I was driving home and craving something to eat and I saw Taco Bell so I ran in here to get just three tacos and hit the road. OMG I forgot how good this was! Not as cheap as it used to be, but the service was great. All I got was two soft tacos and a crunchy taco and some hot sauce and it really hit the spot. Not reading all the reviews, but it's Taco Bell. We all seem to love it or hate it, but I was really pleased. Like get a great snack on the way home and it was just exactly what I wanted.! I had a pretty disappointing experience here. When I got my food, the white girlhanded it to me with a noticeable attitude and almost dropped it when i was grabbing it. She didn't seem friendly or welcoming at all. It made the interaction feel uncomfortable and took away from the overall experience. They throw kfc chicken in the Taco Bell. The individual taking orders almost always is trying to sass you when you order. The runners always seem somewhat high. And the orders take forever. Hello to my first exception and 1 star review. Agree with all other reviewers that standards are low for Taco Bells in general. This is by far the worst. I've now visited 3 or 4 times thinking the other visits were flukes, and ended up incredibly frustrated each time. The drive through takes forever. Like 20-30 minutes. I'll end up picking up my phone and not realize how much time passes, and then realizing I'm still sitting in the same freaking spot. Waited in the short drive thru (less than 4 cars) for 15 minutes. Finally got to the window to pay and was told to pull up, where I waited another 10 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. The quality was ok, but the service was bad. I decided to go because from where I was only 1 person was in drive-thru. I was able to pull right up to order, but was not spoken to for about 30 seconds (not long, but unusual). Also, the gentleman was communicating in a silly manner. I thought I am okay if they just want to make things interesting or fun, but after I paid I had to wait at the end of the driveway. I noticed the wait was unusually long.. There was 1 car in front of me and 1 behind me. After waiting a long time, the person who took my order brought out 3 bags. 1 for the car in front, 1 for me, and 1 for the car behind me.. This meant that me and the car in front of me had to wait not just for our food to be done, but also the person behind us, who didn't come into the drive thru until we had ordered and was waiting. Only giving a 1 because you cannot give a 0. For the first time in 2 years our order was almost correct. There are some extremely rude workers there that absolutely hate their jobs and its shows by their displeasure. In the last week we ordered 4 taco salads. The first one literally had 3 tomato pieces, no salsa. The second one they gave mexican pizza sauce for the sauce and barely any meat. The 3rd one did not have rice but it was pretty good. Tonights was pitiful (picture attached.) - no beans, no rice, hardly anything in it. I saw this KFC/Taco Bell and decided to get something for my husband and myself there. We ordered and they told us to pull forward so they can grab our order. Several cars were waiting for their orders as well. When an employee came out with our order, they didn't include the sauces so we pulled around to go inside. Before we went in, we realized they forgot another part of our order. They gave us the sauces and the part of the order that they missed. We checked our food as we left the restaurant and saw that they didn't provide another 1/3 of our order. We tried the food we ordered and it was over cooked and inedible. Multiple things wrong with this Taco Bell. Service took so long. We waited around 20 minutes for 8 burritos. Looking in the kitchen, the workers are dressed with saggy pants. The kitchen environment looks very dirty. Loud profane rap music is playing throughout the whole restaurant. Not very kid friendly. Waited about 5 minutes when there was no line just to have our order taken. Crew looks unhappy not a single smile. When we got our burritos we only received 7. I had to go back in to get another. After years of being disappointed, I'm finally reviewing this location. This particular Taco Bell/KFC is CONSISTENTLY the absolute worst. I live right down the street, so I've frequented this location many times over the years against my better judgment...purely for convenience. I'm done. I won't be coming back. I'll drive 15 minutes to Hiram from now on and I will STILL get my food and get home before I would even be out of the drive-thru at this location. While no one needs a Yelp Review of "Taco Bell's" food (you know damn well what you're getting), this location deserves a shout out -- consider it more of a PSA than a review... Somehow, unexplainably, whatever you order from the drive thru will always be put in the bag wet; its impossible that it's wet from any cleaning products (as it's always super gross inside) so I can only assume the final step is dunking your order in a mop bucket before passing it thru the window. If you arrive on the one night that they actually have mild sauce, napkins, or half of their fountain drinks in stock, immediately drive across the street to the Shell station to buy a lotto ticket. Remember that when you're ordering, the items you select are more of a suggestion than an actual order. Although you'll get to pay for everything you ordered, you'll receive some off combination of whatever was made by accident and whatever is easiest to remember. It's unfortunate that there isn't a (negative star) rating option available... I sincerely think this location could set an all-time record for "Worst Place on Yelp", at least for the years 2015 - 2019. Shame on me for giving this place repeated business but when we want our Taco Bell, we want our Taco Bell. BUT, I think I might have been pushed over the edge today Things that we normally (but again shame on us) let slip by...Sticky floors, slower than molasses service, employees who would rather be anywhere else but here and repeatedly out of sauces, napkins, straws, etc. Today the drive-through displayed a sign saying it was broken and to go inside. Again, this is a quite frequent happening. Once inside, we ordered and when we went to go get our soft drinks, two of the flavors were out of syrup and when we told the employee her response was "yeah we know, it's out." Ummm, thx??? We don't buy soft drinks at home so when we go out it's a nice little splurge but I guess someone forgot to order the syrup or heck, maybe it's here and no one cares to replace it. This is by far the absolute worst fast food place that I've ever been to and I'm 51 years old. I've tried it over and over I tried it at lunch tried it in the evening tried it at late night tried it on non-peak times and it is absolutely a wreck every time. Tonight I visited went through drive thru they overcharged me by 10 dollars then I waited for them to bring the food 25 minutes I go inside to my amazement but no surprise there are 8 people upset some nearly yelling even old people were angry. all of the other customers were saying they waited 30 minutes and they couldn't even get their money back it was so disorganized the staff was like the days ago lost like zombies the management was not much better and quite frankly by their response and actions and verbal communication they didn't care from throwing their heads up in the air to turning their back and walking away from the clearly agitated lobby. if I have not have my little boy with me out of taking my cell phone out and filmed it and post it on YouTube and send it to corporate. But I was somewhat fearful that the Angry Crowd could have gotten out of control it was that bad. How does this location stay in business corporate if you're listening please either close the place so we can get a satisfactory alternate place to get food or make some major changes.
