Wendy's - Fast Food Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

The manager at this Wendy's named Taryn was the most despicable that I've ever seen. they messed up my order and they said that they would replace it but when I came to pick it up the next day, they only replaced the burgers and not the whole meal. That is the worst customer service. They are so petty she does not need to be a manager, and that whole restaurant needs to beretrained and have new management. I will be going to Corporate over this. They almost killed me because I'm allergic to catch up. retrained and have new management. I will be going to over this. They almost killed me because I'm allergic to ketchup. read more

It has not been more than "1 month" yet I have returned to my new and favorite Wendy's restaurant in our city. Although, this was to hydrate only, the selections for cold brews were fantastic (I guess you can call them that). No waiting in long lines because this time was through my Wendy's app. Entering through drive-thru entrance and retrieving your own order without waiting now gives off a better sense of fast food at this fine location. I desire peace and security in our great community and I sure found it at this clean and put together store. read more

Wendy's - Diet Coke - Fast Food Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

Not sure why the line was so long this evening but it took around 15 minutes of sitting in the drive thru before getting to place my order and receiving my food. My order was correct and the staff was friendly. read more

Wendy's - Store front - Fast Food Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

The Worst Wendy's restaurant I have ever found. Usually, my experience with Wendy's has been always excellent. Not today and previously at this location. Twice I have been here and fries tasted and looked like that had sat there for hours. I actually went back to give them a second chance and the fries were terrible again. Extremely rude customer service and basically no one seems to care. The counter clerk became argumentative over nothing worth arguing about. The manager or the district manager never called back and when contacted didn't really seem to care either way. After looking around the store, I realized why every time I went in here the place was basically empty. No wonder. Too many burger places without attitude in town. Will not return. read more

This particular Wendy's has a big problem. I'm usually happy with a quick Wendy's burger if I'm on the go, but not from this location. On two different occasions, I tried to order a in the drive-thru. On neither occasion could I communicate to the window person what kind of burger I wanted. Once, I couldn't even understand a word that was being said. It was just mumbling. They still had their breakfast menu up and it was lunch time, and all I was trying to ask was "What time do you start serving lunch?" I asked the guy 3 times to repeat his answer before just driving away to hit the DQ instead. Yesterday I gave it one more shot because it's so close to where I live. Instead of going through the drive-thru, I went inside instead. The server was very polite, but the burger I got was very stale. I was in a hurry, so I forced it down and left, but I will NEVER make that mistake again. read more

There is a reason why this Wendy's has such low ratings. Their service is awful. Go somewhere else.

Do not try to stop here before they open. It is 1116 now. I was in the drive through at 1050. Nice man informed me they would be open in 15 min. Waited 20. Blank screen in the drive through. Pulled up and got a shouted, we are not open yet. Even now, watching people pull up, wait and get turned away. Never coming to this location again. read more

Hours are never consistent. Says they are open until midnight but 9:43pm closed. 10:02 pm closed. Service is always hit or miss

I Always have great service from this Wendy's. I actually live much closer to another Wendy's but drive the extra distance because of the food quality & service. read more

Hours not consistent. Avoid after lunch as they won't be open even when they have multiple people visible in the restaurant. This is why all the competition around them gets more business. read more

Waiting on an order I placed a few minutes ago. I don't mind waiting but the conversations by the employees in the back are unacceptable. I should have known there was a problem as there were only two people in the place. The cashier was very friendly and professional but can't say the same for the rest of the crew. I actuallly saw someone spit on the floor in the back only to clean it up afterwards. I am really contemplating throwing my burger away. read more

Honestly ridiculous, I love Wendy's but every time I come through here the same pissed off manager treats me like shit. I was the only car in the drive through and after I paid it took 12 minutes of me sitting at the second window to get my food and the manager opened the window and acted as if I pissed in her cheerios. Rude, middle aged black woman.... Cold fries, and shitty attitudes all around. The guy at the first window was a delight and was super cheerful, even if it's fake, don't just open the window and mumble as you throw my food into my car... read more

Wendy's - a half eaten breakfast sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

If I could give a zero this place deserves it. I have tried serveral times but they never seem to get the order right. Today my grandchildren wanted Wendy's so offi went. Five orders and only one was right. The others were wrong and one was entirely missing. I live close enough to go back and went inside to complain. The place was FILTHY. Food on the floor, dirty work stations and employees who did not seem to have a clue as to what they were doing Note... I don't blame them-it is the management. They offered to replace the order but after seeing the prep area and the lack of sanitization I took a refund. Beware... read more

Went here on Halloween. Line was super slow. We were in line for 20+ minutes. Assumed they were under staffed because of the holiday so I wasn't too upset. However when we got to the window all the staff was gathered in the front hanging out chatting and doing nothing. While one person was running the window. Unfair for that one employee who's probably getting yelled at by angry customers. Better staff= better ratings. read more

Worst Wendy's experience ever. Food was only slightly better than cardboard on bread. Order wasn't filled properly and burger was old and cold. Never again for this location. read more

This is my favorite Wendy's to go to. The staff is always friendly, I never have issues with my orders, and it's always hot and fresh. Especially in the morning and afternoons. The only downside is that they close early. read more

I understand it's fast food but this location is awful. I've been multiple times with an open mind but they simply just do not care about anything it seems. The orders are wrong, the food is sloppy, & customer service is almost nonexistent. If you want Wendy's I would drive the extra distance to another location. read more

Super sweet service, the place was super clean...but a little wet if that makes sense. Floor was disgusting though Service was very sweet but one of the cooks was not wearing gloves...yikes! read more

Slow service. Be ready for a 30 minute wait. Used to be a lot quicker not sure what's happened lately.

So disappointed. Ordered 3 small chilis and 3 plain potatoes. They forgot to give us the bag of chilis and had to go in for them. One potato was half the size of the other two and was clearly leftover from the lunch rush. The chili had barely anything other than liquid in it. If I had strained it I probably would have had about a tablespoon of meat & veggies. What a waste of money! read more

Idk why this Wendy has a lot of bad reviews. I've come here 3 times in the afternoon & my food is always hot. Coke taste like coke & the wait is barely a wait at all. Maybe they've stepped it up recently idk but compared to the other wendys down the road, this one is way better. read more

This is the sloppiest, slowest Wendy's I've ever visited. I hate it too, because my kids and I love Wendy's, but the orders are always wrong, the wait is ridiculous, and the people just don't seem to care. Like it's my fault you did not put my food in my bag and you are doing me a favor by giving it to me. These managers need to be replaced or retrained at a functional store. This is not what I expect from Wendy's. If it weren't the only one close by I'd never come here again. read more

Took forever to get the fries, didn't give me the right amount of fries, then when I went inside to correct the issue they argued and then gave me the wrong size of fries. read more

Would have been 4 stars, but the service was very slow (although courteous). Food was actually good, and the restaurant was clean, but we waited for at least 15 minutes at an off- peak time for a small order. The soda machine was also out of 75 percent of the offerings. read more

I've given up on this store. Something is wrong every time I stop in. No point in upgrading to a medium drink if the drink isn't even what you wanted. ha I asked for Hi-C Fruit Punch... I am not sure what came in the cup, but it was almost a mixture of coke and fruit punch. It was gross. I think it's those Freestyle machines... you get some residual flavor from whatever got poured before your drink. But... yuck. My beloved Son of a Baconator is always dry and cold and lacking in the bacon department when I stop here. Oh well. read more

Lazy! I've been to this location a couple of times. For the last two days I've been going here for lunch and my service has been awful. I was going a avocado Sandwich on the last 2 days and ended up with a different meal instead, no big deal the first time but the second time I was disappointed. On my last drive in I ended up getting a free coupon for a frosty for giving a dollar and I was happy for the treat. After I was done with my lunch I decided to redeem my frosty. I was asked if I wanted chocolate or Villain and I said chocolate then the young girl says we only have villain. THEN WHY ASK ME FOR AN OPTION . I think I was just pure laziness here and I'm not returning to this location and I hope there will be and undercover worker for the company so he or she can experience the terrible service no wonder it's never packed. read more

I love Wendy's but this location is awful. Been here multiple times after 11 and was told they were closed however hours posted online and on THE DOOR say they are open till 12. I waited at the drive thru screen for 5 minutes, tried to say hello to be acknowledged and I got ignored. When I finally decided to leave, there was someone in the drive thru window on their phone as well as someone in the dining area. This tells me that I wAs blatantly ignored, which is rude. Don't know who owns or manages this place but they're doing a terrible job. read more

Terrible service. Gets the order wrong every time. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

Terrible service. Extremely slow. Soggy chicken sandwich and burnt fries. Don't waste your time or money.

Worst Wendy's in metro Atlanta. Don't even bother. Food is sloppy, old, and cold. That's after waiting 20 minutes in a line of THREE cars at 6pm on a Friday. I live up the block so I've been here more than I care to admit. Just don't. read more

I get food from this location about twice a month. More often than not something is wrong with the order. This time was no different. I ordered drive through. I ordered a number 11 which at the moment is chicken tenders, fries and a drink. It showed correctly on the screen. There was only one vehicle in front of me and none behind me. I pay for my food. I was given no receipt. Do I just trust I'm being charged correctly? I'm asked which sauce I'd like and given the food and drink. I get to my destination and somehow I have a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, small fry and a 4 piece nuggets. I couldn't have gotten someone else's order because the person in front of me was gone and still no one was behind me. Needless to say I am unhappy with the result of my receiving the wrong items. I will not be returning to this location for a long while. read more

This location had the SHITIEST service. I went thru the drive thru, took a good 20 minutes for them to even TAKE MY ORDER. Then when I got up to the window to get my food it look about 10 minutes for them to even give me my food and when I get It i only got my nuggets. Not my fries or my drinks. Also everyone there is terribly rude. I reminded them I didn't get my fries and the reaction I got pissed me off. after all of that.. I still didn't have my drinks yet. So I parked, went inside stood in line and finally, the lady that took my order in the drive thru handed me two cups and pushed the sweet tea machine towards me. DIDNT EVEN FILL THEM UP HERSELF LIKE SHES SUPPOSED TO! ridiculous... I know. read more

I went to this Wendy's and the first issue I had is that they could not give me a receipt. This was an inconvenience, but I overlooked it to start. Next, after they had charged my card, they said that they did not have the dressing that went with my salad due to it containing peanuts. I was not told that prior to my order, so I had to settle with dressing that did not go particularly well with my salad. Once we left, my girlfriend found that there was blue cheese on her salad when she specifically asked for no blue cheese. And, we found that we were not given utensils (salads can be difficult to eat without utensils). I called customer service and spoke about my issues. I received a call a few hours later from the general manager. He had a poor excuse for every issue that I had and told me that I could come back later today or tomorrow to replace my order, but that I could not come back after that due to them renovating the restaurant. He was completely apathetic towards my complaints. If you care about getting what you paid for and being treated with respect, stay away from this Wendy's. read more

I pulled into the store at 09:43 pm. Was advise that they could not take my order in the dining room because the drawers had already been closed out. The Dining room is supposed to close at 10 pm. As I was leaving the drive thru attendant said she could take my order. I told her no thanks, I could go across the street to an open dining room. BK was still open and I had my food by 09:57. CFL next door dining area was still accepting customers also. read more
