Super slow service and only fair wings. Stopped by for lunch mo one in the place and took 20 minutes to get wings. Dude cooking in back in slow motion. Go somewhere else. read more

I love Wingstop but THIS location is trash. I've had wings from here a few times and was underwhelmed but a year later, I decided to give them another chance. Looks like the wings have somehow gotten smaller, they are dry and overcooked and to compensate for the dryness (I guess), they dumped so much oil/grease on my DRY RUB lemon pepper wings that they were actually saucy. GROSS! read more

Wingstop - Lemon pepper wings where you can see the build up of grease - Chicken Wings Near Me - Kennesaw, Georgia

This location is hit or miss and once ran out of traditional wings. Sometimes fresh, sometimes dry. Delivery guy didn't ring doorbell and said he knocked and left. For this reason, this is my first time back in over a year and previously I ate here weekly. I've been going to wing zone but was in the area today and just decided to stop, let's see if there is a change. So I tried again, by ordering online and for some odd reason on a busy Friday night, they had 3 people working including the shift manager. My order I placed online and waited 30 min for wasn't even received, go figure. However, the shift manager made all right in the world again when she offered to personally prepare my order. read more

This was my first time eating at any Wingstop and I was honestly impressed. I've always heard their food was over priced and over hyped but my expectations where exceeded here. I went late at night after work at like 11 and there was only one guy there. His name was Jacob. Jacob literally had a line of people waiting for pick up orders and other people wanting to place orders. Not once did he lose his composure or his customer service. He even had time to tell me about the online survey I could do while I waited. When I finally got my food (and it wasn't that long of a wait) it was GREAT. I'll definitely be coming back for this is my new wing place in town and I hope when I do Jacob is there to cook for me. read more

Visited this store and filed a complaint about a week ago. Decided to give this location another chance since it right up the road from my home. This go around I sent my husband to pick up our food and once again we were disappointed. My food was undercooked basically bleeding and covered in sauce. Made an attempt to call the store and no one answered the phone. So once again I've wasted my money. My husband mentioned that the staff was very rude to him and weren't of any help when trying to order. The food took forever and not to mention once again the staff was laughing and giggling in the kitchen area. Let alone there was staff in the lobby not of any help to anyone. My husband not only mentioned that the store was very nasty and smelled absolutely foul. Thus establishment deserves 0/5 stars and needs to be shut down read more

Check your order before eating or leaving the building is my big tip for this location. For some reason they have something off about my order each time I come and do carry out. Other than that the wings are amazing. I love the all flat wings extra crispy in Louisiana rub. To me the rubs are a little cleaner to eat for me. The fries are the kind you must eat while hot because if you don't trust me they will be nasty. The staff here are on the younger side but to me are very friendly, you just have to understand the fact they are younger. The music choice they play sometimes may be a bit much when I bring my daughter in. They may want to play the edited version because there may be children in the building and Cardi B may not be the best choice, especially when she is talking about how good her cupcakes are lol read more

I walked into this establishment with a rather big order, the two young men in the kitchen got upset and began staring and laughing at me repeatedly and it was very offensive. I find it very odd how you cook upwards of 1,000 wings in a shift and still be upset when I order a slightly bigger order than the other customers. They should be greatful they have a well paying job willing to hire them with those attitudes. They also didn't tell us our order hadn't gone through and let us sit in the store without an order for an hour. read more

Worst customer service on earth. Placed an online order. Arrived at the time my order was supposed to ready. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Arrived back home and half the order was missing. I called the store and the cashier never apologized or even offered to accommodate me in any way. Returned to pick up the missing items, still no recognition of their mistake. I get it, it's a chicken place, but customer service is sorely lacking. Atticus Franchise group owns this and about 19 other locations. I really hope they are aware of the horrible employees they are hiring. I'll never return to this location. read more

Worst service ever! Picked up the 30 wing combo and was missing my dips plus the celery that comes with the combo! How could a store train people to have an attitude when you walk in to pick up and still able to make the customers more pissed when they get home! read more

I will definitely Stop going to Wingstop. After their careless service and communication, my $7.99 10 Boneless Buffalo Wings were made less exciting. I was praying for them to be good, but turns out they burn service and wings alike. I wish the ranch was free at least, not even the first one is though unless you get a combo. Other things, the parking space is ample so that's a good thing, also the hours are nice, they close pretty late, around midnight or so. Safe to say I will not be coming back to get ignored at again. read more

We placed our order online and were told it would take 16-21 minutes. We showed up to the store about 30 min after the order was placed cause they never finish in the allotted time. I get there and they ask for my name. She cant find my order on the rack so she tells me they're working on it. I wait another 20 min which would put it at 50 min past the order time. She asks again. I tell her. She cant find the order anywhere. At this point I've stood around for 30 min in the store and I ask to just have my order refunded. She proceeds to tell me she cant cause it was placed online. Overall not very happy with the situation. God awful service and terrible professionalism. No manager on duty and it shows. I would strongly suggest just going to taco mac across the overpass. They're 100x better. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. read more

I was here on the night of December 15th and when we walked in our order was ready, but the lady was taking her sweet time. We sat down and got everything we needed which included plates. I was at the counter waiting to get helped for 7 minutes... just waiting and no one helped. The same lady didn't even acknowledge me and then she goes to the back and starts laughing. The white man had finally helped me. The food quality was terrible. The lemon pepper didn't look like it usually does and they had it sitting in oil. This is not like Wingstop, and personally this experience was terrible. They have music all loud also the whole lobby can hear it. read more

Wingstop - a person removing a piece of chicken from a tray - Chicken Wings Near Me - Kennesaw, Georgia

Excellent customer!! Food was fresh. I'll always come here. I ordered 75 wings and it was perfection.

I'm convinced Wing stops main objective is it sucks. This one doesn't disappoint. Rude/dirty/lazy employees. Dirty store, fryer oil doesn't seem to get change as often as it should. Live and learn. read more

Such amazing kind people. Came 30 min before they closed and they attended me with such positive attitude.

Stopped in on a recent Saturday evening to have a quick meal for 2. Ordered 8 wings of a flavor and 2 wings of another flavor. The 2 wings were so small it felt deliberate. Nearly every table hadn't been bussed and clean with dirty dishes strewn. Lots of workers friends hanging around inside talking with staff. Won't order in again on a weekend night. read more

My favorite sauce is the garlic Parmesan. It's so so good! I usually get it in boneless but if im getting classic, I'll get lemon pepper and teriyaki or Hawaiian. The fries are seriously like crack! Idk what they use as the seasoning but it is seriously amazing! They also have Parmesan and Cajun fries which are good too. I come to this place so much it's not even funny and it's definitely not good for me lol but if you haven't tried Wing Stop I would definitely go for it. You won't be disappointed. They're a little on the pricey side but I get the 10 piece boneless wing combo (which comes with a drink) for 10.91. Not that bad to me but for some it would be. read more

If you like crispy wings, you will like this place. Everything is cooked to order so there will be about a 7-10 minute wait but its worth it. They have a good selection of flavors to choose from, Louisiana Rub is my favorite. If you order, I recommend you tell them to go light on the salt, the two times I went there they had to re-cook my fries because they were too salty. read more

only came here once so far. I decided to try it because I got a coupon when they were promoting at KSU. The sauce is really good, I got the original hot. However the wings were tiny and kind of hard. Maybe it was too fried. The wait wasn't too bad. maybe 10ish minutes, and I wasn't in a rush to be anywhere. read more

Under new management and you can tell. Definitely worth giving them a second try if you've had bad experiences in the past.

TLDR: Wings are pretty good, but the customer service could be better. If you're looking for a late night meal, Wingstop is one of your few options near the KSU campus. They're open to midnight seven days a week, so if you're need of a study break, and you're craving wings, Wingstop isn't a bad option. It's not exactly the healthiest of food options, but getting a combo order of lemon pepper wings with fries and a drink can really hit the spot. It's slightly higher on the price points for wings from a chain restaurant, but it's good nonetheless. I would have to agree with several of the other reviews here in regards to the service you get at this location. I've been to this location on several occasions and where this Wingstop lacks is in customer service, especially later at night. Let's just say it's not exactly friendly when you come here at 9 to 10 pm. If you do care about customer service and you're in need of late night food, you can always go right next door to the Jimmy John's. In case you're picking up an online order, the Wingstop is located in a small plaza right off of Chastain with enough parking even during peak hours. read more

Ordered wings for delivery from the Chastain Kennesaw location. The said it would take 41-46 minutes. They charged my card, then cancelled the delivery. They didn't answer the phone last night or today. Why was my order cancelled? Please issue a refund. read more

Awesome! Louisiana Rub was my favorite, and the fries were a surprise! So good, seasoned and similar to Five Guys. Super fast, fresh, and very friendly staff. Even the ranch and celery were fresh and delicious. Thank you WingStop! Will be back ASAP :) read more

We placed an order online and have already paid. We have been here to pick up our order since 6:50 PM and we are still here. It seems to me that there should be more than one person helping with the orders up front. this girl is working her butt off. What is going on? read more

I always order the lemon pepper wings, all flat. This day was no different. Quick service, hot food.. only suggestion is the let the grease drain before putting in the box. The amount of grease floating at the bottom can be easily avoided. The pic is after I drained it. read more

Terrible service, and way too expensive. I was in there 40 minutes before a rehearsal I had across the street at KSU. After I ordered, she forgot to give me my drink. When I asked the lady for it, she acted inconvenienced that she forgot to give me what I payed for. After waiting about 20 minutes for my 10 boneless wings, unnoticed she hadn't even started them, but she was restocking cups, making fries that I didn't even order; and there were only about 4 other customers who were ALREADY eating. I ended up waiting about 35 minutes, and I expected an apology, but she didn't even say anything when she gave me my wings. I paid $12 for these crunchy, burnt, almost hollow boneless wings, and was almost late to my rehearsal that was 2 minutes away: not recommending and definitely not returning. ~Kaitlin C read more

This place is just slightly above average. The service was pretty good and the establishment looked really clean. The downfall is the wings are on the pricey side when you consider the size. I only got a 10 piece but there were some really tiny wings in the bunch. Another strike against wingstop was the fact that my fries had way too much salt on them. Should have asked for another order because there is no way they can be this salty without more people complaining. I will likely give this wing joint another try. read more

I love me some Wing Stop! The boneless wings are good! The best flavors are Cajun, Louisiana Rub, and habanero mango! (According to my boyfriend) The fries are so good! One of a kind seasoning on them(usually ask for extra)! Made to order so good is super fresh! But it does take sometimes 40 minutes. I advise ordering online so it will be ready when you arrive. Do not call because they are short staffed and will just tell you to order online. read more

Food was hot and fresh, a bit pricey for a joint that serves wings, fries and chicken tenders. We had to wait a longer than expected time for our food and they forgot some items when they presented it to us (they fixed it right away).. Other folks were having issues with long waits and wrong orders (incorrect flavors), especially when the place got busy. Not sure what the deal with getting the food out quick was. Our food was so hot and fresh, I think they cook each order one at a time (which can back up a kitchen). I was not a fan of the boneless wings - too much breading and drenched in the sauce (some people may like it that way). Traditional wings were good sized and very tasty. The Louisiana Rub was the favorite. Fries were OK. I did not care for the seasoning on them (too much of a sweet taste), but it was different and I can see why other folks may like them. Will go back but will likely order ahead to avoid the wait. read more

The food is good but service sucks. I like to call in for pick up and they literally NEVER answer the phone. I called seriously 80 times. Months later I tried to place a carry out and same thing, NO ANSWER. It's just so inconvenient. I have to go out of my way to eat here and seriously who has time for that! read more

Did not even get to order as the staff placed me on hold twice. Once they finally answered the said "Hello" and hung up... No big deal they are probably busy. Called again and got a young lady who seemed to busy to answer the phone. Asked if they delivered and was given attitude and a rude "ummm no" response. Was excited to see if their wings were as good as they say but sadly the bad customer service pushed us away. read more

Honestly the management can be so much better. They really have gone downhill. Most of the employees there are incredibly rude and just don't care. I even saw on Twitter that the general manager THREATENED an employee. I hope that manager gets fired and the employee who was threatened gets some sort of compensation for dealing with that. If i were them, i would have quit on spot as well. Imagine going into work that SHOULD be a safe space, only to be threatened, lose all sense of safety and are out of a job because they are now scared of ever returning. Do better Wingstop. Angela, don't be a c**t and treat yourself employees with respect. Employees, do better and smile more and be interested. It will go a long way. read more

Came to this location because the one in Acworth had bad reviews. The service was fine, cashier not overly enthusiastic but was not unpleasant either. The man in the kitchen brought out our order and was really great. Food was good and wings were meaty. Was in a 5:00 on a Saturday and wasn't busy. Would recommend this location read more

Although the food is great, the customer service is awful! Called to place an order and was put on hold for 7 minutes, had to call back just to place an order. Once I arrived, the cashier was very rude and acted like she was annoyed to be bothered with customers. The cashier was consistently on her phone and attentive to other things except the customers. This was my first time eating at Wingstop in a few months, it may be another few months to a year before I return. read more

First off, music is very explicit and way too loud to have a single conversation with the person right in front of me. Terrible customer service. Placed an order for dine-in and the cashier was on her phone before dropping our wings. There were no other people in the restaurant at the time of us being there. We waited roughly 35 minutes until we got our food. Food was good, but overall a terrible experience. Definitely won't be back to this location. read more

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER from this place! Ordered over $50 of food through door dash the food arrives and the bag is DRENCHED in oil. It wasn't the typical fast food oil stains either. The oil appeared to have been poured or dropped on the bag during the transfer from the fryer to the container. As I pull the boxes of food out of the bag each box has oil ALL OVER the bottom of the box. To the point my hand looks like I just POURED baby oil on it. As if all of that isn't bad my order was missing a large fry! And no the door dasher didn't take it because the sticker that Wingstop put on the bag was still there intact when I got the order. I call the restaurant at EXACTLY 8:25pm 35 minutes before closing time, no answer. I called 3 additional times after that and still no answer. So I'm guessing they either closed early or just don't answer the phone either way is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so I wait until today to call back it's currently 6:50pm they do not close until 9pm and they STILL aren't answering the phone. This place is a complete JOKE don't waste your time, energy, or money. ZERO stars if I could. read more

I have visited this location a couple of times. Last time we waited 45 minutes for our food and the employees didn't seem to care and the manager did nothing. My wife and I decided to try it again and the service was just as bad! We walked up to the counter and the girl working was looking away and didn't even acknowledge us. When we asked if we could order she looked annoyed that she even had to help us. Will not be returning. I would recommend Chick-fil-A or Otters if you're craving chicken read more

Nice place clean very yummy tenders great boneless wings real tasty Fry's for all you fry lovers

I placed an online order at this store on 5/26 and when I got my order home my order was incorrect. I called the store immediately and the phone was busy so I called 3 more times and it was still busy. When I was finally able to get a hold of the store I was put on hold for approximately 3 minuets which seems long to me only to have the manager as me to bring the food back. I explained to him that the store is 12 miles fine my house and I was not coming back today but that I could freeze the wings and bring them back at a later date. Let just say this was not acceptable to the manager and he ended up yelling and over talking me. I have never experienced such disrespect ever and will Never patronize this store. read more

The girl working completely alone on the first big game night of college football season was great. She was alone. The owners should have planned this night.
