Especially good with Horsey sauce. Mozzarella sticks are very good too. I was here at a very busy lunchtime but the employees were very friendly and super efficient. Quick stop for Jalapeño Bites, drove to drive through and we found no one. We quickly parked and got in to see attendants busy on their phone and forgetting to check the drive through. While order was ready in less than 5 minutes, the attendant came out and left the bag without calling a name and walked away. We visited at about 7pm, while I am sure it's end of day definitely no reason to be distracted and angry. Jalapeño poppers were crunchy, piping hot and just the right combo for rainy weather. This place has gone downhill over the last year or two, but my visit there tonight really sealed the deal. I won't ever be going back here and I STRONGLY advise others to consider against it as well. I ordered a few items for me and the family: chicken sliders, a Reuben, and a chicken bacon Swiss plus a few other things, and while I was already unhappy with the quality of the Reuben (dry bread, sparse ingredients, cold temp, and all this on top of the high price), I moved on to the chicken bacon Swiss. I thought it tasted a little odd (it was also cold) and then I looked down to see that I had been gulping down RAW CHICKEN. Like, the inside was the color of my palm raw (photo attached). I just have to wait and see if I get food poisoning I guess. We threw away the uneaten food as it had been put in the same bag with the raw chicken sandwich. I will never eat here again. They over charged my card, then when I mentioned it they took my card for about 5 minutes (I was in the drive thru) asked me for my card and I said you have it!! What were they doing with it?! I was originally charged $19, my order was $11. I ended up getting charged BOTH! I stopped through the drive-thru of Arby's to get my jamocha shake fix, even in 20 degrees weather and being cold in Indianapolis! The drive-thru cashier was extremely pleasant and nice, and handled my order very professionally and with care. I normally do not go to fast food restaurants, but Arby's is one of my favorites because of their jamocha shakes. I love their market salads as well. The roast beef sandwiches are always a treat. My late mother always enjoyed a jamocha shake at Arby's, and we would often stop at Arby's for a jamocha shake growing up. Arby's is great. I'm also a vegetarian. I know these things don't add up, legitimately at all. I don't eat meat and a large portion of the Arby's menu is meat-laden. So much. So if you talk to any vegetarian, they'll tell you that the only thing they order at Arby's are the curly fries. The curly fries are GREAT. I haven't found a better fast-food fry: from the seasoning to the shape and the crispiness, there's really nothing better that you can get. Today, though, I got the mozzarella sticks: I was craving cheese and had heard that these mozzarella sticks are super good, especially by fast-food standards. I grabbed a 4-piece, which came with some Red Gold marinara sauce. I only dug in once I came home and to my (rather shocked) surprise, the mozz sticks were still piping hot- I even took a selfie with my cheese pull! The sauce, standard and packaged, is actually the perfect compliment and, dare I say it, I had found the perfect (or closest to it) fast food mozzarella stick. Next time you go to Arby's, throw in an order of these. You don't have a choice, they're that good. The place itself? Meh. Just go through the drive thru. read more

There really isn't much to be said besides this place will hit the spot when you're either going north/south on Meridian or you're on 465 and need a bathroom break! I like Arby's food, this location though has its ups and downs. I typically go during the day and find the staff and service are pretty good. I went to Arby's in the early evening a couple of nights ago, parked and attempted to go inside to order. I much prefer ordering this way vs. the drive through. The door was locked. Don't waste your time or money! I love Arby's but this location is abysmal. They have no problem charging you for items that you don't get, but then there is no response when I asked them to credit my card for items I did not receive! I gave them a week to reply and fix their error, and it's been crickets ever since. The restaurant was not busy when I was there on 3-26-23 (lunch time), and they still messed up! I guess employees playing on the phone was more important than actually working! I had to dispute the charge just to get my money back! Check all your items before you leave the store, or you will be sorry when you get home. read more

This location needs new management. It's been closed on two separate random occasions. First time, we were told the "computers are down." Second time, we walked up around 6ish PM and the doors were locked with a few employees inside. There were no signs up that would give any indication they should be closed either. It's frustrated me to the point that we will toss out coupons that land in the mailbox. read more

Clean, friendly and convenient. Stopped by for "happy hour" snacks for my granddaughter. Can't beat chicken sliders for $1 and Ghirardelli shakes for $1. The shakes were served snack size, which was a disappointment as other locations serve a small complete with whip cream and cherry. The chicken in the slider was crispy fried with melted cheese on a potato roll. She liked the sandwich very much. We also bought a regular roast beef slider which was awful. I had a buffalo chicken slider which was tasty with perfect heat but only enough meat to fill 1/3 of the bun. I was happy to have fresh lemon with a large cup of ice tea. My husband and I went through the drive thru tonight. I don't eat Arby's often and typically consider it a "treat." When I do eat there, it's usually one on the SE side of town and they never disappoint. Tonight at this location was a huge disappointment. We felt it was strange when the kid taking our order didn't let us finish, didn't give us a total, and asked us to pull forward. We had to finish our order at the window. My beef and cheddar had VERY little beef on it and my fries were COLD. My husband's sliders were good, but his onion ring container was only half full. The shake was good. It's very unlikely I will return to this location. There's a McDonalds right there as well and I can eat hot food there for half the price and not get cheated on the meat. I have not reviewed this location in awhile. Management has changed numerous times as well as staff, but the the food and service remained great. The food is still good but the customer service lately is horrible. The young man working the drive thru the last couple times I've been there is unfriendly to rude and seems to have a major attitude. Seriously I don't know how he could be less friendly. Employees on their cell phones while moping and cleaning the dining room. Even employees either watching video or listening to music on their cell phones while working. I'm not strictly a fan of Arby's as say compared to a sit-down restaurant. But as far as fast-food joints go, this was pretty good. I went at peak lunch rush. The place was busy, but the lines progressed quickly. I placed my order, it came out quickly, but not so quickly that I wondered how long it had been sitting on the counter waiting for someone to order it. I went to the self-serve area to fill my soda. Their Pepsi was out, so I let one of the clerks know about the problem. She refilled the Pepsi immediately, then went so far as to ask me if she could get me a napkin (those were almost out too) or anything else. Service was tip top! This location has a drive-thru, and really good access from the highway. You can enter the restaurant from two different locations which is great, since it's right off a divided high-way, and if there weren't two entrances, a u-turn would be necessary for half the patrons. read more

The employees who work the drive thru are very quick, efficient, and they have all been really friendly. If you go through the drive through it is ALWAYS at least a 10 minute ordeal. They are just rude and grumpy. This is by far the best Arby's that I've ever been to. All of the management staff is super friendly and helpful, and for that matter, so is all the staff. The food is always very good, freshly made, and hot. The price is typical Arby's, a little on the expensive side, but they send out coupons once a month, which makes them VERY affordable. The drive-thru is also open late, which is a plus for us, since I don't tend to get home from work until 11:30pm or so. read more

Literally the worst restaurant with the worst employees! Don't eat here people save your money or drive farther if you really want Arbys! Not only is the male manager working tonight caring much about the store or beong a good manager and does not care about customers but the female worker is a joke. After ordering are six sandwiches thru the drive thru and waiting we received 4 of them. No worries my husband then goes into let them know were missing the two chicken sandwiches to the guy and he turned to the girl and said are they missing two chicken sandwiches and she responded with "yep" obviously knowing that she gave it out without the two sandwiches and could care less. They then had to make the sandwiches by nuking them in a microwave to give to us. No sorry, no nothing because they're to busy playing on their phones which are visible all over the cutting board. This place is a joke everytime we come were missing an item, food sucks, and the employees are rude. We won't go back ever.
