Truthfully we were watching Food Channel earlier this week and saw Guy Fieri's special on their restaurant which really peaked our interest, so first chance we had we headed on over. Upon arriving we were seated pretty quickly and after some conversations with our server, who happened to be one of the owners we made some selections and were on our way. On this occasion we opted for the Smoked Tuna Bruschetta, the Pork Belly Sandwich, the Short Rib Sandwich and the Sweet Potato Fries. I can honestly say that everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and actually made to order. What!!! That is correct all was made to order and you can taste it in every bite. Based on our experience I think I can go out on a limb here and say that I am pretty sure that everything else on the menu is probably just as delicious as well. We also tried the homemade frozen lemonade which was freshly made and tasty as well. Although we did not have any desserts, I can share that those are home made as well by the owners. Although we did not have desserts, the owner gave us a piece of their carrot walnut cake on the house, which was completely unexpected and very nice of them. Now they are located in a strip mall in West Kendall, in a very unassuming strip mall but no worries as their is plenty of parking available and a few other eateries that looked pretty interesting as well. Overall, we had a great experience and the service they provided was excellent as well. Highly recommend that you pay them a visit and check them out as I do not think you will be disappointed. If you can't make it out to them, then DoorDash or UBER Eats may be an option for you. Either way you really have try them out. Just tried Bricked Burger food truck across from Kohls in Kendall…read more We're talking a smashed-to-perfection patty with those yummy crisp edges and great wait staff ready to answer any questions I got the single "as is," which in this case means pickles, onions, house sauce and cheese. The burger also came with a Lightly toasted bun to hold up to the burger and toppings. The house sauce just ties the whole thing together. It's creamy and a little tangy. We also got an order of fries and the chicken sandwich. These thick-cut fries are a total throwback. Soft on the inside crispy exterior. The chicken sandwich is high up there as one of the best I've had!!! Nice and crispy with a juicy interior! This unpretentious food truck is definitely worth a try!! We waited for about five minutes without a single word from either employee. Unsurprisingly, the lack of customers makes perfect sense given this level of service.
