I have no clue why the rating is so low. Me and my aunt came too eat here (it was just a typical sports bar vibe) and let me tell you, perfection. We had a lovely time here, our waitress Chris (who had lovely red hair and beautiful colored eyes) made our experience so memorable, she was so kind and helpful with everything. The food here was amazing, everything tasted delicious and it was worth every penny, plus, we ordered dessert, and once we took a bite of it, explosions of sweet flavors bursted, I swear fireworks showed, we could just right away it was made with nothing but pure love, im not even exaggerating. Had the worst customer service experience at this location. This was my first time visiting and I will not be coming back. I was trying to use a coupon from my blazin' rewards account but for some reason it would not pick up my phone number. My waiter was super nice and apologetic about it. When it still wasn't working he took me to a different register to try and see if it would work. Now, for some reason, their rewards program is outsourced and the stores (apparently) cannot override anything. Basically if for whatever reason their system cannot pick up your phone number to connect to the system, you're screwed. We tried numerous solutions- delete and redownload the app, double check number, etc but nothing would work. Let me make it clear- I had no issue with my waiter, he was very patient with the whole ordeal. The problem happened when the manager came out. She was hateful and rude right off the bat, blaming me for not putting the right number (I showed her the app where it listed the correct number), accused me of making a new account and that's why it wouldn't pick up (I had this account for several years with that phone number attached). I very calmly explained to her that we've been trying for the past 15 minutes and if there was anything she could do. She huffed, said no, and then started to berate me in front of her employees. She accused me of belittling her employees, blaming them for this problem, while I stood there dumbfounded. I had never once mentioned a problem with the employees (mind you the aforementioned employees were not even my waiter, they just happened to be standing nearby). In the end we could never get the system to work, and she had a huge smirk on her face and told me to "have a good day" after she tried to publicly shame me. For what? I'm still not sure because I never had a problem with the employees, only the manager. The problem wasn't that the app wasn't working at this point, it was the attitude of the *manager.* I even called back the next day to complain about my poor experience, only to be told she was the manager and owner of that specific franchise and they could do nothing about my awful experience. For good wings locally, this is a decent spot - been coming occasionally for years. However, there are better spots IMO. On this particular visit, I was surprised how few patrons there were for Thursday night football, as I've been many times when the place was packed. The lighting has changed from what I remember; it's not dark, but it's certainly not warm and inviting. Some screens displaying a variety of live and replayed games are good quality, others are not. They were having some difficulties with the game sound this evening. The service is usually acceptable, but they simply refuse to keep empty dishes and cups cleared, even when we stack them and place them on the edge of the table. I know this isn't a fine dining place, but who likes to sit with dirty trays of wing bones on their table? Wings are also a spicy food, typically, so water should be kept coming. I had to ask for a refill after several minutes of an empty cup. Additionally, the celery was not crispy and was starting to brown. Strangely, too, this time, the wings were not warm. They were crispy and tasty but not warm. That was unusual. The potato wedges with cheddar cheese were hot but not indulgent; I preferred the old house chips (potato slices) that are no longer on the menu. The new pretzel bites were good, but even on the after 9:00 price of $4, that's almost $1 per bite, and the dipping cheese was plain and boring. I much prefer Taco Mac to this place, and since the prices have gone up, I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon. read more

This particular location has been a go to for Steelers fans for YEARS, yet today when I asked why we didn't have volume on our game I was told they were required to play the local team and then when I asked again the MOD 10/8 at 1pm said patrons had already requested volume on the local game. I've been there, spending $50-$100 every week during football season for YEARS because I know there will be volume on the Steelers game; hence it didn't cross my mind that I needed to ask. Several patrons (10-20) were there in Steelers gear and more were cheering for that particular game than any other. Read the room mam. I can go to any random sports bar to see the game, I come here to be with fellow fans and hear the game that I can't watch at home. If you are now a first come first serve volume location, that's your choice but I will take my business elsewhere. I had to listen to the game using my Tunity app which I can do anywhere. No utensils or napkins. I stared at my salad for another 5-10 minutes before I got a fork. That was enough time to notice that the salad was actually one of those Fresh Xpress salads that come in a bag from Publix with 3 thin tomato slices on the side. Literally was. The lettuce was brown and old. My wife wanted a buffalo chicken salad but, bc she's vegetarian, asked to substitute the chicken for cauliflower. The waitress tells her that she would have to charge us for the cauliflower side. She explained that she didn't eat chicken she just wanted the cauliflower instead. Waitress said she can't do that. Hmmm. Ok. 6 of us completely finish our meals and my wife's SALAD still isn't out yet. All ordered at the same time. Not busy at all. I look over, right in the dining room, the hostess is sitting at an empty table, shoes off, adjusting her socks! Bare handed. She then gets up, goes behind the to go counter and starts grabbing menus. Never once went to the restroom and washed her hands! By the time my wife's salad came out, we had to get a to go container bc my daughter had a soccer game. They brought me the check. The salad was $30! They charged us for a chicken salad minus the chicken and bacon and an order of cauliflower wings! I asked the waitress what that was about. She told me "I told you that I would have to charge for the cauliflower". I asked what the price difference was between the CHICKEN salad, no CHICKEN and a plain salad. She said about $7. I said well why didn't you just charge us for a plain salad since that's what we actually got? She told me "because she said she wanted the chicken salad". Can't make this up. So I ask to speak to a manager. We wait another 5-10 minutes for a manager. A lady walks up and speaks to a waitress behind us. I hear her ask "your ppl looking for a manager?" I couldn't hear what else was said but that lady just walked away and never came back. My wife noticed that she was behind the bar. So I go and ask "are you the manager?" She said no I'm just the bartender, but can I help you? I said I asked to speak to the manager and I saw you come over. She said oh I thought everything was resolved. Unfortunately, when I arrived home I realized my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant again and Josh was incredibly kind and apologetic. He offered credit back to my card, or for them to make my food right again. I chose to go to the restaurant to pick up my correct order. When I arrived home again, I noticed I had even more wings than requested! They were super fresh and hot, & I thought it was great customer service to add more wings to an order and I felt less inconvenienced. Why is this restaurant even open? Sunday night Football (Chiefs vs Buccaneers) and Sunday Night Baseball game (Mets vs Braves) both playing on the TVs, an almost empty restaurant (more tables empty than full), a hostess that was standing around at the podium barely wiping off the menus, and we (and many others) were turned away. The time, 8:44pm, both major games going on, the whole purpose of this establishment, and we were told that they were short staffed and couldn't seat us for an hour and a half. What? We tried to tell her that we were going to stay for the entire game and that we could wait until half time to order (the game had just started), but she repeated that they couldn't seat us for an hour and a half! The game would pretty much be done by then! Not to mention, the restaurant would be closing within a half hour of that. So, a SPORTS restaurant can't seat customers for a SPORTS game and are turning people away?!? So why be open? It's not worth being open for the 7 tables that were being served! Why would any of us that got turned away ever want to come back to this restaurant? I'd rather go, to Hooters or Twin Peaks, where I know they will serve us DURING the SPORTS GAMES! If I was the manager, I would have had better customer service (a dead art at this restaurant). I would have notified the customer that we could seat them so they could watch their game, but would warn them that the service and food would be slow and ask them to be patient with us. You don't make money by turning people away - with a lack of customers and you won't be able to pay your employees or expenses - you are causing your own Catch 22. I watched as not only us, but several other parties of four, five, and more were all turned away. I'm sure you aren't worried, but your competitors appreciated the extra patronage to their restaurants. We will not be returning here. Our fries were definitely not fresh, and the oil used to fry everything was a little off. I placed a pickup order before reading all the horrible reviews, so I was pretty nervous about eating here. I was pleasantly surprised by my food. My fries were still crispy, even after a 15 minute drive home. The cheese curds were great. The traditional wings with medium sauce were great, cooked right and still hot, but I admit the sauce had zero kick. The boneless wings were not my favorite, but they weren't bad. The BBQ sauce was good. To Corporate, I have this to say: if you're going to make the employees wear your own, special logo masks, make sure they fit! 90 percent of the staff had masks that fell down below the mouth, including the manager's mask. You need to invest in masks that pinch at the nose or have an adjustable toggle for the ear straps. You're doing it very wrong and you're endangering each other and customers.
