Went to eat with my family about 40 minutes ago. It was very hot inside and I asked the lady behind the counter if they could turn the air on. She said I'll have them look at it. Then she starts talking to a man about how I was complaining about the air and that how is it going to get cold with the to go window and doors always opening. Maybe the employees should be trained better on customer service. It is 98 degrees outside today and we are sweating while eating. Plus I could hear everything you were saying about me. read more

I went to the Arby's on Hole in Riverside, I've always had good service and good food, but this time one of my roast beef sandwiches was lacking roast beef. I brought it to the attention of a worker, he looked at it and to my surprise, he offered me another sandwich. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The employee at the front counter with dreadlocks was rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated by basic questions about the menu. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when asking about pricing and product options. Overall, I left feeling overcharged, misled, and disappointed. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the inconsistency in portioning so future customers have a better experience.
