Every time I order from there they never get my order right I ordered a Swiss beef with extra meat and they didn't even add extra meat and they only fill the sauce up quarter way. I like Arby's but the service is terrible, they ignore you at the speaker for an awkward amount of time, refuse to give you the tiniest bit of extra sauce you want, she literally told me to go buy it at the store, over one extra packet of Arby's sauce, was rude and unpleasant and even had workers around her watching her be mean and unprofessional for no reason, I was confused and embarrassed, I'm beyond grateful, gracious, and polite because I know its a hard job, I even offered to pay for the extra packet, but the interaction left me almost in tears, I'm too scared to go back now read more

You honestly cannot beat their curly fries, chicken tenders, or their turnovers. Always been a fan of their roast beef and cheddar sandwiches (although the sliced beef tastes a little too artificial at times). But if you put anything between their onion rolls and apply a liberal amount of Arby's or Horsey sauce, it's gonna taste good. This location is the closest to me so it's the one I frequent most. Like any fast-food place neither quality or service is consistently good, but if you know what you like and stick to it you shouldn't be too disappointed. We asked the clerk if we could buy a bag of ice in addition to our meals, and they didn't have a way to charge, but two employees stepped up to give us a carry out bag of ice. Honestly if you want a slow line and to miss a bunch of food, this is the place to go. They always miss something and if you tell them you're missing food, they get pissy and close the window. They always charge for their sauces and then don't give them. I literally just had an argument at the drive through because they said I had to pay change for my cheese sauce even though they just charged my card for it with my meal. Then when I explained it, I was told that I never even ordered it and was called a liar... uhm what??? Seriously don't eat here!! I was in the drivethru waiting for my food. Watching the girl in the window, she filled a Dr Pepper. It came out clear like the syrup was gone. So instead of changing it, she dumps it out and fills it with DIET Dr Pepper.. really? Asks me if I want any sauce, I say Arby's and Horseys. Hands me a bag of food, it was the complete wrong order. I said "this isn't my food" so she snatched it from me and closed the window. Comes back and hands me a different bag, I said "did you put Arby's and horsey sauce?" She says yes. So I pull up and she gives the car behind me the previous order that I had, that I TOUCHED ALREADY. Gross. So gross. Got home, guess what? No sauce. Worst experience ever. How hard is it to work in a drive thru? I submit a complaint on Arby's customer service website and all they had to say was sorry. Lol she needs to be fired.
