I was told their warranty is for 1 year but does that cover workmanship? I'm not very happy after all since the planks are throughout the entire house! Ibrahim helped us prepare our house for sale. He had fantastic ideas that made the best use of our budget and had a variety of professionals he could call on to address the variety of items needed. He was incredibly responsive whether that was items on our punch list that were missed by the contractors or new work we wanted to add to the scope of work. The painters did the interior and exterior and did an incredible job! The flooring including tile and carpet were well done. He also suggested we sand and stain the upstairs floor rather than replace it saving us money and the floor looked like new! We were having a plumber install a new stovetop and discovered the granite was 1/4 inch too small. We had no work done relating to granite, but called Ibrahim and he was able to get a professional out there the next day so we could continue with the install quickly. Ibrahim acted as a general contractor and was able to keep our project moving especially in our tight timeline of 4 weeks to get the house ready to put on the market. I first went to this store in 2021 after the snow storm required a kitchen remodel. I visited no less than ten times over the last few years. Finally was able to get the floors replaced. Tariq was never pushy, very helpful, offered suggestions without pointing me in one direction. My floors are complete and look amazing! I highly recommend this business. I had purchased flooring from someone else and the wrong floor was delivered and would be a month to correct. We had already started demo on our remodel. I went to Floor and Decor and they helped me find something similar in looks and quality. They have so many samples and options. Came out to measure and quoted me, which was a bit on the high end, nonetheless I asked about product availability to see how long it would take. The guy was supposed to get back to me the next day and never got back to me. I texted again two days later and he said he'd check inventory with the supplier and get back to me the next day. A few more days went by and nothing. I ended up putting a deposit for the install with another company for less as they got back to me when they said they would. I enjoyed working with Tarig. He took the time to explain different materials available and made fantastic suggestions when he came on site to measure the location. I originally wanted dark wood flooring - but I'm so glad he talked me out of it. The floors are gray now and I couldn't be happier. He took the time to bring samples to show me the difference in lighting in different rooms and how they can effect the look of the overall feel of the home. I took my time choosing a company for this home project and vetted many different companies. His pricing and willingness to work with me with scheduling has been a very enjoyable experience. I had a master bath renovation going on as well and needed them to come back to finish putting the flooring in. Tarig was able to work with me on scheduling and were able to schedule it within the following week and did an amazing job. The product itself took a while to arrive (almost 3 weeks) since I had almost 3,000 sq feet of flooring replace which I understand is out of the control of the flooring company. This was also around the holidays so I'm sure every transportation delivery truck was filled with Amazon Prime orders coming from China. (haha) However, once the product arrived, the installation process was a very smooth transaction. His employees were very knowledgeable and respectful. They were very efficient and within the week - they had demo'd thousands of square ft of tile, leveled the floors and installed the new floors along with shoe moldings. From picking out finishes to coming all the way to my home in south Austin to personally measure, and to the excellent job done on installation. Everything went so smoothly and fit perfectly. So we had tiles put down in July and it was supposed to take 5 days as predicted. Welp took 12 days. Had a one man crew most of the time to take up all the old tile and put new down .but sometimes we had another guy and a girl who came and swept up. The tile looks great that was installed .but when you really look is when you see the flaws.ok no problem I thought I will just call and get them back out . Well that's the hard part customer service sucks .I have repeatedly called and ask them to send a person to fix this. So we will agree upon a time you change plans to be there well no call no show ok not one time but like 20 no joke today they are supposed to be here at 4 but it's 4:34 called well he's gonna be here in 3 minutes but that was 15 minutes ago . Please don't do business with this company unless you like to be lied to and left with the job incomplete. Also they took the left over tile that I know was a half a box and left no grout. I paid 11,600 dollars for 1350 square ft.i do love the tile but not this company they will all lie to you. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. I wanted to go somewhere besides Lowe's the big chain store to give a small business a chance well never again. That's why I felt like I had to write a review if I can save one person the Hassle it's worth it. They showed up late daily, they were very messy, broke several of our things, and did not follow up on damage that they caused to the new wood flooring. Go somewhere else! I had Tarig come and give me a quote as said earlier prices are lowest around. Project for 20x20 porcelain tiles was $4000 I had to contact floor n design to confirm my installation day and time, they never called. So from the very beginning customer service was poor. Less than 6 months post installation I noticed a crack down the middle a tile. I contacted Tarig and he set up for the installer to come and fix it. This is when the trouble started, the installer never showed! A day wasted, took off of work for no reason! I rescheduled and second time around Installer showed up and fixed tile. A month later I had about 5 loose, shaking tiles! How does this happen?! It's less than a year. Keep in mind I have tiles in my kitchen which have been there for more 6 years and are still perfect. I set up another appointment with the installer and guess what....no show!! Again! Is this legit how does a company do business like this!? Another day wasted!!! Took off of from work for no reason. I calls Tarig and he said "installer is sick." Was someone supposed to call me!!?????? I had to call floor n design to know this, im I supposed to be the customer?? Finally had tiles fixed which was a sloppy job. Tiles were not lined up properly and sunken in. I contacted Tarig for some boxes of spare tiles to keep handy just in case I have to replace down the road. He said "should be 3 business days." It's been 3 weeks and no tiles!!! I called him two times and he said "there busy with the holiday season" what does that mean!? He took my number and said he will call me back. I'm still waiting! I ve never known of a business to operate like this. Instead of being treated like a customer I feel used and mistreated. After getting my money they left me high and dry. Flooring companies in the round rock / cedar park/ Austin area are a dime a dozen. I will not spend another cent with floor n design My word of advice is go elsewhere. read more

We decided to remodel our new home because the upgrades offered by Milestone were substandard. Tarig was very helpful in choosing the tile, installing the tile, and installing the carpet. They did 3000 sq ft. Great Job. The few tiles not level were taken care of promptly and with care. They installed some hand-scraped Hickory engineered floors in my office. Gave me a very good deal on some discontinued product - very competitive pricing. And, he had a good selection in his showroom. They installed as well, and it was a completely turn-key job. The crew pulled up carpet, prepped the floor, and did the install in around four hours. This has been the worse experience since we started remodeling our house. Home Depot has you pay for all materials and all labor before they start. We tore our home apart to make things a bit easier for installers. When installers arrived they said they had to check to see if floor is level {don't you think that should have been done before delivering all materials and turning my house upside down} It will be 3 weeks tomorrow and I finally spoke with Flooring Manager and he never offered anything or anyway to resolve. Found a close enough match, quoted a price, paid 1/2. Was called when promised and scheduled an install date.Installer was very pleasant, in/out, did his thing, took his hr break, and back to complete the job. When it comes to your home, happiness is PARAMOUNT! First and foremost, These guys pay attention to detail!!! and with me being in the Tattoo Industry, I have a super high expectation when it comes to detail! For my house, my wife and I went with a handscraped Royal Acacia Wood for the kitchen and entry-way, which was done BEAUTIFULLY by the way!..For the living room, hallway, and bedrooms we chose a Frieze carpet along with an 8lb memory foam padding that had a built-in Spillguard-barrier with it. They also were able to do Freshly white painted 4 inch baseboards for the whole house. For both bathrooms and laundry room, we went with a high quality commercial grade, 10 x 20 rectangular tile, which looks amazing when done brick-style, staggered. The choosing of these items were a true testament of the service i received.. Tarig (the Sales Manager) was able to give me much guidance and direction throughout the whole process..He assured me that the job would be nice and clean, and it was Exactly THAT! I might also note that he stopped by my house three times in a 6 day period to make sure that all the work was done to his and my expectation!.. These guys stand true to their work, and i would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is wanting floors done in their home. He went above and beyond my expectations in every aspect with the way he conducted business getting hardwood floors installed in our home. He was so very kind and patient in answering my many questions and he provided excellent customer service, even coming to measure our home after working hours so we could make a timely decision. He was also very accommodating on scheduling the install of wood floors and checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the install and if we needed anything. He was very honest and fair during the entire process, and was very nice and courteous to work with, sharing his knowledge but never being too pushy. I also wanted to give a big "shout out" to his installation crew headed by Crispen. They were very professional, talented floor installers who did a phenomenal job with the installation of our engineered hardwood floors. They were punctual, knowledgeable, meticulous with their installation, and left the job looking cleaner than it was before they started. They even took the time to point out a defect in a plug outlet that was uncovered during the floor preparations and helped troubleshoot what may have been causing the problem.
