I took a chance just to stop by to see if the had the orange creamsicle shake. I have been wanting one for so long and know that they do t always have it. Pulled into the drive thru didn't have a long wait and was greeted so pleasantly by the nicest lady. I really wish I had gotten her name. I know I only ordered a shake on this visit but the service that she provided was top notch (especially in today's society) To have someone thank you for coming, enjoy your shake, have a great rest of your day made my visit GREAT!

Raw chicken bacon Swiss sandwich.

This place has gone downhill over the last year or two, but my visit there tonight really sealed the deal. I won't ever be going back here and I STRONGLY advise others to consider against it as well. I ordered a few items for me and the family: chicken sliders, a Reuben, and a chicken bacon Swiss plus a few other things, and while I was already unhappy with the quality of the Reuben (dry bread, sparse ingredients, cold temp, and all this on top of the high price), I moved on to the chicken bacon Swiss. I thought it tasted a little odd (it was also cold) and then I looked down to see that I had been gulping down RAW CHICKEN. Like, the inside was the color of my palm raw (photo attached). I just have to wait and see if I get food poisoning I guess. We threw away the uneaten food as it had been put in the same bag with the raw chicken sandwich. This is just totally unacceptable and could end up seriously harming someone. So gross.

Jamocha Shake

I stopped through the drive-thru of Arby's to get my jamocha shake fix, even in 20 degrees weather and being cold in Indianapolis! The drive-thru cashier was extremely pleasant and nice, and handled my order very professionally and with care. I normally do not go to fast food restaurants, but Arby's is one of my favorites because of their jamocha shakes. I love their market salads as well. The roast beef sandwiches are always a treat. My late mother always enjoyed a jamocha shake at Arby's, and we would often stop at Arby's for a jamocha shake growing up. The main reason I order a jamocha shake at Arby's is because of my mother, because it reminds me of her and how much I miss seeing her enjoying a jamocha shake at Arby's. It's like she is with me in spirit when I have a jamocha shake. Go to Arby's and order a jamocha shake! You will not be disappointed!

Arby's is great. I'm also a vegetarian. I know these things don't add up, legitimately at all. I don't eat meat and a large portion of the Arby's menu is meat-laden. So much. So if you talk to any vegetarian, they'll tell you that the only thing they order at Arby's are the curly fries. The curly fries are GREAT. I haven't found a better fast-food fry: from the seasoning to the shape and the crispiness, there's really nothing better that you can get. Today, though, I got the mozzarella sticks: I was craving cheese and had heard that these mozzarella sticks are super good, especially by fast-food standards. I grabbed a 4-piece, which came with some Red Gold marinara sauce. I only dug in once I came home and to my (rather shocked) surprise, the mozz sticks were still piping hot- I even took a selfie with my cheese pull! The sauce, standard and packaged, is actually the perfect compliment and, dare I say it, I had found the perfect (or closest to it) fast food mozzarella stick. Next time you go to Arby's, throw in an order of these. You don't have a choice, they're that good. The place itself? Meh. Just go through the drive thru.

Perfect pit stop

Clean, convenient & its freaking Arby's! There really isn't much to be said besides this place will hit the spot when you're either going north/south on Meridian or you're on 465 and need a bathroom break! The restaurant is well kept and doesn't feel old & dirty. Given the location, the patron base is more inclined to pickup & go or eat fast & leave. Solid place to grab some food!

We just stopped in here for a quick bite while on the road. Very nice location! Didn't really notice it was, well, an Arby's. The updated interior is very modern with a lot of natural light! Loved all the windows. Service and food were good too. No complaints. Ok, meal's over. Time to hit the road again. [Stuffed. Too many curly fries.]

Great management at this restaurant. I tried pork belly sandwich without onions and it was delicious. Senior discount too.

We chose Kona Jacks (hang with me for a minute), but they weren't seating guests because of a tornado watch. Instead, the host requested, or rather, demanded that we head to Daddy Jack's next door. I was a bit confused about why a tornado watch necessitated moving to the restaurant right next door, but we rolled with it. When we arrived, Dani greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. We talked through the strange transition, and Dani truly listened. She acknowledged my confusion, validated it, and then kindly and expertly guided us into the next part of our evening. From that point on, the experience was so smooth you'd think Dani and the kitchen were reading our minds. Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived hot, fresh, and full of incredible flavor. We made short work of it. Chatting with Dani throughout the night, we discovered she's a 20-year veteran of the service industry, and it absolutely showed. It was exceptional food, phenomenal service, and a total ending to our night. We can't wait to go back!

I love it, and this would almost make me a McDonald's person if I didn't greatly dislike their food. But my youngest child likes a McDonald's double cheeseburger and fries now and again, and so we persist with this place. This McDonald's is modern, in that you order at a kiosk, pay at the kiosk, and then wait for a harried person to deposit your bag of food on a surface for you to pick up. It's all very clinical and impersonal, and I love this system so much. The less I have to interact with McDonald's in any shape or form, the better. We were in and out of here in about 10 minutes, but of course there's a drive-thru, so you don't even have to get out of your car. But strangely, I think going inside and ordering means interacting with the fewest people.

Ambiance: while waiting inside ( wait time was 32 minutes) I saw a large amount water coming from beneath the service counter, an employee feebly tried to mop behind the counter. Meanwhile every customer in there is standing in water. Literally. While on the extended wait time one male employee went to bathroom several times (3). Never once did I hear water running. He came and went with his gloves on. Each time going back to the food preparation wearing the gloves. I'll never go back, that place needs condemned.

On my first visit, I had the tender meal (Medium+ spice) with the fries. The tenders were seasoned well, spicy as expected, and were larger than what I remember. I was full after eating two of them. The fries were fresh and hot and were also seasoned well - pair them with ranch and *chef's kiss*. The next day, I had the same meal to-go, but had greens instead of fries. Hands down....the best greens I've had in Indianapolis. These are the greens you want at Thanksgiving! The spice level was great, it had flavor, and I finished my cup wanting more of it! A wonderful surprise for sure. Customer Service: Based on the fraternity event, customer service was pushed to the limit. The staff remained polite and stayed busy. They did their best to find customers that had ordered food while navigating the crowd. Very professional and flexible. They are appreciated for their multitasking and hard work! Ambiance: The ambiance from the graffiti wall to the party light vibes on the inside is top tier. Outside of being s great restaurant, this was a welcoming party place with the food and drinks to match. They have a patio area for smoking and the party filled up the inside and easily spread outside to the patio. This place was perfect for the fraternity event and I can guarantee the vibes would be right for a sports watching night with the fellas, or just wanting a good lunch. And shoutout to the DJ that kept the music going all night. Highly recommend!!

Judging from early reviews, it would appear this latest location for the Potbelly Sandwich Shop is…read moredefinitely having some growing pains. I would have to agree. Potbelly Sandwich Shop essentially started as one shop in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago in 1977. It ran that way until 1996 when Potbelly regular Bryant Keil bought the shop from Peter Hastings and grew it to over 250 locations in the next 12 years. I've tried Potbelly a couple of times when I've been on Tenderness Tour events. I've also been to the downtown Indy spot on Monument Circle. While I can't say it's ever completely blown me away, I'd consider myself a fan. This spot opened up recently next to Whole Foods. If you know this location, you know that Kite has been really working to make this entire shopping center more of a premium location. Potbelly is well-decorated with nearby accessible parking and terrific curb cuts. The interior is a bit confusing - as you enter, you have a row of wooden booths to the right, a table in the middle, and I believe another table at the end of the booths. There's also a high-top table by the window. While there's no signage indicating as much, you go toward the back to order (once you get back there, you will see a sign that says "order here."). There's menu signage and a small cubby hole with print menus (thanks to the customer who pointed this out). The menu consists primarily of sandwiches - three different sizes including a "skinny," original, and a larger size. There are some skinny combos you can get for $7.99 that include chips and a drink. You can upsize the drink for $.30. I kept it simple with a roast beef and provolone sandwich in the original size. I went with chips and a drink. I upsized the drink. I paid $14.81 - which, I'll admit, seems excessive considering I added no toppings. The folks taking the order were fine. The order was accurate. The real winner here was the young woman working the cash register as she was very friendly and helpful with the table. She's a definite plus. Overall, this was fine. Great? No. Bad? No. It was definitely overpriced and nothing really screamed out "I can't wait to go back." That said, I'd certainly stop in if I was in the area. The food was decent enough. The Grippo's chips are a nice touch. There are also some dessert options, though of a simple variety, though given I spent nearly $15 on the meal I wasn't even thinking about that. In short, this was pretty much the definition of a 3-star experience. This feels like a work in progress. I'll likely give it another try in the future and see if the bugs are worked out.
