Ordered a grilled cobb salad from the drive up. The romaine lettuce had brown edges. The chicken had an overwhelming odor when I opened the container at home. I should have returned it for a refund but decided to remove the bad lettuce from the entree. I ate less than half of the salad and trashed the rest. 12 hours later I am paying the price of the bad decision with stomach cramps and diarrhea. This used to be my " go to" salad place. No more Zaxbys for this gal! read more

Four stars for a fast food restaurant. Whoa. You know if must be pretty good if I'm rating it that high! We stopped here several times for food when my dad was at Kennistone Hospital. It's very convenient to the Hospital... not really within walking distance, but close enough that you don't have to hope on I-75 or go through a bunch of intersections to access. Each time we stopped here our food was served fresh and fast. We went inside and ordered from the drive-thru with no issues. One downside... they don't have spoons! read more

This Zaxby's is my go to lunch spot! I have been going to this place at least a couple times a month over the last year. I have fallen in love with the house fried chicken salad, made with very fresh ingredients and top with freshly fried chicken. Drizzled with ranch dressing. The service is always friendly and fast, the restaurant is always clean and very organized. Great prices!!!! I sometimes get the boneless honey mustard wing.... delicious! Really disappointing. I had never been to a Zaxby's and was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. My food was very cold and not very appetizing. I ordered the traditional Wings and Things and I think I would have enjoyed it if it wasn't lukewarm. But the fries tasted like they had been made hours ago. It also took a very long time to come out. My wife had a chicken sandwich and she found it very mediocre and far inferior to the other chicken sandwich chain from Georgia. We stopped here on the way through and had never been to a Zaxby's. Friends had told us good things we were looking forward to trying it. Since we are on a long drive we started by going to the restroom. The women's restroom did not have a baby changing station. Not a deal breaker. But when we went to wash our hands the blow dryer and paper towel rack were both broken. Ok. Still hoping for a good experience. The cashier was very nice and helpful (only reason for the 2 star to being with). Our food came quickly and was very cold with the toast being burnt. My husband ordered the 5 piece chicken finger meal and had to go back and ask for the 5th piece since it only came out with 4. I was really hoping this would be better and am sad to say after this experience and spending $27 I doubt I will try it again. read more

I recently started working right down the road and I have only been to this Zaxby's three times. Every time I have gone, the service is consistently friendly, the food is always perfect and the wait time is short. I pulled up to the drive thru right at lunch time, a little after 12pm when the start of the drive thru was all the way to the window. I only waited 10 minutes from getting in line to getting my food, which is incredible. The expo and window ladies were very friendly and my food was extremely fresh! This location opened up late last year and looks more modern than other locations. Nothing too spectacular, but as far as Zaxby's goes, this place is always very clean and the staff is friendly. The beau let them know that he was actually impressed at how well our food was put together. Most places just plate everything kind of sloppily but this time, it was neat and looked almost pretty lol. I'm excited that their "limited edition" milkshakes are now permanently on their menu! Great Zaxby's location that is quick and efficient! Drive through was fast and Staff was friendly. Food cooked to perfection.

I only eat here because it's close :/ it ok food however there are draw backs to coming here. So far the last three visits they've shorted me every time. First was a milk shake the second was extra toast and the third were the cookies. I get that they were extra but shouldn't that be a note when ordered? Sadly I couldn't go back and get them because I have to be back at work. Next the wait. Every time I go in the wait is absolutely absurd. The only reason they have my business is because I pick up food for my coworkers :/ read more

Very shocked at disappointed. Went in at about 1 for lunch with myself and another Mom and our 3 teenage kids. Busy but not packed. They did NOT get 1 of 5 orders correctly. Then when we asked for to go boxes at the counter we had to wait for the clerk to stop texting on her phone. Maybe if they stayed off their phones they could get at least 1 in 5 right? We saw 3 other people with wrong orders. Really annoying since Zaxbys isn't the cheapest place to go for lunch with kids and they are usually 1 of 2 fast food places you can usually count on to fast efficient spot on with orders and friendly. Management needs to know this ship is a sinking and lack of supervision seemed to be the cause. read more

I work nearby and used to come here often, almost always for salads. The problem is, they are incredibly busy for lunch, and although they've taken steps to speed up the drive-thru, the food quality has gone down. Three strikes: they forgot my dressing and I had to go all the way back to get some (and now I check for everything while in the drive-thru line, slowing them down), the grilled chicken sandwich I tried for the very first time was literally inedible (is this the same chicken in the salads? Hard to believe), and the last salad I got was warm and wilted, also inedible. It sucks, I used to come at least once a week. But If I want quality I have to go either at 11:00 or wait until 1:00. And even then, I'm doubtful. read more

But she was extremely polite and to my surprise there was a cookie I did not order, inside the bag. She definitely put a smile on my face especially at 15 weeks pregnant. Love this location! I had a catering delivered for me. It was set up, looked presentable and tasted yummy! Their catering manager put together a menu for me and budgeted it for me. I didn't worry about a thing except paying. Awesome! read more
