This location is so bad they're single handedly bringing the price value of the area down. The food is NEVER fresh. They quite literally always have you wait and for no reason at all bc your food is never hot. The staff could give two *U($ about serving you smh I just want that fresh grilled burger WITH fresh fries but no! Me and my family went to this Burger King last night at 8:45 PM.. we walked into the lobby. A coworker was on his cellphone and there was another on a ladder in the lobby. We proceeded to try to order food and were told that their lobby closed at 9 (on the website it says 10). My mother then asks the guy at the cash register if we just order and eat real fast if that would be okay. He continuously refused us service and then told us they have to start cleaning soon. Meanwhile, the other coworkers are like eyeing each other as if they knew something was up. I spoke up and told my mom we should just leave. I also reported this to Burger King. I am not sure why they refused service but it seemed like they wanted to get paid for doing nothing. Please teach your employees that they could cause legal trouble for this company . read more

I'm back with another review ladies and gents. I have not been Yelping that much, because I've been at home cooking! Yeah for me! Every once in a while I'll grab something quick, while out running my errands. I stopped here to get a meatless burger. I get the whopper without the meat. LOL I know sounds crazy right? I haven't eaten red meat in 30 years and will not start back now. Anyway, It's just bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard on a sesame seed bun...I couldn't help myself. I sound like a commercial. Its good! I haven't eaten one in a while. I was away from home and needed to eat lunch. I went the following Monday as well, because of Meatless Monday is my life! What drew my to return is how polite the employees were to me. Sometimes people act strange because I don't eat red meat, but they didn't seemed concerned at all. I've never been inside. Therefore, I can't say anything about the cleanliness of the dining area. I give it three stars, because it is fast food and I don't order much to rate anything in depth. read more

Well yesterday I had the Impossible Whopper. Unfortunately I can see again why Burger King is irrelevant in the burger war. The menu has a nice picture of the sandwich with nice green lettuce and great toppings. I received my sandwich the lettuce was as white as the onions no color the tomatoes were not red closer to brown. In my opinion although the sandwich tastes ok Burger King will kill it due to their practices of how they conduct business. read more

Okay...so I have been away from Yelp for over a year and when I come back....it has to be a complaint? Why...Oh Why? There's two things that BK has that I like....Their Original Chicken Sandwich and their Whopper. Today, for lunch, I decided I was going to go through the Drive Thru of my local BK, because I wanted to get back home to finish my homework. I ordered the #9 (Chicken Sandwich) with Onion Rings instead of Fries and a Diet Coke. I made it large. I got up to the window and was met by Erica, who was friendly. We did the whole transaction thing, I got my food and drove off. Me being in the quick service business, I should have checked my order. When I got home, I found I had my sandwich, Fries and a Large Coke. Now I was upset. I called down and spoke to Jason, who said he was a manager. I explained my problem and he immediately offered me a replacement for my Onion Rings. He said it happens "Oh...about once a week, with our speed of service, we do make mistakes." I told him I wasn't interested in a replacement, I just wanted to let him know so he could fix the problem. Jason then said that he would replace my whole meal. Again, I told him that I did not want a replacement and that all I wanted was him to fix the problem. He said that he will go and talk to the people bagging the food to ensure they are doing their jobs properly, since he has not been on the floor all day "and that makes the difference". Here are my issues: Wrong food - explainable...it happens Jason is a manager and hasn't been on the floor all day, but when he is "it makes the difference" - if this is the case and you know this....why not BE ON THE FLOOR?? Especially during LUNCH! Jason's name is on the ticket on the bag - There could be more than one Jason that works there, but who knows! I own and operate a quick service restaurant myself, but would never NOT be on the floor during any type of rush period! I also find it interesting that BK has done away with their 800/877 customer complaint/comment number and it has turned into a 305 number (long distance from a land line. They also have no way to contact them via internet either. read more

This place SUCKS. WE go through drive thru. Get food. Then the lady tells us it's extra charge for more sauce after we order NUGGETS. so we get home. Stopped for a small frozen cherry and a whopper jr. The frozen drink machine was out of order. Bummed but I went ahead with my WJ order. Asked for No onions, No pickles, Heavy tomato. When I got the burger it had pickles and a single little tomato slice and it was COLD. I don't mean lightly warm, I mean COLD! Pulled across to this Burger King and they were still open, And they had a new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Had my food by 09:58 pm. The Spicy Chicken sandwiches were great.
