    Turkey Rueben

I tried the Rueben sandwich with turkey instead of corned beef. It was really good. I actually really like Arby's marbled rye. It goes well with the turkey and sauerkraut.

I wouldn't normally review major chains, but these stores are normally independently owned by franchisees, so wanted to praise the particular owner, manager, and staff of this specific location. I came in on a weekend around noon, and all of the staff from the person who took my order, to the person who handed me to the food, to what seemed like the shift supervisor/manager gave an overall great experience. It was refreshing change compared to other chains I've been to recently, including McDonald's, which was average at best and the worst being Burger King, the Tustin location, (see upcoming review for more detail). The food was fast and delicious, we got the 3 for $8.99 Classic Roast Beef, very filling a good value. The tables and the bathrooms were very clean. And I was most impressed that the supervisor/manager wished us a great day with a smile as we were leaving. It's rare these days that you get this level of experience at a chain nowadays so when I find this, I have to commend the operations and people.

I very seldom do reviews for fast food because I'm so selective and minimal in the type of fast food that I eat; however I've been wanting to re-visit Arby's for some time now. Today I decided to try the Sweet and Heat Beef and Brisket Meal and decided to try the Blueberry Lemonade in which they said I could get at an extra cost. Now I didn't really have a problem with paying extra but I was sad to see that the drink was not comparable to the size of the normal soft drink that goes with the meal and was very "tinty"! Now my main point to this review is that I think it's important to give my thoughts on a $12 fast food meal. What I did appreciate is that the fries were hot and the sandwich was fairly good; a little spicy if you don't like too spicy food. I just don't think that I finished my meal to conclude that this meal was worth me spending another $12; just my opinion.

This was my first time visiting the Foothill Ranch Arby's after living in the area for several months. I thought the service was good. They acknowledged me immediately and had my food ready from my mobile order when I walked in. The dining area seemed larger than usual for an Arby's, and I tried their new cheeseburger as part of a BOGO deal. The roast beef sandwich is better, but free food is free food!

Tried the garlic ribeye sandwich and it was so bad, I couldn't finish it. It was riddled with gristle and it didn't taste good. I'd def never order this item again. Had to go somewhere else to eat after this because after two bites, I threw it away and was still very hungry. It's just not good.

Please bring back the potato cakes, the potato wedges or whatever they're called! We paid over $30 for two extra beef sandwiches. Because we asked for extra beef. But somehow they seem to way over charge. They were very nice, the food was delicious but why is the price so high!

They're always carrying a sweet smile and have such amazing service As for the food, I tried the olivich and this sandwich was outstanding, I 100% recommend. The bread is perfectly toasted up, the chicken is juicy, the veggies are fresh, the fries/chips added add a perfect crunch, plus the sauce they add has an incredibly savory flavor to it!! One of my all time favorite sandwiches. Paired the food up with some hot chai and pistachio baklava with drizzled honey, definitely try if you're very into sweets!! 10/10

Ordered the salad and the Olivich sandwich with meat. I noticed several customers going up to the counter to check on their food, so figured they were pretty overwhelmed but after waiting 40min for 2 items, and getting no follow-up from a gentleman who said he was going to check on my order (I saw him leave instead), I asked them to cancel my order. The guy told me to give him 5 min. to get it done. I was happy to get my food 10min later! This is where my disappointment happens.... After waiting 50min for a salad and a sandwich, they forgot to put the dressing in the bag and according to the menu, the sandwich should have been on a baguette but it was on more like a French roll. Tasty, but I love baguettes which is why I ordered it. Maybe a "I'm sorry" piece of baklava would have made the experience a little better? Next time I will turn around and leave if they are really busy. Better to go on a slow night.

We got there at 8:30 pm, and they were already cleaning up, so we asked if they were still open before we ordered. They were so kind to let us order our sandwiches even though they were cleaning up the kitchen. We love their Dutch crunch bread so much so we bought two loaves to have at home. They made the sandwiches quick and we took ours and ate it in the car. Hubby got the whole Baja Cheesesteak with Dutch crunch bread and the meat was pretty red and the sauce was a bit spicy. He enjoyed his sandwich and his free cookie. I got the Sammie French Dip with Dutch crunch bread and the meat was too red for me. I like my meat cooked a little more, so I decided to wait to cook it more at home. The dip had a horseradish flavor which was too strong for me, so I will probably not eat it. I loved my free cookie! I really liked the Mr Pickle sandwich last time so I will definitely try another cold sandwich next time. I can't wait to make sandwiches with the Dutch bread we got!

From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and full of charm. We had the pleasure of meeting Deanna, who--along with her husband--owns the market, and you can truly feel the heart they've poured into it. I had the best chai latte here, along with a fantastic pastrami sandwich and The Goombah--every bite was incredible. You can immediately tell the food is high-quality and absolutely made with love. As new parents out and about with a baby, the kindness and genuine hospitality made the experience even more special. This is truly a hidden gem. I absolutely think the place is a hidden gem and would love to stop by more…read moreoften however both times Ive stopped in I haven't felt extremely welcomed, let me explain. Once I dropped in with my nephews (3 and 7 at the time) for lunch and enjoyed it however we had an odd experience where one of them wanted a sandwich dry (meaning no condiments) and we were told by the waitress that no alterations were allowed on the menu. That was a year or so ago. Moving on I thought it was strange but didnt think too much of it other than them not liking kids. Yesterday I stopped in solo after a 30 mile canyon ride and asked for a IVL (Latte) to go (in there small defense they did ask if I wanted for there or to go). They made it quickly which was great. It was maybe 9am and there were maybe 3 tables seated in their side outdoor space with maybe 6 cars in the lot, it was not packed at all. I went to walk thru the door to the side outdoor seating just to look around and maybe sit for 5 minutes and was told I wasnt allowed back there as they're 'full service'. My assumption was that meant they wanted to keep the tables open for people who eat there which is fine. So I said no worries and explained I just wanted to look around instead of sit and then was told yet again I couldn't even go through the door nor sit indoors. I was told my only option was to take my coffee out front. It really felt as if I wasnt welcome there at all. It was a very odd experince to be honest. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years myself and all that they had to say to me was 'you can look around and sit for 5 minutes or until we start to get busy'. Instead whoever trains the staff here seems to train that of it's to go then people arent welcome to stay even for 5 minutes. As for the drink itself. Instead of making a latte with an expresso shot it was simply milk with brewed coffee sat atop (very bitter at that). Which was really odd as I could see they had a full expresso machine setup. Not sure if it was intentionally made bad but once again it felt as if I wasnt welcome there. *Updating below in response to the owner/managers response* 1. Regarding the latte with brewed pour over on top I didn't get that information from anyone. That WAS the drink I was served. Ive had maybe 5000 lattes in my life time from about 500 different cafes. Maybe someone pulled a really bad (over extracted shot) but it was 100% like a pour over on top of milk. 2. I never tried to use the emergency side exit/gate. I tried to use the adjoining door way. 3. I completely get the outside is reserved seating only now. That could have been explained friendlier on the spot. The approach of the situation could have been a sure you can take a look but cant sit. Simple. 4. When I went with my nephews it wasnt a question of not having a kids menu it was not allowing the slightest of alterations (no condiments) for kids who are typically picky at a certain age. 5. Ill agree maybe its just not a good alignment.

I'm someone that loves food tripping and breakfast burritos are something I eat often, but this one was other-worldly. The custom pick of protein, the cheese, and jammy sunny side up eggs inside, the crispy tater tots, and the tenderly crunchy griddled tortilla; it was incredible. And if you think I'm overplaying how good it is, then your loss; you don't get to try it. Anyway besides how good the burrito is, service is great! They made my food quick and were attentive to the things I needed. The inside is nice and there's good seating inside, maybe not enough for a big party, but there's a couple two-top tables and a bar seat counter (no bar, just bar counter). HIGHLY recommend! I've been living in RSM for the past couple years and I have zero clue how I'm just finding out about this. Gem alarm!

**This review is only for their breakfast burrito**…read more CK's cousin introduced us to this place while we were visiting town because she said it has the best breakfast burrito in the OC. CK & I were a bit skeptical, but we were surprised. Definitely one of the best breakfast burrito's I've had in the OC - especially when fresh! Made with your protein of choice, sunny side-up eggs, tater tots, pico de Gallo, cheddar cheese, and a flour tortilla - I ordered it with chorizo and CK ordered with steak. The steak are thinly sliced - not carne asada style like I assumed, but it was still good. My favorite had to be with the chorizo. Everything in the burrito was well put together and created a good balance. I think the star of the show in the burrito was the tater tots because they're the perfect crispyness and I think it's what the tied the breakfast burrito together. The breakfast burrito comes with a side of salsa verde, but there are additional condiment sauces above the trashcan. Definitely coming back for more when I visit!
