This is a brand new location. We received a coupon for a free side in the mail and decided to hit it up. It had been awhile since we'd been to a Wing Stop, B Dubs is our usual spot. Without knowing the exact prices (my baaad, what kind of Elite Yelper am I?!) they are a bit cheaper than B Dubs, but their wings are smaller. I'm a fan of their hot and garlic parmesan flavors. But a reason why we prefer other places is that a majority of their flavors are dry rubs, we like them doused in sauce. Their fries are to die for, the dry seasoning they sprinkle on top includes sugar, making a sweet, savory combination that is even better when dipped in ranch! Its similar to a fast food restaurant, you order at the counter and seat yourselves. Being brand new, this place was spotless and the service was on point. read more

worst location ever , they were all standing around eating pizza , took 40 mins and two of my wings missing !! to many worked for stuff to be missing .... night shift to many guys there that don't care ! read more

I have never been to this location until last night when I went to pick up my order that I placed online. The staff was very friendly and gave me quick service. I'm very satisfied with everything about my order- I got boneless wings in 2 different flavors, seasoned fries, and celery sticks. It all tasted wonderful! I will definitely be returning here again sometime soon. read more

Great wings and probably the best fries I've had from a fast food joint. I walked in and ordered which took about 35 minutes to get my food. I would recommend ordering ahead. read more

they gave me some raw ass frys and the chicken was cold as f*ck i will never recommend this place to anyone maybe a different wingstop but not this location read more

The slowest EVER!!!!!!!! Don't let if your are in any type of rush.. Lots of college kids kind of standing around.

This place is amazing. The wings are so good. Get the Louisiana rub!

Love this place. The wings are great- my favorite favors are chili lime and Louisiana rub. The staff is great. My office is down the street and we go here literally once a week...or more! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great wings and fries. read more

It was not a good experience for me...at all. I called in my order, and the person taking it seemed to have trouble understanding me repeating it atleast 3 times. We were hurried to get there because they were closing..even though the open sign was still on well after we got our food and checked it before leaving. Our orders were wrong, no apology..the mngr/cashier was very rude. The chicken was very dry. The orders were a disaster. I won't be back for sure...too many other better choices. read more

Went here & my wings was undercooked . The meat was pink . Seriously that's not ok. For anybody who does not know how bad that is look up "eating undercooked fried wings" read more

came in at 11:25, when i started ordering my bone IN wings they said they could only serve boneless wings bc of the time. what's the point of sayin u close at 12 if i'm not even going to be able to eat what i want. there was still 35 minutes left before close. and the manager was rude which just made it worse. read more

Ive gone to Wingstop many times. However,My first time going to this location the wings seemed undercooked. I should have trusted my gut because I just went there again and my stomach has never hated me more, 100% food poisoning. Fuck this place. read more

Great wings, fries, and good service for being a chain. Can't ask for much more. The place was also really clean which is a must

Ok wings! Had the Hawaiian and Cajun Boneless & Bone-In wings with fries. The fries are GREAT! Overall , I liked them. Good customer service too! read more

This place ROCKS. The Louisianna rub on their wings is AMAZING. I've tried to mimic at home but have failed and for this reason I continue to visit often, even if it's just for pick up. read more

I called to order a pick up order at 11:40 tonight which is Sunday 10/01/17- as I am a server & just got off of work. The lady on the phone said they were closed and that I couldn't place an order. If that's the case, maybe their time should be edited to 11:40 instead of 12am. I realize it was 20 minutes until close but that's no excuse to lie and say you're closed. I have parties of 15 walk into the sit down restaurant I work at 10 minutes before close and we never refuse service to them. Great staff ya'll seem to have. read more

Wings cooked to order. Louisiana rub flavor really hits the spot. The meal is a bit pricey for just wings and a side but they are defiantly delicious. They are open until midnight to satisfy those late night cravings. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE the wings here. Honestly some of the juiciest, most flavorful wings I've ever had. I usually get the garlic parmesan and love every bite. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is the service - one time, I was charged twice for my order and had to physically go to the store to receive a refund (my original order was delivered) and on 2 other occasions they forgot part of our order. Overall, though, the wings are great! Highly recommend. read more

If the wings weren't amazing, we would never go back here. The service is the absolute worst. Wingstop offers online ordering but this location conveniently doesn't have it set up. I frequent the Wingstop in Smyrna BC it is close to work, and that location is awesome. I've called in our orders BC we would previously wait 30 mins if we did a walk in, but every time we call and finally arrive, they are just then dropping the wings. I've told the workers it defeats the purpose of doing a call ahead. Things have been forgotten and I was given an entirely wrong order and had to drive back to get the right one. It is just a very poorly ran restaurant. This will probably be the last time, as every time we give them yet another opportunity. Although the wings are amazing, we will stick with hooters and tmac from now on. read more

Awesome wings.. Bad service! I ordered online and used a coupon then once I got there to pick them up I was told that I didn't meet the minimum order requirements for the coupon. On top of that my order wasn't even ready. We waited an additional 15 minutes to get our food. read more

Love these wings! Used to go to BWW on Barrett but a friend took us here. So glad he did, this is my favorite wing stop! My favorite is the dry rub and a roll. Chicken tenders are great for the kids. read more

Ordered online for pickup. There was one employee when I got there 15 minutes before close and he was super, super nice!! I ordered Hawaiian and lemon pepper boneless wings and cole slaw. Everything tastes pretty good! read more

Very salty fries. Impossible to eat. Next time I'll have to check before leaving. Wings were alright, maybe a bit more sauce next time.

Had to wait 30 minutes for some less than stellar wings. They flat out forgot or neglected me. I work in the service industry so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Honestly, the staff seemed racially prejudice... Won't be going back read more

Friendly, Happy, and great service! Also if you're a KSU student they offer a student discount! I've been frequently going here for a few months now. All of the staff and food is excellent. You get exactly what you pay for every time! read more

Fantastic customer service! We were unhappy with our order & the manager was friendly and quick to fix our problem. I haven't felt this well taken care of by customer service in a long time. They were fast, courteous and efficient. Thank you! read more

The service was good but one order of wings was cool and not hot. The fries were about to turn cold. The 2nd order of wings was great. I might go back if I can't find another wings place nearby. read more

Wings were alright. I've had better. My boyfriend and I got blue cheese and ranch for our dressing but couldn't even taste the difference. Wing size was ok not to big but not too small either. But couldn't finish the food because it stopped tasting alright after the 5th wing. The hoagie roll was good though. Long story short I've had better wings and a better service. read more

Since it took about 30 minutes the last two times I walked in and ordered my food I figured I'd call it in instead. The employee told me 10 minutes and I got there about 15 minutes after the phone call. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes upon arrival. This is the slowest place ever! If the wings weren't so good I would never go back here again. Lemon pepper and Serrano pepper wings are amazing. read more

If you need a wing fix, you have found the place! It's sooooo good. Especially their dinner rolls and garlic parm wings. They literally have better wings than anywhere else. Eat in if you can because it's so much better fresh than if you order to-go or delivery. read more

We ordered at 11:10 and were the only customers. Ordered two wing combos and didn't receive our meals until 11:51. Definitely will not be coming back. read more

Love the wings, but every time I go there, they mess up something on the order. Tonight, I ordered a large, which for me was 10 wings, 5 mango habanero, and 5 hickory BBQ, with blue cheese, and a side of fries. I also ordered a second side of large fries with a large honey mustard. Order came out with correct wings, but no blue cheese, one thing of fries, and a regular honey mustard. Now, I wouldn't be frustrated about this, but it cost me an additional $3.85 for the wings. Food tasted great, just incorrect meal... for the second time in a row. read more

I usually come here with my friends and I. I never had a problem, however the Caucasian male who took my order (David, which says on my receipt) rushed my friends and I as we were taking our order. He basically cut me off as I was taking my order. I understand he had to put in my name but he could of been like "I'm sorry, can I have your name first?" Instead of saying "Can I have a name" in a rude, aggressive way. He is really loud and his tone was very rude. Also, my friends and I were sitting at the big round table and felt uncomfortable eating most of the time because he would constantly watch us. He was also rude over the phone to customers and laughing at what the customers said, I suppose. My friends and I work in a restaurant as well and understand being busy and being polite, however they were not busy at all and David could have been a tiny bit nicer. read more

Solid and reliable, sometimes understaffed, but workers friendly and helpful. I recommend the Cajun, not the Louisiana Rub. The Cajun is spicier and crispier than the latter, which is tasty but slightly too Southern (buttery and not quite hot enough) for my tastes. read more

This is the greatest wing place. I have never had any problems, and the one time they mest up my order, they handled it great and were professionals with me and gave me my correct order. Very pleased and would recommend to everyone! read more

Got here at 12:30 on a Sunday and this Wingstop is just randomly closed?? There was literally a couple sitting outside saying they ordered online and couldn't get their food now. No sign at least? read more

I have been coming to this location since it opened and it has gotten progressively worse over the years. The quality of the food and the service has gotten so bad that I finally had to call the corporate offices to file a complaint. read more

Worst service ever. Placed our order 40 minutes ago and still haven't received our food (only people in the place). Several tables still haven't been cleaned from when we walked in. Usually like wingstop but won't be coming back to this location read more

Horrible Experience called in order 3/25/2018 at 11:54 am Went to pick up order at 12:30 pm I paid $10.17 10 mins after the cashier rang me up he said he couldn't find my order, after showing my phone records they found my order in the system again. The manager then informed me there would be a 45 min wait because the wings were still "frozen" they initially offered me a refund in the incorrect amount $9.53 up one showing my receipt I was issued my correct total. I received a half hearted apology from the manager. Terrible Experience. 1133Chastain Road Kennesaw GA lost my business read more

Had wings delivered to my dorm. Delivered within 15-20 minutes. Lot sooner than I expected! The food was also good. I accidentally ordered honey BBQ (which I normally hate) instead of mild. However, it was surprisingly good and definitely worth the cost. read more
