I stopped in around 11pm because I saw online that they were open late. The employee asked if it was my first time and recommended I get the prime rice bowl. I took his suggestion and also ordered a 3 piece chicken tender. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I had about a 15 minute drive home and my bowl was still hot when I got home. The portion is huge and the flavors are great. I barley put a dent in the bowl that night, so I rewarmed it for lunch. My friend tasted it on the 2nd day and decided to go to Prime Eatery for dinner that night. The tenders were crunchy and full of flavor as well. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. read more

Wife and I had the double smashed burger, Nashville hot chicken sandwiches that were awesome!! Kids had steak bowl, chicken wings and the hand dipped chicken tenders, all were very good, as well as the ranch dressing, lol! Love the bowls, always packed and straight drop. Can't go wrong when wanting to try something new. The Mexicana bowl and the Prime rice bowel (adding hot Cheetos and jalapeños) are great staples. Service is also great and location is spacious. read more

I was expecting just another soy sauce rice chicken combo but was hit with an abundance of flavor within the first bite and enjoyed the bowl the entire way through. This place is really great! It's very clean, and everything is made fresh. I told the friendly waitstaff that I wanted tap water, and they told me to just take a bottled water on the house. The food is delicious, and the portions are large. I got the Prime burger (onion bun, 5oz patty, coleslaw, fried egg, turkey bacon, mozzarella sticks, onion ring, prime sauce), and my husband got the classic burger. Their waffle fries are so good, I have been craving them since I had them. We frequently go to burger joints, and the prices at this one were lower than most others places. We'll definitely be back! The one criticism I have is that I think ketchup and napkins should be available at the tables or counter so we don't have to ask for them. read more

Three times, within the past few months, my family and I went to prime eatery for Dine-In & take out. The first time we dined in and the food & service was great. It was pleasant, thorough & quick. However, the second and third time's with takeout, there were problems. The second time, my Son & I ordered nearly $40 ($37.96 to be exact). We ordered a Prime bowl, no tomatoes & grilled;1 House Salad; 1 Caesar Salad, both no protein & 1 Prime burger, no combo. My Son went to pick up the food, and hit back quickly. So, when we opened the food up and tasted the bowls & Prime burger, both were hot, fresh & tasty. Howeverwhen we viewed & tasted the salads, both were DRENCHED,in salad dressing so that you could barely see I he lettuce. TOO MUCH DRESSING & excess water on the salad leaves ( good maker rinsed in too much water & did not drain sufficiently or pat dry). The salads were SO SLIMY & soft, that the salads were in-edible. When I called back up to explain & to bring it to the Managers attention( Ali, he said his name was), was pleasant & UNDERSTANDING, BUT...he DID NOT offer to replace the salads. Instead, he said, the NEXT TIME we came to order, he would give us free items on top of our order. There's the rub, the predicament, if you will. He said " the next time we ordered. It would have been better & more acceptable customer relations, had he offered up replacement salads right then & there, WITHOUT expecting us to pay on future order in order to get compensated for inedible food on our current order! The third time we went there was simply for a late night snack on the way home from a days family outing. As they did not sell fried Mushrooms, I opted for ONION RINGS. The Cashier, a young man did not seem very helpful with my request and this is what I end d up with $5 for 5 Onion rings. Not a complete order. I showed the young man what he had given me & asked, since when do you charge $1 an onion ring? This is not even a whole onion. The order he sold me, barely even covered the bottom of the carton! He gave me a smug & sarcastic answer of " this is how we sell them & because our onion rings are housemade). I called him out in his crappy answer & asked him, when you order onion rings from here ANYWHERE have you, yourself EVER gotten this little onion rings for what you paid for it? He was cheating me, disrespecting me & didn't care. He also didn't know I also heard the cook rings, to him wait, "the order is not finished". And the young male Cashier was overheard saying "That"s enough. You put some in there right? She's not a regular customer. She doesn't even know the menu!" because I originally went in asking if they sold Fried Mushrooms because I saw they sold a bunch of other fried sides including french fries, waffle fries, macaroni bites, jalapeno poppers, and chicken nuggets. So, Fried mushrooms us not unusual for that kind of menu. In any case, I from gave back the order, refusing to accept it & asked for a full refund, which he returned. My Family & I have not returned &have no.plans to. I've also blasted it out on my personal & social media platforms to not buy from Prime Eatery Dearborn, citing, selective Poor Quality Customer Service. read more

I see this place all over Instagram advertising their food. Pictures did this place justice, not much for the taste. I ordered the food, went to pick it up the place was empty, they have little kids cooking in the kitchen, and there was barely any orders. Okay maybe they are having a slow day I thought. Inside was nice it's small, very quiet, and clean. As for the food when I arrived home, the food was already cold, the fries were hard and cold. I got the Mexicana fries it was nice but it could've used less of the orange sauce they put in there. They drenched it with that sauce even though I asked them to put the sauce on the side I received it on the fries. I made an order thru Uber . They did let me know thru notifications that some items were out and I was able to pick something or cancel . I picked something else . Burger was good the buffalo chicken wrapped tasted good but was very soggy . They squirt a lot of sauce in it .
