I know it's a chain but my food today was very good. Counter service was spectacular. The woman handling the order taking was friendly and professional. As people left she'd say thanks for coming in. Just like a small business owner would do. Nothing wrong with that. My double roast beef and potato cakes were both fresh and tasted great. They have many more options in recent years and many are tasty. The tables and floors were clean as they should be. Someone here cares and it shows. I'll see you again!

That's supposed to be a Philly Cheesesteak?

Not the best experience. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak. Hardly any cheese, nothing extra.

This is $52 dollars worth of food! Booo I'm booing Arby's

Love Arby's but this location sucks! Really awful service and food is mid at best. Ordered Uber, who wayyyy over charged me, Arby's forgot half our food order and didn't get the sandwich's we did order correct. When I called to inquire about the order at Arby's the lady who answered told me they can't help me, even though they messed up the order?!? I even said I'd drive down to get it right and she didn't care, I'd have to pay again," go through uber " can't help you! What does it take to make good on a wrong done by your staff, everything cost sooo much money why not just be a nice person, and give me wait I paid for? ! ..also uber only gave us a 5$ credit for over $20 worth of food missing and everything else wrong we paid extra for.. delivery is a great convenience which a single mom like me really appreciates. But this is just rude and ugly behavior don't order here they do not give a F* if your money is wasted

I hadn't been to this Arby's in many years, or any Arby's for that matter, so I decided to stop by for lunch while I was out and about. The cashier was very friendly and patient as I looked over the menu and placed my order! I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and I was very disappointed before I even took a bite. There was barely any lettuce, the cheese wasn't even put on well, not to mention that I had to spend more to get cheese, and it just looked terrible. And, to compliment its looks, it didn't taste very good either. The curly fries were fine, very average, but not really bad either. Than finally the Mac and cheese bites. They were bad, really bad. The Mac and cheese tasted undercooked while the surrounding breading tasted burnt. Talk about a terrible combination! Not only that but you only get 4 of them, what a rip off! Overall this was a very poor experience with bad food all around! It's very disappointing to taste such bad food from such a big brand. Hard pass here and I'll probably never eat at an Arby's ever again.

You guys! I am a long time lover of Arby's but have noticed over the years that the quality appears to have been going downhill. Admittedly, I doordash a lot and chalked it up as one of those restaurants best enjoyed in their dining room, so we decided to do just that tonight for dinner. We spent $49, because we love the sides. -Potato pancakes were delicious -Jalapeño poppers pretty good - Mozzarella sticks of everything was surprised how much better these were than they have been in the past - 2 Large brisket sandwich meals with curly fries - The curly fries were decent, nothing to write home about The saddest part of the whole meal was the COLD "brisket" abominations we received, they don't even get the merit of being referred to as a sandwich. We were nice about it, let them know they were cold and Im not sure what they did different to try to satisfy us but the abominations were brought back out, still cold. Other than the temperature, which is already unforgivable, here's what else was wrong with it: - cheese wasn't melted -cold grease destroyed the bun -the texture of the "brisket" was that of greasy, floppy, bacon, coated in a jelly fat substance. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog starving on the street. It was that foul. The meat was also different colors and just tasted gross. Photos included for your reference. Ambiance was great though, service and quality in food lacking. Won't be back. R.I.P. Arby's.

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Joanna B.

Very typical fast food. Never a long wait, foods always fast food quality nothing more nothing else. Quick meal before or after shopping! Recently went and got the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was pretty good, vegetables were fresh. My husband got a tender combo. Chicken was very.... Bread. Not sure if there is much chicken in there. Mostly just deep fried breadcrumbs or whatever they use. Asked for ranch, got bbq instead. Overall it's exactly what you expect!

Classic and crinkle cut fries

I have not been to an Arbys in 25 years. I went through the drive thru. The cashier, her name was Jay is AWESOME!!!! She was Charming. Professional. Welcoming. Amazing. I am the Queen of Customer Service. She is the Epitome of Who You Want, Need to Represent Your Business. The Sandwich was bigger than years past. Super Delicious. Ice cold Delicious Sprite. My crinkle fries were chewy, not crispy or this would be 5 Stars hands down. Thanks again Jay. Because of You I am Bringing My Whole Family. The Arby's sauces are Still the Best.

I'm not normally a fan of burrito or bowl based fast casual places, but this place is on another…read morelevel. The menu is essentially a bunch of dishes that can be a burrito, bowl, or salad. Each dish is from a different country, and I think they have a few specials that are more traditional plates. I love west African and Caribbean food, and Reno is severely lacking in both of these options, so it was very welcome to see some options from these locations. I got a rice bowl with Senegalese Mafffe. The food came out fast, and was very good, just the right amount of spice, and killer flavors. The pricing is very fair ($12 for a high quality dish). The portions were a little small, but that's probably a good thing. My biggest complaint is that it has scratched an itch I forgot I had, and now I want a more full fleged West African food experience.

The real dealbreaker, however, was the customer service. When ordering, we asked to add onions to the wraps. We were told, "the servings are already weighed out and prepped so we can't add onion." Fair enough. We then asked, "Can we just get a side of onions?" The two staff members simply stared at us and replied, "No, we can't do that because then we'll have to cut the onion." Even after offering to pay for the side of onions, they flat-out refused, simply because they didn't want to prep them. I would understand if they said they didn't have onions but that was never expressed by staff. I always like trying new places, but I will not be coming back here.

There are a couple places to sit indoors and outdoors, we opted to sit outside. Our cashier, Alex was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

Located right next to the Wincos in Sparks, this taco truck is one of the best you will ever find!…read moreGreat classic menu and FREE soup! The sweet owner greeted us and took our orders right away and his wife got started in the back. We ordered 3 chicken (pollo) tacos ($9) and one asada burrito ($10). Food took 5 minutes to come out and was steaming hot: burrito was enormous (see picture below) and was filled with beans, rice, plenty of meat, avocado!, and more; tacos were paired with onion & cilantro. Both came with two salsas and grilled onions, while tacos were paired with cucumber and radish slices and a slice of lime. I have never seen soup served as a side from any taco truck so it was so unexpected. Soup had meat, cilantro, and raw crunchy onion that added such a great spice and texture. Such great flavor, texture, and taste in everything. Great shaded table seating to fit about 5 people was also so perfect for a hot summer day in July. I'm a firm believer of not going grocery shopping when I'm hungry (because I usually don't follow my grocery list), so I highly recommend coming here before doing your shopping! If you're not in the area for grocery shopping even, please take a look to stop by and support this local business!

The service was friendly and their timing was accurate (it was just about 10 minutes for 2 taco plates that each included 3 tacos each with rice and beans). Price was reasonable too. It was $15 for the taco plate (3 tacos, rice, beans) and that included a can of soda. Beans were very soft and certainly made with delicious lard. Rice was soft and fluffy and light in flavor (but in a good way-- it balanced the plate really well). Red salsa was like a mild/medium and was more hot than the green salsa (the green salsa had a mild heat). We tried the avocado salsa too; I could see that being amazing on a quesadilla. The avocado salsa also has some mild heat to it. The taco truck itself is fine but the area doesn't have the best ambiance (we saw a number of people out on foot at night in the nearby parking lots looking like they were possibly on drugs-- and this was when it was under 30 degrees out with some residual snow and ice on the ground from the recent storm). Nevertheless, the "ambiance" won't deter us from returning again-- and I must say as someone who previously lived in So Cal THESE were the kind of carne asada tacos my taste buds have been searching for in Reno.

I went in mid-week around 3pm and the place was empty. I heard about this place on different social networks so I was intrigued to check it out. Now I am a big fan of Nashville style hot chicken. Having visited Nashville I've tried Hattie B's, Prince's Hot Chicken and other local spots. I didn't think to compare Cluckers to those well established restaurants. I ordered the Spicy Clucker which was a fried chicken thigh with a spicy rub, spicy mayo, spicy sauce, pickles and coleslaw topping the sandwich. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The spice was a medium heat for which I enjoyed and the coleslaw cooled my palette perfectly. The bun was soft but broke down as I ate. The sandwich comes with fries but I opted for the fried pickles. There was a generous portion of fried pickles. The pickles were battered and it appeared to be house made. The pickles were crispy, crunchy and great with the in house ranch dressing. I said I didn't come here to compare them to the well known Nashville Hot Chicken establishments but WOW Cluckers is just as good as those Nashville establishments. And those pickles were excellent too not some generic fried pickles some national establishments sell. I highly recommend Cluckers and definitely will be coming back to try the other sandwiches and items.

After a full day of wedding dress shopping... we were HUNGRY!…read more After spending the day visiting bridal shops and helping my friend search for the perfect wedding dress, we decided it was definitely time to eat! What a fun day we had, but by the time we got here, we were all starving. For me, it was a burger kind of day. I really wanted the fries too, but unfortunately, I've learned that sometimes fries and my stomach just don't agree, so I skipped them this time. The place was busy and hopping when we arrived. You could definitely tell that everyone thought this was the place to be! Even though it was busy, the atmosphere was cheerful and inviting. Our group was definitely on the burger train. One friend ordered a cheeseburger with cheesy fries, and those fries looked SO good! Another friend got a cheeseburger with regular fries, while the last person just went with a cheeseburger. And the verdict? Everyone really enjoyed their burgers! Inside was very clean, the atmosphere was cheerful, and overall it was just a great place to end such a fun day. After hours of bridal shopping, laughing, and helping our bride-to-be find her perfect dress, a good burger was exactly what we needed! No complaints here--just happy friends, full stomachs, and another great memory from a wonderful day! ‍
