in, it was busy. There was the sweetest 2 ladies taking orders, but the lady with the glasses was the hugest help being our 1st time there. I ordered the biscuit and gravy burrito OMG the bomb. It was so delicious. Loved every thing about it. Now my husband ordered off the build your own menu. Turkey, ham, smoked cheddar, black olives, purple onion, Jalapeños and in house made pickles. Mustard, pesto sauce and horseradish sauce in a wrap. He said he'd not had a lunch like that in a long time. It was awesome to have an excellent meal. Now we did get to talk to Marissa the manager. She was working hard and was the sweetest. She thanked us for giving them a 1st try. Oh we will be life long customers from our experience today. I'd give them 10 if it was allowed!!

This was not even my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last. Great food, great service, as always.

Thinking they may have forgotten our order or it was somehow misplaced, I asked how much longer it would be. Was told there was still a wait, but no specific time was given. We waited another ten minutes and still nothing. Went back up to the counter and asked again. Was met with major attitude and was told they're very busy. I looked around... Including us, there was one guy waiting at the counter and one girl who already had her sandwich. And there were zero Door Dashers the entire time we were there. There were NO other ppl that came in the entire time we were there. Ummmm.... It was crickets the entire time. Then all five employees came to the front as we were asking for our money back and we were met with some kind of weird, out-of-bounds rude behavior, saying things like, "Well if you think you can do better why don't you come back and run the grill?" To which I said, "Sure! No problem. I private chef on the side and can probably teach ya a thing or two. You cannot just fire on one sandwich every ten to fifteen minutes." After no cheesesteak and quite a bit of arguing, we finally got our money back. Lastly, it's worth noting, the place was super dirty. Used napkins on the floor, tables not wiped down. Counters not cleaned. Ketchup packets left on tables. Garbage clearly hadn't been taken out in a long time. So, let's just say, the Health Dept has been notified; the conditions are atrocious. Literally the worst place I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot! It's a shame... all of the other Capriotti's locations I've been to have been clean, ultra quick, and the quality of their products have been awesome. This one? Run. Run away fast and far! Do NOT eat there!

We haven't been to a Quiznos in over twenty years! A cheesesteak sounded good and there was the sign. I decided on a regular Black Angus Steakhouse sandwich, but can I get mushrooms but no onions? (Once) "No onions, sir?" (that's twice) "Correct, no onions, I just can't handle the onions today (now three times)." I fist pound the chest and say "Yeah, I'll be in trouble later, so I better not do the onions, now (that makes four times I say no onions) Once made, my sub gets passed to the next lady to finish up the add-ons. I tell her everything but peppers and onions. She tells me with a slight hesitation the sandwich is riddled with onions. Did the first woman fail to understand english? They may have a problem going forward. I was confused but didn't want to be rude. The second, slightly older woman, remade the whole sandwich, very quickly and pointed out the mistake to the first sandwich maker. Here's the observation part: the guy after us said he'd be peeved! I was thinking it was hilarious, ya know, like an Abbot & Costello routine. Now, thinking back on it, hoping she's not in trouble for misunderstanding and wasting a sandwich. Maybe I should have just ate the onions? As it turns out, I think I received a Queso Philly sandwich-minus the peppers and onions. It sure burned going down, but I wasn't going to say anything...,, 01/25

I was genuinely impressed by how much food they managed to fit into one burrito: fried yolky eggs, sausage gravy, hash browns, and even a biscuit tucked inside. Somehow it all worked together really well, and every bite was just as good as the last. It was more than enough for me and my twelve-year-old to share comfortably. We also tried the gyro wrap, which was decent and generously portioned with plenty of protein, but compared to the burrito, it felt a little underwhelming. Not bad at all--just not the thing I'd come back for. We later found out the deli was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and I can see why. In fact, we actually tried to come back a couple days later for another Biscuits & Gravy Burrito, only to realize they're closed on Sundays--so plan ahead. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Reno and hungry.

WOW! Talk about a great sandwich!…read more My husband and I are huge sandwich people and my sister had recommended Full Belly on multiple occasions. A group of 4 of us stopped in a little after 1:30. They have a parking lot which wasn't completely full and once we got inside there were only two people in front of us and plenty of indoor seating. When it was our turn to order, I told the employee I was having a hard time deciding between the tri tip sandwich and the turkey pesto sandwich. He told me they were able to do a half size of both and I was sold! You can choose what type of bread for your sandwich and they have some great options. The tri tip was very good and I loved the bleu cheese! The turkey pesto was absolutely amazing! I'm not usually a fan of roasted red peppers but those really elevated the sandwich. I chose the cheddar jalepeno bread and wow! I'd go back for that alone. The staff was so friendly and the sandwiches were amazing! My husband hasn't been able to stop thinking about it. Will definitely be coming here again! Things to note: Hours - Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm Saturday 10am - 3pm Closed on Sundays They offer pick up and delivery. Come hungry…read more... Tortas Ebenezer gets a 5/5 for the authenticity and Hispanic flavors that it brings to the Reno/Sparks area. Located on Wells Ave. it carries a traditional Mexican feel and just a good carry out or dine in option. More of your whole in the wall, I stopped by for a breakfast burrito and when I tell you.... Come hungry, I mean be ready to share your burrito or be full for a while.... It's a good thing! Burrito Toluqueno: 5/5 -Filling... between the burrito being big enough for 2 to share and add some spuds (potatoes w/peppers). You have a meal for 2! At first I asked myself... why is this meal $14!? Well... it's enough to feed me, the wife, and the kid. So.... Be ready. Flavor wise, worth the price you pay and I'd even dare to say I'd pay more for it. You get an authentic chorizo and egg burrito that's unlike many of your typical Mexican breakfast burritos, and you get a delicious chipotle sauce and jalapeños with your burrito if you choose. As a fan of spicy foods, it definitely gave me the kick I wanted. Overall, If you're looking for authenticity, this is a breakfast burrito option you don't want to miss. I'll have to try their tortas one of these days, but I'm a fan! You will be too! Give this place a try for your next breakfast adventure in Reno! Sorry for no pictures, I was half way through the burrito before I took one and said, "I can't do this to you all." Next time!
