Ordered online, food was not ready according to the email estimated time. We tell them our order name and wait by the counter. The food is ready 5-10 mins later and instead of handing it to us, they place it on a shelf and let it sit there. It takes another 5 mins of staring one of the employees down for her to ask us what's up and get our food. We get home with the food and something tastes off. It tastes like something is missing. I took my family to this location in Kennesaw two days ago. The customer service was below average. The employees can barely open their mouths and greet you. That is the first experience of service...not here! Maybe they feel they don't have to since they are dealing with college students in the local area and no effort is needed. Now the food...our food was ready within 8 to 10 minutes. I never saw them drop fresh chicken and the fries, had to have been redropped because they were to dark and greasy. This place do not deserve your money... I love me some wing stop but this place is sub par and don't give a Damn about service or quality of Food! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I placed an order to this location accidentally and immediately called to cancel the order. I was told I had to cancel the order through the app. However, there isn't an option to cancel it on the app. The order confirmation email explicitly says to call the store to cancel the order. She just kept saying "we can not make your order, but we can't refund you". So how am I supposed to get my money back?? I asked "Are you the manager or is there a manager I can speak to?" To which she replied "Yes ma'am". That was a two option question, which is it?? I said "Oh you're the manager? So how am I supposed to get my money back?" AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. After going to this location quite a few times, I think the quality of food, and customer service completely depends on who is working when you order. There are times when I want to go back for seconds and would drop 5 stars in a heartbeat, but there are also times when I am left disappointed. I've been to this location before and have had only one problem and that is the wait time. I work in the food industry and have for 10+ years so I can be understanding for a wait time for food because I get it but these mouse ball ass size wings are crazy. We (2 people) were the only ones there ordering, I can't imagine how long it would take if there were multiple people in line. The woman who worked the counter for us didn't work.
