Rating is based purely off the newer Philly cheesesteak. Arby's, you had no right, but you did it anyways. Crazy high quality cheesesteak for fast food, high quality for any establishment. Melty/ gooey white cheese fully incorporated into the meat, peppers and onions softened with a nice char. I'm blown away. Under 8 bucks. Update: second one wasn't nearly as good. The worst Arby's ever! Customer service unfriendly, and food absolutely disgusting. We dined in, so the food never sat in a bag, it was awful. The prices were too high for food we tossed in the garbage. These folks are making Arby's look bad. Smile at customers, and work harder to provide fresh, hot, good food. read more

As of the writing of this review - this Arby's has a 2.5 rating. I have to say, I completely understand why. I used to wonder why Arby's restaurants aren't more popular. I used to love the chicken salad. And they have more than just roast beef sandwiched. But then I remembered, EVERY time I ever went to Arby's they were - a) out of something (and this was WAY before the pandemic) and b) the employees act as though they are angry and ready to invite you inside to brawl or c) the employees act like they are dejected and miserable and you are interrupting their personal time. Last week, I had a craving for crinkle french fries and didn't feel like driving to Cobb Pkwy. My buddy said, "I think Arby's has crinkle fries." I was in a pretty great mood, had a super productive day and had one last appointment at 2:30pm. As I pulled in, I realized that I'd forgotten that they have one of those tight blocked drive-thrus. Meaning you can't pull off once you're in line - my hubby calls it a hostage-drive-thru. (Burger King's love to do this too - but I digress). There was only one car in front of me and I had 20 minutes. The person in front of me was done within moments and I pulled up and waited to be prompted for my order. Once prompted, I told the associate I wanted the turkey gyro with the fries, sandwich and fries only - no drink. "MA'AM, WE CAN'T HEAR YOU! I'M GONNA NEED YOU TO SPEAK UP!" The associate shouts this at me. Here's the thing. The way drive-thru is configured, when I pulled forward, the intercom speaker is was practically inside the car with me. And I was already speaking pretty loudly. So - without changing the volume of my voice at all, I repeated myself. And somehow, magically, she heard me this time. But while I'm speaking, she shouts, "WE'RE OUT OF TURKEY! IT SAYS THAT OUT ON THE SIGN." And she's yelling at me like we're two aunties that that have some long-standing beef and just met up at the family reunion for the first time in 10 years. Now, I had a good bit of time to view the menu, and they were out of 5 things. This things are all denoted with red labels with white text. The gyro does not say that. Nor is there any sign that says they are out of turkey. SEE PHOTO. So I said, "Sorry, there's no label that says you're out of turkey, so do you have . . ." now I'm interrupted by a man with an African accent, "Ma'am, it says that on the sign." If I hadn't been interrupted, I was going to say '. . . so do you have beef?' Once the man is done speaking, I respond, "It does not say it on the sign. Do y'all have beef?" The original angry lady replies, "We have BEEF and we have GREEK. We don't have turkey!" (I'm guessing Greek is made with lamb, since that's traditional.) So I reply, "Ma'am - why are you giving me such a huge attitude when all I'm trying to do is order food from your restaurant?" She replies, "Because you keep telling me you want turkey and I told you we don't have turkey." I reply, "Ma'am. I asked you for turkey one time. You went on to make a big deal about how you were out and it was posted on the sign. SO I told you it wasn't on the sign because I thought you or someone else in there might want to come out to update the sign . . . so you don't have to keep telling people you're out." I went on to place my order. I refrained from telling her that I can read and my vision is perfect (just saw my eye doc last week - lol). When I arrived at the window, she was pretty stoic and unfriendly. Didn't get her name, but she was medium, complexioned with long, gray locs. I actually think this was the same lady who snapped at me the first time I stopped by to try to crinkle fries (over a year ago). They were out and she relayed this info with the same type of energy you'd expect if I'd asked her if I could have custody of her first born grandchild. She did ask if needed ketchup or sauce and I said, "Ketchup, please." But they still forgot it. They took quite a bit of time to complete the order. Once I'd driven off, took a bite of my food, I realized they'd given me lamb. Which was probably intentional to punish me for 'arguing' with her. So I ate my fries and the gyro's tomatoes, but that was it. Unfortunately, I don't eat lamb. So here's my overall verdict. I like the food at Arby's - but the employees need to stop with the animosity. Not everyone is out to ruin your day or steal your joy. If you don't like public-facing jobs or interacting with the public, please seek out a job where you don't have to interact with the public. Wrap-up: I keep telling people this - and it's an unpopular opinion - but Chick-Fil-A food is pretty basic / ordinary. If you really dissect it, I believe you'll find that the real reason people LOVE Chick-Fil-A is because of the extraordinary customer service. All fast-food restaurants, but this Arby's in particular, need to take a page out of the CFA handbook. Being pleasant instead of combative = repeat customer! read more

Currently sitting in ever increasing line of vehicles in the drive thru for the past 10 minutes having not moved an inch. How? Just how does things get so bad inside the store that it gets this bad? Was passing by this Arby's on an errand and thought I'd stop in, as I love Arby's. I'm glad I did! The first impression I got was that this Arby's is welcoming. It was clean. The decor is nice; some of the dining room is tile, and some is carpeted up two or three stairs. There are a number of plants around, and the place is well lit. The second impression I got was the workers. They were friendly and kind. The cooks smiled at me; the woman who took my order was especially gracious and kind. They were all laughing and having a good time, joking around with one another and with several customers who came in. I think several of them were regulars, as the workers asked them what they wanted this time and so forth. They took my order quickly and got it right, even though I used a coupon and asked for no mayo on one sandwich. The third impression I got was the food; it was delicious! They packed it nicely; it was hot; it was exactly right. Great value, too. They tanked me for my order and wished me a good day; they even offered a bag for my leftover food. All in all, this Arby's is a great representation of the brand. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, too. read more

This location closes at 12 am every day. Well, they are supposed to. We pull up in the drive thru at 11:00 pm and they say "yeah we're closed".. but I've been to this location several times at the same time and ordered food. Service was awful. Please do better. Don't advertise for 12am and close at 11pm because who ever was on shift didn't feel like being open any longer. Or the manager had left for the night. read more

My family and I got Arby's at this location last night, we all had some roast beef sandwiches, later on that night we all felt extremely sick and nauseous, and have since felt that way, everyone has been puking and having other problems. I went to the doctors and they said I have food poisoning. Highly suggest to be careful going to this location as they are clearly not meeting Georgia's health standards for a restaurant. Food poisoning is no joke. I've heard nothing but bad things about this Arby's as well. read more

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE customer service I've seen in YEARS!!!!! Of the last 5 times here in the past 3 months.... "We're fucking closed", I'm the only one here, I can't make anything ", "we're out of roast beef... take a chicken sandwich or nothing", and my personal favorite "it's just me, and I don't feel like making anything" then driving by the window, seeing THREE, yes 3 people in there. ?!?!?!??? Arbys corporate and the franchise owner OBVIOUSLY don't care about business. This location is purely a tax write off. read more

On January 9, 2022 at approximately 1:35pm, my brother and I went to the Arby's in Marietta, GA on Dallas Hwy. I ordered a Double Beef & Cheddar and a Apple Turnove. My brother ordered two Beef & Cheddar (2 for $6) and a Cherry Turnover. The problem is that my Beef & Cheddar had no cheddar cheese on it and all three turnovers had very little filling and looked as if they had been sat on. They forgot multiple things in my order and got pissed at US when we came back around to tell them. They also completely messed up my friends order who was in the car behind me in line. Love some Arby's curly fries. Went through the drive through with my wife, and the lady who took our order and served us our food was very pleasant. It was a breathe of fresh air to actually have a fast food worker who was polite. The roast beef sandwich was great as usual. read more

Being avid Arby's family we eat there 2-3 times a week, sometimes more and I'm not kidding. They offer a diverse menu so one night is giant Roast Beef sandwiches, another Italian subs, another various meat craft product du jour. Having just moved to West Cobb we've had a few takeout meals from store #347 that were very good, in fact probably better than our previous Woodstock Arby's. Well all this changed last night with my wife and daughter getting big Buffalo Chicken while I stayed with tried and true Italian sub. I guess 2 outta 3 ain't bad but when you spend the kind of money there that we do on a weekly basis I'd expect both Buffalo Chicken sandwiches to be edible. One of them was the nastiest thing ever. Imagine biting into the chicken and feeling a mouthful of cartilidge crunch in every bite. Yes it was God awful nasty, I'm one of those guys who'll eat anything and even I passed after my wife threw it down in disgust. I got sick upset stomach all day today from just the two bites I tried to stomach. Luckily the wife chose not to even attempt. This was last night 8-9pm, so I tried calling this morning , the 678-355-0036 number to inform the GM they've got a bad batch or something that just is not right. No answer at 8:55am. Probably not open for breakfast. Try later in the day, nothing. Well it's 6:38pm now and after 3 attempts I get a fax line picking up the calls. I double checked the number but have yet even been able to voice my concerns over the quality of the food at this store, hence this outlet to share with the public. I've got a photo I'll post after writing this review. Still an Arby's fan but lack of being able to converse with anyone, and the food that made me sick sure will take some getting over! read more

Just did a massive drive through after a hiatus of about a year. Now on the menu, brown sugar bacon! Best BLT I've ever had! They also have Boylan cane sugar sodas in glass bottles. I had the black cherry, incredible. Low points, my wife's salad was boring, bland and the made fresh daily garlic Parmesan chips had mushy, clumped up areas. A high spot being the famous jamocha milk shakes and competent, friendly employees. We'll be back for more bacon! read more
