It was a very eye-opening experience to see just how traumatic my collision was on my body. From there they took the time to explain how I should deal with my injuries at home (icing times, other exercises and things I could do along the way). They were very careful at first with adjusting me since my body was so sore/damaged. As time went on they increased treatment they would do and gave me advice along the way. They later let me know when I was ready to start physical therapy and gladly provided recommendations to me as well. I was very happy I chose to go here. The front office staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. They also have tea and nice cold water for you in the waiting room. I got a massage here too and even have gone to some of their other classes (meditation, yoga) as well and they have all been wonderful. All in all a great experience all around.
