As the doctor walked through we discussed that I was OK without transition lens, so I asked for those. The optician broke a frame screw trying to tighten the lenses. Then they sent the frame to the lens provider, who installed a new lens and said they couldn't repair the screw. Why would they do that? So now I have quite expensive lens in a damaged frame, and I discovered a few days later that they are also transition lens; lots of extra money for something I do not want. I should have issued in an itemized list. Not happy

The main issue I had with this company happened a few weeks after I used one of their trucks. I called the credit card company immediately because they notified me that I didn't have enough money in the account to cover those withdrawals. I had already paid the charge for time and use of the truck. Someone was trying to help themselves to additional monies in my account, the fact that my credit had been eaten up by their first charge was a godsend. When I inquired who was trying to take money from my credit card I was told it was the north Bend WA uhaul. I called them immediately the office girl told me I would have to speak with a supervisor. She transferred me to a man who hung up on me as soon as I confronted him about the attempt to withdraw. Secondly. I had been quoted a price then charged twice that per mile. We were told we could bring the truck back after closing in order to get it back because they needed it the next morning. We arrived after dark left the keys but I was charged a hefty fee to sweep out some glass from a broken light bulb. No one left a broom or explained that we would have to sweep it out. I called the person in charge after I was made aware and she said she would check out the overcharge both for mileage and sweeping. However I was billed for the full amount without the person getting back to me. I highly recommend not using this company or at least do not give them a credit card. This borders on criminal or at least elder financial abuse.

It is not just a place to buy bikes, but rent them too! I've seen The Line previously in random youtube videos where people would rent to ride around North Bend in or the trails, glad to finally see it in person. Biking is the norm in North Bend, and this store represents well. While Im a road cyclist, every visit here tempts me to dive into MTBs......
