She always followed up when she said she would and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What started as me looking for a one-bedroom for myself eventually turned into needing a two-bedroom for my sister and me. She adjusted without hesitation and sent over a whole new list of options that actually fit what we needed. She really listened to everything I asked for and made sure the places she sent matched my budget and preferences. Apartment hunting can be overwhelming trying to stay in your price range and still get what you want, so having someone do the searching, send you options, and set up tours makes a huge difference. Candis definitely made this process easier for me. I also really appreciated how she checked in after I secured my place. She followed up at the 30-day mark before my move and again the week of my move just to make sure everything was going smoothly. That meant a lot. Their concierge service was helpful too with resources for movers, rental insurance, and getting utilities set up. They were quick and responsive. Just imagine paying close to $2,100 a month in bills, with $1,870 to $1,890 of that going toward rent and fees, only to step in or over pet feces, walk through "secured" doors that aren't actually secure, and deal with being assaulted or having the police wrongfully called on you as a Black woman--while standing at your own address in a bathing suit. Despite providing proper notice and vacating the property on September 1, 2024, they issued an unnecessary demand for possession. Throughout my tenancy and even now, communication has been extremely poor. The property management and their corporate office have consistently failed to respond in a timely manner, showing a lack of professionalism and good faith in addressing tenant concerns. Their overall service has been unacceptable, and I would strongly advise future tenants to be cautious and document every interaction carefully. Proceed with caution if considering these properties.
