We ordered an Italian sandwich (not pictured) and a tuna sub that I was absolutely craving. Both sandwiches were cold cuts but they were nice to warm up my bread and cheese for it to be warm prior to putting tuna on it! Although sandwiches were filling, I wish they had more flavors and toppings to put on the sandwiches. The only toppings offered were lettuce, tomato, onions and spicy toppings such as jalapeño. The woman taking our orders today had 20 hickies on her neck. Lovely. I was there with 2 other people. We legit watched the employees fulfill 15 online orders before they even looked at us & attended us. Yes....the humans standing in front of them. They finished their online orders and then had the decency to take our orders. Wow. Amazing. Thanks for letting us wait there and watch you fulfill internet orders while we watch. The employees were too busy, flirting and playing around instead of taking my order I was consistently asked over and over again what my order was and they still got it completely wrong. My order was very simple, white bread, turkey, provolone, and bacon. They proceeded to give me an entire Italian sub with a variety of different ingredients I didn't ask for and some of which I'm allergic to. I had a coupon to try Jersey Mike's Subs for free so I came here expecting to be treated differently since after all, I wasn't paying for my meal. I feel like typically when you bring a coupon to a store for a free meal they treat you a bit different but that was not the case here! When I walked through the door I was instantly greeted by an employee. I showed him the coupon I had and he recognized it and explained to me what it included. He helped me pick out what bread I wanted and sub type. I went with the Rosemary Parm bread and for my sub type I believe I got the Jersey Shore's Favorite. Since I've never been here I didn't know they slice the meat right in front of you, fresh! That was such a pleasant surprise. A step above from subway, I really liked that. After the gentleman sliced the meat, another employee came to help me with the toppings I wanted. I will say the toppings here are more limited than a subway but I think it makes it simple and classic. They cut the sub and wrapped it up for me and put napkins in the bag. I enjoyed the sub and how fresh everything tasted. I stayed full for a long time after! I will also say the location was really clean. All in all I enjoyed my first experience at Jersey Mike's, especially this location. I had such a pleasant experience, thank you to the staff who helped me out! I will certainly be back! read more

The service and consistency. I went today and got a regular sub and it basically was the size of a mini. I told the employee and she barely looked at me when I get home when I begin to eat I notice a hair on the bag their bathroom has been broken for I think a year now you feel like they do not want you to eat in when you arrive close to 9 PM. We arrive at 8:30 PM and they were picking up and we felt unwelcome. I asked for mustard and they put it on half the sub. The other half didn't have mustard I could go on and on with the bad service. Thank God this place is just a block away from my job. I love using the application it's very user friendly; however, I think the points are pretty lame. I think if you spend over $30 you should get more than 12 points lol staff here is pretty friendly and they always get my order correct. Always obsessed, always good. Tried out this location for the first time and was happy. The guys behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Place was clean and tidy. The guy who sliced the bread in half needed a little help, lol. The top half of the bread was paper thin in some areas and the bottom half extra thick. But the sandwich was still delicious. We wandered in after walking by and seeing balloons, a decently large crowd, and no line. Apparently this is a grand opening. We tried the chicken big kahuna and the chipotle cheesesteak. The kahuna had grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese. I got it minus jalapeños. The cheesesteak had grilled onions, peppers, white American cheese and chipotle mayo. The chicken and beef had a good taste and was nice and moist, and hot. The bread was fresh and yummy. Service was super fast. For a sandwich shop, the decor really stood out. The wood floors were a trendy chic color, the tables and chairs were a mix of rustic and industrial, and the artwork was cool. One picture I'd like to put in my house. Very convenient and very good, so I'm sure it's a good addition to the neighborhood. read more

As always, 5 Star for the food, great tasting Philly Cheese steak sub however the service is 1 Star tainted by the Staff and the Manager. It seems the prices are changing but the menu board prices have not. So they will charge you new price because the System has new $, which is WRONG and they MUST HONOR MENU BOARD PRICES! So the Staff informed the Manager but he the manager too busy to walk a few feet to the register to offer a refund or anything, simply told the Staff the explanation that they are in process of changing Prices and the system reflects new $ and some on the Menu Board not yet. I explained to the Staff, the Menu Board is an offer to the customer and I accepted, but they changed the . $ and that is not right, and they should correct the situation. Well, after saying he would do something he did not, and the Manager was silent just a few feet away...This Manager and Staff Need some retraining (they are not Owners and unaware of the real consequences of their actions, but I will not be returning to this store ), its a real shame how a company can allow this, or simply not understand the matter of switching prices! read more

My gf got a Philly cheese sandwich and I wanted a tuna melt but with a wrap... Mind you this is my first time here... They said they never put a wrap on the grill... I said I just want it melted... Bro, the one guy (sorry I didn't get your guys name) said he would make it happen... they made it happen. I was watching him talk to someone at the grill and they both got into it... Visited this location today with my girlfriend and her son. Very clean. Friendly staff but you could tell that most of them were new. It didn't stop them from doing a great job. The food was great. I had the Club Supreme, my stepson had the ham and cheese kids combo, and my girl had the chicken bacon ranch. All the food was made fresh. They slice the deli meat right there so when I say it's fresh, I mean fresh. We had a slight snafu at the register when they gave someone else my sub as he was leaving and me his. I got him before he left and got mine sub. Since I had handled his food, they made him a fresh one. By way of apology to us, even though my sandwich was fine, the manager gave us coupons for free subs, apologized, and came around as we were finishing to see if we enjoyed our food. My husband was craving a hot sub so we decided to give Jersey Mike's a try. He got a Cheesesteak sub and Both my son and I had an Italian cold sub. The moment I bit into my sub I felt I was transported back to my childhood eating delicious subs from delis in NY. I definitely didn't expect to have a nostalgic experience from my lunch but it happened The subs were so good, fresh and perfectly portioned. The restaurant is spotless as you walk in. You are greeted by their friendly staff when you come in. They take your order. They cut the meat and cheese for each order. They are very generous with the meat they put on your sub. At the next station they finish your sub with any additional items you may want on it. The bread is fresh as with all the ingredients they use. We chose to eat our subs inside. One of employees came over and asked us if everything was ok.
