Amazing food and customer service. Had a burger and fries. Best food around. Can't wait to try the other food.
We've noticed Burger Shack over the years and have wanted to try it for a few years and finally found the opportunity. I wanted to try the award-winning burger but apparently all BBQ items can't be ordered online because they can run out. So we ordered quarter pounders (we prefer single to double patty burgers), the Cajun fries and the ranch fries with ranch sauce. The fries taste like they're battered and fried. They were delicious, particularly the ranch. We expected ranch on the side but it came on the fries and tasted great that way. The fries were crispy and just right. But each was a huge order, enough to split among three people with leftovers so we'd probably just order one to share next time. The quarter pounder was great quality for the price - $6. They let you select the temp of the burger so everyone could have it just the way they like it. The burgers were flavorful but a little messy to eat, so make sure you have a napkin at the ready. This is not road food. Next time, I'll phone my order in so I can try the award-winning burger.
I was a walk-in, not a telephone order. My order was prepared swiftly. The burger is outstanding - great beef flavor, sauces, fresh veggies and bun ... no duds. I ordered it cooked medium rare and arrived medium well; not a problem. They also have milkshakes made from hard serve ice cream! Will I return? Yes, I just wish the were more convenient. Pro Tip #1: Waze does not navigate correctly to Burger Shack. They are located across the street from Wendy's. Pro Tip #2: No parking lot; park on the adjacent side street.
Ohhhhh yeah Burger Shack got that good good! Could I come back here and order the whole menu please? I ordered take out and got the cheeseburger, cheese fries, and chocolate milkshake and yes it was all amazing! The burger was so moist and flavorful, i could eat 7. It was also very thick and was a big patty than normal. The cheese fries had the nacho cheese on it with thick cut fries and oh my goodness they were incredible. The chocolate milkshake was obviously a must too because you can't complete a meal without dessert. I swear this was one of the best burger and fries meal I have ever had and I can't wait to come back. I would say the downfall of this place is that I called ahead of time for takeout, they told me 20 minutes, and it took about 45. Apparently this is a norm for them so just judge accordingly and come like 15 minutes after the estimated time. It didn't look like they had many people working so that would probably explain it. I would still come back, the food was bomb and honestly so worth the wait.

Went there on a recommendation from my brother and of course for everywhere I travel outside Phoenix I want to make sure that I hit all these neat places the Burger shack is a unique Burger barbecue place order carry out only there's no standing in here anything they do have tables on outside during the summer time we had the philly chees es esteak the Western barbecue Burger and the ranch rise and to top it off the best thing that was on the menu was the Superman shake with the Superman cheesecake and trust me for all your old hands out there and remember to Superman ice cream this is take me to level 1000 Period My cousin and them had to Strawberry Shortcake shake which was awesome too as you can see from the pictures all the food is great this is a unique concept and even talk to some of the people that work there and ask them Hey you all need to bring this to the Phoenix area Phoenix good year Glendale this will be perfect out there. So if you're not doing anything you get opportunity to just get out and you want to try something very unique and different this is your place put the Burger shack on your radar and keep them there open there. You won't be disappointed
My favorite new place to eat while in Dearborn Heights. The brisket was so good, very tender and Smokey. All the meats are halal so that's a plus for me. The BBQ sauce was very good, sweet and Smokey. I went two days in a row because I just loved the food I ordered. I'm from the south and we love our BBQ especially brisket. I ordered the boss sausage and also Detroit Loaded fries, my daughter had the Swiss and Shroom burger with ranch fries. The burger was very juicy and the mushrooms and grilled onions just made it so delicious. They also give you so much meat that that I had it for lunch and dinner. Call your order in because it's not a dine-in restaurant
A friend shared her fave spot for burgers with me, located in a small shack on Telegraph. We managed to score parking spots behind the restaurant, later on in the evening. The menu includes burgers, hot dogs, and a huge selection of fries and other sides. I indulged in the Shack's Original burger with two juicy patties and the usual toppings, crispy (but unremarkable, sadly) fries, and a thick and tasty strawberry shake. I rarely have shakes so I slowly enjoyed every last bit of the sweet treat. While we camped out at the counter overlooking the road and chatted about work, a steady stream of customers opted for takeout. Note that orders can be placed online - something that regulars take advantage of. Service was friendly and personable.

But if I had to guess it probably was something like this burger I got from Burger Shack. I remember when this space was Moo Cluck Moo. I wasn't really into their burgers, but I am pleasently surprised by this new joint. I paid a little over $9 for a burger, fries and drink and it was filling. Everything was made fresh and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend as an alternative to Five Guys or Shake Shack (which is clearly what this place is going for).
I came here on a referral and they didn't disappoint! I ordered a western bbq burger, fries and a strawberry shortcake milkshake. My friend and I shared the burger and fries and the portion sizes were good enough that we both felt full after eating. Now that milkshake is another story....I fully intended on sharing but after my first sip we (I) decided that she needed her own! It was a small piece of heaven in a plastic cup! If you're in Dearborn or not stop by and give Burger Shack a try!
This place is like heaven on earth! I love it here! The food is fresh & the best quality. It's Halal duh! The Mac & cheese is so amazing! As well as the brisket is melt in your mouth delicious. The energy that he puts into this business and food you can taste the love for sure! It's an amazing atmosphere, the staff is great and super helpful' you must stop in and grab a burger!
Must order from the Aljooms Bbq menu. He makes the best halal brisket! So juicy and flavorful! My favorites are The Detroiter and Aljoom burger. The place itself is very small.. better for carryout.. they do have a countertop and stools where you can sit if youd like.
Omg the best lobster Mac and cheese and brisket Mac And cheese! I love aljooms! There food is always fresh and delicious. Can't never be disappointed. I also love his burgers. The burger is juicy and goood! I definitely recommend this place! Oh btw the wings are so good!

Okay! I have driven by this place hundreds of times. I finally tried it out. The food was great! The burger, albeit, a bit overcooked, was full of flavor and the bacon was well done - which is a good thing; it breaks apart when you bite into it - as it should on a burger! The brisket loaded mac n cheese is so full of flavor; I like the mustard added to the top. Service was quick. Will definitely be back! Oh wait the fries... while they looked like they were way over seasoned, the seasoning has a really palatable flavor - it's a little salty and a little sweet. read more

I had the traditional burger from Burger Shack. The burger was $9.99, and I ordered a 2nd patty for only $2 more. So, $11.99 for the double patty. The burger was tasty, and had enough juiceness. I would get this again. read more

Burger Shack hides in plain site on an unassuming stretch of Telegraph. The place is tiny and parking is a best efforts endeavor. Aside from the side street there isn't any specific parking for Burger Shack. That all said it's a small inconvenience for a great big meal! The glitzy front meets a no nonsense back in a frenzy of fantastic fried food. A packed kitchen cranks outta steady flow. Burgers of course but also BBQ, chicken and a wild array of neon colored desserts that are eye popping and mouth watering. And the shakes!! Holy cow it's like someone had a tip on a famine! Thick creamy and blend ins like Oreos and strawberry shortcake popsicles, holy cow! E Hass and friend L Kizzle were in tow after a spring break trip. Solid food was in order to put out that fire. We ordered like we were all going to the chair. Burgers,fries and shakes. High marks all around. Coated fries aren't my thing but they were still good. I forgot to take a picture of the burgers but look at the shakes. Hit this place, it's great. Burger Shack, is a little old place where we can get together......Go! read more

I was craving burgers and burger shack has been on my list of places to try, so I gave it a try. I had not eaten anything all day long and this was happened to be my only meal but it was more than enough. I end up going with their aljoom's burger and instead of BBQ sauce I went with spicy mayo. Aljoom burger came with a juicy brisket. Fries were definitely 4/5. The staff was really nice and friendly. The owner and rest of the staff checked on me about my food. I thought that was a really nice thing not seen anywhere else. Burger shack is a must visit place when in Dearborn Michigan. I posted pictures on Instagram and many friends and family already want to visit. read more

Was told it would be a 55 minute wait and we had to wait outside which was ok because they have chairs to sit it. You have to listen very hard to hear your order or name being called due to the mask and soft voices if the workers. The food was soooooooo worth the wait which really didn't seem that long because you will be distracted by the smell of the food cooking. EVERYTHING I ordered was fresh, tasty and I have returned back plenty. Call in orders from now on lol. The Burger was extremely big, Mac and cheese was good considering I didn't make it. The milkshake was the right amount of thick to avoid a quick melt!! read more
