Received the Ramadan special. Paid extra for Pepperoni but I received my pepperoni very burnt and the dough of the pizza was raw. The " breadsticks" were so burnt you could not bite it. Paper thin.. crumbling. Not even in shape of breadsticks, and the box is just terrible. The kids spit it out. This is crazy..! You guys were better before the remodel. Cashier named Doha needs to be more professional, maybe apologize?!? She also stated there's no manager on shift. Never heard of a business without a manager. Update they remade the pizza and the breadsticks. She apologized in the end. Breadsticks were ok better than first time. Pizza was even worse than first time. Pizza was very wet, not sure what happened there. Nothing was sticking to the pizza not the cheese or pepperoni. Even the box was wet from underneath. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I ordered a Broccoli Chicken Pizza for delivery through the Alanos website. When it arrived, I discovered that it had mushrooms (I'm allergic), even though the menu did not list them as an ingredient. When I called Alanos, the manager refused to offer a refund or make a new pizza, and suggested that I contact Doordash for a refund--even though I ordered directly from the Alanos website. The food is honestly just bad. I don't know what is wrong with their chicken but something is wrong with it. My brother got food poisoning which resulted in diahera from the shawarma. I had a taste of their chicken myself--from the quesadillas to the subs to the calzone. And I'm not sure what is wrong with it but it has some weird taste to it. Almost like an undercooked taste or a dishwash taste. I have eaten chicken my whole life and I know that chicken does not taste right. And I don't even dare to try their beef, it's probably much worse. But besides the weird chicken taste, they are honestly nothing special. The pizza is soggy and overpriced. ($10 for a small pizza?!) Everything else is overpriced too. Food is not restaurant quality and it's something you can make at home to be honest. Don't take the risk when you know you will have a much cleaner environment and cleaner food at home. Best delivery pizza I've had in Dearborn, out of hundreds! They're in my top tier of non-VIP pizzas ... all of the standards, made above-standard! Plus some really interesting specialty combos if you're more adventurous. Everything is solid - the dense, chewy and deliciously (slightly) greasy crust that's not too thick or thin, baked well-done with a kiss of char on the top edges and toasty brown on bottom, adding more flavor and support for whatever you might pile atop. We had the Butter Chicken pizza and the Meat Lovers pizza. We took a gamble on the Butter Chicken pizza ... and it paid off. It looks stunning with green cilantro, purple/red onions and a butter golden yellow sauce. Spicy and complex in taste, the Indian flavors and slight heat with cilantro to brighten the landscape were a welcome change. There's no chalky rubbery cheese or salty greasy suspiciously tangy pepperoni here! Just fresh flavors in a really well done pizza!Our back up (in case the Butter Chicken flopped) was a Meat Lovers pizza. The bacon, sausage and pepperoni were tasty. The standout is the bacon! This meat lovers pizza isn't loaded with meat ... but it has ample amounts of high quality meat packed with flavor. The extra bulk isn't needed! The food is pretty good but it takes too long and the service isn't friendly. I've been a few times for lunch. Simple things like chicken tenders w/ fries take twenty-five minutes. With an hour lunch, I don't have time to wait that long when I can get the same thing from McDonald's in five minutes. Also, orders of chicken tenders don't come with any dipping sauce; that will cost you an extra .50. The service is ambivalent at best. There is no such thing as a smile here. There are a few tables if you want to eat in. They offer a cooler with bottled pop and teas as well. They do have a $5 lunch menu for those in the area who can afford to wait a little longer for lunch. You'll have to ask to see it when you're in the restaurant. Food had no flavor at all, fries were over cooked, steak and cheese sub had burnt meat in it with zero flavor. The pizza had zero sauce and flavor and the chicken sub also had zero flavor and was dry. I normally finish all my food but couldn't finish it today. Looking at my pizza and comparing it to my first order I can tell my pizza was not made fresh this pizza maybe was somebody else's who didn't come pick up their pizza so they sent it out to me ! The pizza looks old and tasted old and It wasn't even hot just Luke warm I had to microwave it and I saw when my Dasher picked it up it wasn't their fault either so Alano dont blame it on the Dasher and I'm very disappointed probably my last time ordering from here! What a disappointment. I'd seen someone else get food from here & it looked and smelled really good so it's been on my list. On my hunt for decent halal wings here in Metro Detroit, I decided to try this place out. I'll admit I had high expectations. What a disappointment. I started to get 14 wings so I'd have some for later but when I saw the price, I changed my order to 7. I opted for the grilled wings as a healthier option to the fried ones. Only giving a one star because I have to. Where to start.. I know that the usual time to deliver an order takes about 45 minutes, so I placed my order well ahead of time. An hour passes by, still no word. I call back to see where my order was and got yelled at by the lady who answers the phone, saying they're busy and then getting hung up on. 2 hours later my order arrives soggy and cold. Mmmmm cold cheese quesadillas. I tried ordering one more time to see what all the hype was about (a different time), they forgot half of my order. Im going to copy and paste my google review out of laziness. This place is very underrated. I can't speak on the pizza because I havent tried it yet but their wraps and salads are on point. Grab lunch from here 3 or 4 times a week. Chicken Taco Salad with their secret Cilantro Lime Dressing is the usual order. You cant go wrong with most of their wraps. I think they're focusing on their weakest menu items. Their pizza and subs are nothing special at all. Very Basic. Also, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. However, their wings are frickin' incredible. Seriously. Plain or fried, the flavor is remarkable. I'll say they're the best in the area, by a long shot. The plain wings have a faint taste of lemon pepper that isn't overpowering, but stays with you after each bite. The fried wings are huge and packed with flavor. There's a picture on this app that says one thing, the online ordering menu is different and the menus at the restaurant was different. I wasn't too concerned because it all sounded good and it was. We ordered lunch from this place on 11/06/17. We are not 1/4 mile away and the order was placed at 2:03 well past the lunch rush. The delivery driver came in at 3:11 and explained he had picked up the food 30 minutes prior. When I phoned to complain I was not so helped by Rhonda the manager (as she presented herself). Rhonda was rude and kept calling me "honey" and when I asked her to stop her reply was "are you offended by that?" Not professional! Next she basically told me that we could reheat the food and eat it later. I explained we missed our lunch due to not having our food. Again she said we could reheat the food and eat it 4 hours later. I explained to this rude woman that this was ridiculous and that I expected her to fix it.
