I had a rental property that was poorly managed and was being up-charged for repairs due to the negligence of the property manager. I reached out to Bruce to help me assess the situation - whether I should pay for the fee, whether to move to another property manager or sell the property. Bruce recommended selling and helped me market and sell in a short amount of time. He and his team were efficient and demonstrated a high level of integrity throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team and will use their service again in the Atlanta area.

These lessers dont understand that old houses (before 1950) need a fair amount of maintenance and upkeep. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget, and they have always been mindful of delaying my rent date when out on an assignment of lengthy orders. My only quip would be that sometimes there is no one in the office on the weekends and smaller maintenance requests get backlogged.

I agree with the first reviewer, Joe F 100%. The company is operated by incredibly incompetent and deceitful individuals, they always tend to "forget" critical things and due dates about your property all the time (including renewing your lease with the tenant and listing your property during the agreed upon time), and never communicate problems and updates until you reach out to check on them, which usually means things have been "forgotten." Please please stay away from this company!

Just read the letter I received from them after filing a complaint with the BBB (I will add that their policy clearly states they charge for cleaning fees as they deny in the letter). REGM Corp. 315 W Ponce De Leon Ave Ste 475 Decatur, GA 30030 Mrs. Villa, We recently received your Better Business Bureau complaint regarding your requested refund on your NON-refundable administrative fees. We are so sorry to hear that you are no longer in need of a unit at our community, however, as it was explained to you and that you quite literally understood the nature of the NON-refundable administrative fees, you are not eligible to be refunded the administrative fees due to your sudden change of mind. Management made the unit ready for move-in and held it in anticipation of your arrival. Nowhere in our literature that was sent to you does it state that the fees cover "cleaning," the NON-refundable administrative fees are meant to hold your unit and take it off marketing and other tools Management utilizes to market our property. Our policy on the NON-refundable fees were absolutely explained to you and you clearly understood this policy because you referenced the fees and that they were NOT refundable multiple times in your complaint. Should you need assistance in understanding the meaning of the term NON-refundable, Webster and Oxford publish an exceptional dictionary that is readily available at any local library as well as the internet. Hopefully this letter serves to explain the nature of our NON-refundable administrative fee policy. Sincerely, REMG Corp.

Deceptive and unethical. How their application process works:…read more -they take your application fee and run your credit IMMEDIATELY. KNOWING that they are accepting other applicants without telling your - after running your credit, they choose MULTIPLE APPROVED APPLICANTS (Unethical) -then they choose whoever pays first. But here's the deal: if you need to move in 1 day early, you have to bring your money to the office as a cashiers check. ALL THE WAY IN AVONDALE ESTATES. Whereas if you move in on their desired date (even if the house is empty) you can pay instantly online. Keep in mind, you don't know that there are multiple approved applicants. So as you're getting ready to go to the bank to get your check, someone can pay online and you lose your rental opportunity, that credit pull, and application fee. DECEPTIVE. horrible and unfair. Just beware when applying!!

Stay clear of this business!!! 360PMPRO should not be in business!!!!…read more Michael White represented his company as being professional and providing services as outlined in the contract. My property was move in ready, it had new paint and carpet throughout. I expected my property to be returned in the same condition. He clearly does not understand the job of a property manager and it is clear he does not understand how to manage finances or have competent staff. He should not be operating any business anywhere. The cost to repair my house to the condition before Michael White took over as property manager far exceeds the double deposit the tenant paid that he placed in my property. At the very least he should be held responsible. He claims to complete repairs and charge you for them, however, they are not completed or are faulty at best. To be clear, I am not going to allow Michael White and his company to steal from me. I, just like the others who have posted how awful he and his company are plan to pursue this to the legal limits of the law. There appears to be a pattern of how he deals with his customers. He does not return phone calls, manage the property, collect funds and not pay the owner, I could go on. If we all have to join forces to shut him down so no one else is a victim, count me in!!!! Moreover, whatever I can do to keep him from stealing, defrauding or mismanaging someone else's property, I will make sure I do my part to make that happen!!!!

This has resulted in significant property damage that remains unresolved to this date. I contacted Nicholas at this company immediately following the incident. While the company did acknowledge responsibility for the damage caused by the unit they manage, they have since failed to follow through with any action. No repairs have been arranged, and I have not been offered any compensation for my damages despite their acknowledgment. This is the second time this same unit has caused damage affecting my property. A reputable property management company has a responsibility to ensure that the owners they represent maintain their units to an acceptable standard -- particularly when neglect directly harms neighboring residents. This company has acknowledged fault yet still failed to make it right. I am requesting that this company take immediate action to: 1. Follow through on their acknowledgment of responsibility and arrange for full repair of my ceiling and any related property damage. 2. Compensate me for all losses incurred as a result of this incident. 3. Take corrective measures to ensure this unit does not continue to cause damage to neighboring owners. This company's repeated failure to hold their clients to a basic standard of care -- and their inaction even after accepting responsibility -- is a serious concern that reflects poorly on their business practices. I am seeking the BBB's assistance in reaching a fair and timely resolution.
