I have never been to this location until last night when I went to pick up my order that I placed online. The staff was very friendly and gave me quick service. I'm very satisfied with everything about my order- I got boneless wings in 2 different flavors, seasoned fries, and celery sticks. It all tasted wonderful! This is a brand new location. We received a coupon for a free side in the mail and decided to hit it up. It had been awhile since we'd been to a Wing Stop, B Dubs is our usual spot. Without knowing the exact prices (my baaad, what kind of Elite Yelper am I?!) they are a bit cheaper than B Dubs, but their wings are smaller. I'm a fan of their hot and garlic parmesan flavors. But a reason why we prefer other places is that a majority of their flavors are dry rubs, we like them doused in sauce. Their fries are to die for, the dry seasoning they sprinkle on top includes sugar, making a sweet, savory combination that is even better when dipped in ranch! Its similar to a fast food restaurant, you order at the counter and seat yourselves. Being brand new, this place was spotless and the service was on point. read more

I called to order a pick up order at 11:40 tonight which is Sunday 10/01/17- as I am a server & just got off of work. The lady on the phone said they were closed and that I couldn't place an order. If that's the case, maybe their time should be edited to 11:40 instead of 12am. I realize it was 20 minutes until close but that's no excuse to lie and say you're closed. It was not a good experience for me...at all. I called in my order, and the person taking it seemed to have trouble understanding me repeating it atleast 3 times. We were hurried to get there because they were closing..even though the open sign was still on well after we got our food and checked it before leaving. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is the service - one time, I was charged twice for my order and had to physically go to the store to receive a refund (my original order was delivered) and on 2 other occasions they forgot part of our order. If the wings weren't amazing, we would never go back here. The service is the absolute worst. Wingstop offers online ordering but this location conveniently doesn't have it set up. I frequent the Wingstop in Smyrna BC it is close to work, and that location is awesome. I've called in our orders BC we would previously wait 30 mins if we did a walk in, but every time we call and finally arrive, they are just then dropping the wings. I've told the workers it defeats the purpose of doing a call ahead. Things have been forgotten and I was given an entirely wrong order and had to drive back to get the right one. It is just a very poorly ran restaurant. This will probably be the last time, as every time we give them yet another opportunity. Although the wings are amazing, we will stick with hooters and tmac from now on. read more

Love the wings, but every time I go there, they mess up something on the order. Tonight, I ordered a large, which for me was 10 wings, 5 mango habanero, and 5 hickory BBQ, with blue cheese, and a side of fries. I also ordered a second side of large fries with a large honey mustard. Order came out with correct wings, but no blue cheese, one thing of fries, and a regular honey mustard. Now, I wouldn't be frustrated about this, but it cost me an additional $3.85 for the wings. Food tasted great, just incorrect meal... for the second time in a row. read more

Wings were alright. I've had better. My boyfriend and I got blue cheese and ranch for our dressing but couldn't even taste the difference. Wing size was ok not to big but not too small either. I usually come here with my friends and I. I never had a problem, however the Caucasian male who took my order (David, which says on my receipt) rushed my friends and I as we were taking our order. He basically cut me off as I was taking my order. I understand he had to put in my name but he could of been like "I'm sorry, can I have your name first?" Instead of saying "Can I have a name" in a rude, aggressive way. He is really loud and his tone was very rude. Also, my friends and I were sitting at the big round table and felt uncomfortable eating most of the time because he would constantly watch us. He was also rude over the phone to customers and laughing at what the customers said, I suppose. My friends and I work in a restaurant as well and understand being busy and being polite, however they were not busy at all and David could have been a tiny bit nicer. read more

Solid and reliable, sometimes understaffed, but workers friendly and helpful. I recommend the Cajun, not the Louisiana Rub. The Cajun is spicier and crispier than the latter, which is tasty but slightly too Southern (buttery and not quite hot enough) for my tastes. read more

Horrible Experience called in order 3/25/2018 at 11:54 am Went to pick up order at 12:30 pm I paid $10.17 10 mins after the cashier rang me up he said he couldn't find my order, after showing my phone records they found my order in the system again. The manager then informed me there would be a 45 min wait because the wings were still "frozen" they initially offered me a refund in the incorrect amount $9.53 up one showing my receipt I was issued my correct total.
