Just picked up my order. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. I placed my order at 4pm online. It said the order would be ready by 4:18. I got there at 4:35 and the food was not ready. I was nice about it and waited, and it was about 4:50 when the food was ready. Again, I was nice about it. I did not complain and left without checking the bag. I should have known... I should have been smarter than that, but I didn't check. I got home and found that part of the order was missing. I ordered a combo w/ 10 boneless and 5 extra classic wings. The 5 classic wings cost about $5 (total was about $15 so 1/3 of the order) and were not in the bag, so not only did the order take almost an hour but also the order was wrong. So... rip. Absolutely terrible place. I tried to call the place. They do not pick up the phone. I called like 10 times... It just rings and eventually hangs up, so... I don't know what to do. This was my first time eating at any Wingstop and I was honestly impressed. I've always heard their food was over priced and over hyped but my expectations where exceeded here. I went late at night after work at like 11 and there was only one guy there. His name was Jacob. Jacob literally had a line of people waiting for pick up orders and other people wanting to place orders. Not once did he lose his composure or his customer service. He even had time to tell me about the online survey I could do while I waited. When I finally got my food (and it wasn't that long of a wait) it was GREAT. Visited this store and filed a complaint about a week ago. Decided to give this location another chance since it right up the road from my home. This go around I sent my husband to pick up our food and once again we were disappointed. My food was undercooked basically bleeding and covered in sauce. Made an attempt to call the store and no one answered the phone. So once again I've wasted my money. My husband mentioned that the staff was very rude to him and weren't of any help when trying to order. I walked into this establishment with a rather big order, the two young men in the kitchen got upset and began staring and laughing at me repeatedly and it was very offensive. I find it very odd how you cook upwards of 1,000 wings in a shift and still be upset when I order a slightly bigger order than the other customers. Other than that the wings are amazing. I love the all flat wings extra crispy in Louisiana rub. To me the rubs are a little cleaner to eat for me. I will definitely Stop going to Wingstop. After their careless service and communication, my $7.99 10 Boneless Buffalo Wings were made less exciting. I was here on the night of December 15th and when we walked in our order was ready, but the lady was taking her sweet time. We sat down and got everything we needed which included plates. It's slightly higher on the price points for wings from a chain restaurant, but it's good nonetheless. I would have to agree with several of the other reviews here in regards to the service you get at this location. I've been to this location on several occasions and where this Wingstop lacks is in customer service, especially later at night. We had to wait a longer than expected time for our food and they forgot some items when they presented it to us (they fixed it right away).. Other folks were having issues with long waits and wrong orders (incorrect flavors), especially when the place got busy. Not sure what the deal with getting the food out quick was. Our food was so hot and fresh, I think they cook each order one at a time (which can back up a kitchen). I was not a fan of the boneless wings - too much breading and drenched in the sauce (some people may like it that way). Traditional wings were good sized and very tasty. The Louisiana Rub was the favorite. Fries were OK. I did not care for the seasoning on them (too much of a sweet taste), but it was different and I can see why other folks may like them. I call the restaurant at EXACTLY 8:25pm 35 minutes before closing time, no answer. I called 3 additional times after that and still no answer. So I'm guessing they either closed early or just don't answer the phone either way is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so I wait until today to call back it's currently 6:50pm they do not close until 9pm and they STILL aren't answering the phone. I called the store immediately and the phone was busy so I called 3 more times and it was still busy.
