The food was outstanding. The lamb was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What made the experience even better was the service from Murad. From the moment I sat down, Murad was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He got my food out quickly, checked on me throughout the meal without being intrusive, and before I left, he thoughtfully brought me a wonderful cup of tea to finish the evening. His warm smile, positive attitude, and professionalism made a great meal even more memorable. Restaurants can serve excellent food, but great hospitality is what keeps people coming back. The veggies were Radish, cucumber and tomatoes. It's not bad, dressing is different than expected. Their big pita bread is fresh and good, soft and billowy too. The hummus, pita and fattoush was out first. The hummus is smooth and tasty. The foul or stewed beans not too bad. It's a tad bland and was just warm, not hot. The half chicken is dry rubbed and you can smell it, it's quite nice. The meat is tender and not dry. Tastes good with the salsa dip. The side salad is the Iraqi salad with pieces of lemon in it, rind and all. Takes some getting used to eating it. The quzi lamb meat was tender, but fatty, but not dry at all. The cheese borag is literally a mozzarella stick inside of a spring roll wrapper. It's good. Some tomato based dip would make it better or something with it.

The Kabab was very good, however unfortunately I have to leave a one star review due to the old Iraqi bread they served us. The server was attentive and friendly, after taking all three orders, we waited a short time and food arrived for two of us, I was advised my order would take longer (fish n chips) must be unusual to order. Fatoush was brought out, it was loaded with pita chips, sort of a pita chip salad, all three dinners were substandard and barely edible. Not wanting to ruin the day, no one complained. If this is the new Habibs, stale greasy food, chicken swimming in sauce, and fish that is not cooked properly, HBibs is no longer on the list of places to eat. I can honestly say I am very disappointed in the food, and the server who left us with the food and never returned. Hopefully the management will attempt to set better standards moving forward.

We started off with the humus that had just the right blend of Chickpeas, lemon flavoring , tahini, and of course that garlic. The Tabouli Salad was perfect with Finely chopped parsley, scallions, diced tomatoes, combined , cracked wheat, lemon juice, and some specialty sauce that added to the flavors. We could not figure out all the flavors though. The salad was fresh, plentiful and enjoyable to eat. I order the charbroiled lamb chops which were served medium rare and served with Habib's Signature Potato Balls and I also had the. The lamb chops left out the charbroil flavor though but were still delicious. Very moist and delicious almond rice pilaf. My wife had the Chef's Signature Tawook which is a Young chicken tenderloin marinated with chef's specialty spices, grilled to perfection and hers was grilled to perfection alright along with a very moist almond rice pilaf with plenty of almonds and those delicious potatoe balls. Now for the double disappointment. Her parents each order the Beef Shish Kabob. Dad wanted lamb but they were out ? Anyway the beef kabobs are suppose to be Marinated chunks of beef tenderloin charbroiled & cooked to order. Normally you would get two skewered of meat anywhere else . What they got was 7 small pcs of kabob chunks of meat that were fatty, Chewy and tasteless. No excuse for this but they did not complain until I asked after dinner. Adding this all up as a rating it could have been a five but because for a table of 4 spending $200 with the two dinners being terrible I rate them a two. The service by Hussein was excellent but I would like to of had a second cup of their delicious coffee. He never asked... The lamb pork chops and Beef kabobs were served at market price. Probably won't go back.
