Just picked up my order. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. I placed my order at 4pm online. It said the order would be ready by 4:18. I got there at 4:35 and the food was not ready. I was nice about it and waited, and it was about 4:50 when the food was ready. Again, I was nice about it. I did not complain and left without checking the bag. I should have known... I should have been smarter than that, but I didn't check. I got home and found that part of the order was missing. I ordered a combo w/ 10 boneless and 5 extra classic wings. The 5 classic wings cost about $5 (total was about $15 so 1/3 of the order) and were not in the bag, so not only did the order take almost an hour but also the order was wrong. So... rip. Absolutely terrible place. I tried to call the place. They do not pick up the phone. I called like 10 times... It just rings and eventually hangs up, so... I don't know what to do. It's not really worth it to drive back there to complain so... whatever. I should have known when I saw the bad reviews but... we thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt. This place sucks. I walked into this establishment with a rather big order, the two young men in the kitchen got upset and began staring and laughing at me repeatedly and it was very offensive. I find it very odd how you cook upwards of 1,000 wings in a shift and still be upset when I order a slightly bigger order than the other customers. They should be greatful they have a well paying job willing to hire them with those attitudes. I love Wingstop but THIS location is trash. I've had wings from here a few times and was underwhelmed but a year later, I decided to give them another chance. Looks like the wings have somehow gotten smaller, they are dry and overcooked and to compensate for the dryness (I guess), they dumped so much oil/grease on my DRY RUB lemon pepper wings that they were actually saucy. We placed our order online and were told it would take 16-21 minutes. We showed up to the store about 30 min after the order was placed cause they never finish in the allotted time. I get there and they ask for my name. She cant find my order on the rack so she tells me they're working on it. I wait another 20 min which would put it at 50 min past the order time. She asks again. I tell her. She cant find the order anywhere. At this point I've stood around for 30 min in the store and I ask to just have my order refunded. She proceeds to tell me she cant cause it was placed online. Overall not very happy with the situation. God awful service and terrible professionalism. No manager on duty and it shows. This was my first time eating at any Wingstop and I was honestly impressed. I've always heard their food was over priced and over hyped but my expectations where exceeded here. I went late at night after work at like 11 and there was only one guy there. His name was Jacob. Jacob literally had a line of people waiting for pick up orders and other people wanting to place orders. Not once did he lose his composure or his customer service. He even had time to tell me about the online survey I could do while I waited. When I finally got my food (and it wasn't that long of a wait) it was GREAT. Visited this store and filed a complaint about a week ago. Decided to give this location another chance since it right up the road from my home. This go around I sent my husband to pick up our food and once again we were disappointed. My food was undercooked basically bleeding and covered in sauce. Made an attempt to call the store and no one answered the phone. So once again I've wasted my money. My husband mentioned that the staff was very rude to him and weren't of any help when trying to order. The food took forever and not to mention once again the staff was laughing and giggling in the kitchen area. Let alone there was staff in the lobby not of any help to anyone. Check your order before eating or leaving the building is my big tip for this location. For some reason they have something off about my order each time I come and do carry out. Other than that the wings are amazing. I love the all flat wings extra crispy in Louisiana rub. To me the rubs are a little cleaner to eat for me. The fries are the kind you must eat while hot because if you don't trust me they will be nasty. The staff here are on the younger side but to me are very friendly, you just have to understand the fact they are younger. This location is hit or miss and once ran out of traditional wings. Sometimes fresh, sometimes dry. Delivery guy didn't ring doorbell and said he knocked and left. I was here on the night of December 15th and when we walked in our order was ready, but the lady was taking her sweet time. We sat down and got everything we needed which included plates. I was at the counter waiting to get helped for 7 minutes... just waiting and no one helped. The same lady didn't even acknowledge me and then she goes to the back and starts laughing. The white man had finally helped me. The food quality was terrible. The lemon pepper didn't look like it usually does and they had it sitting in oil. Honestly the management can be so much better. They really have gone downhill. Most of the employees there are incredibly rude and just don't care. I even saw on Twitter that the general manager THREATENED an employee. I hope that manager gets fired and the employee who was threatened gets some sort of compensation for dealing with that. This place is just slightly above average. The service was pretty good and the establishment looked really clean. The downfall is the wings are on the pricey side when you consider the size. I only got a 10 piece but there were some really tiny wings in the bunch. Another strike against wingstop was the fact that my fries had way too much salt on them. It wasn't the typical fast food oil stains either. The oil appeared to have been poured or dropped on the bag during the transfer from the fryer to the container. As I pull the boxes of food out of the bag each box has oil ALL OVER the bottom of the box. To the point my hand looks like I just POURED baby oil on it. As if all of that isn't bad my order was missing a large fry! And no the door dasher didn't take it because the sticker that Wingstop put on the bag was still there intact when I got the order. I call the restaurant at EXACTLY 8:25pm 35 minutes before closing time, no answer. I called 3 additional times after that and still no answer. So I'm guessing they either closed early or just don't answer the phone either way is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so I wait until today to call back it's currently 6:50pm they do not close until 9pm and they STILL aren't answering the phone. I called the store immediately and the phone was busy so I called 3 more times and it was still busy. When I was finally able to get a hold of the store I was put on hold for approximately 3 minuets which seems long to me only to have the manager as me to bring the food back. I explained to him that the store is 12 miles fine my house and I was not coming back today but that I could freeze the wings and bring them back at a later date.
