I met Adam almost 20 years ago, when he was starting out in real estate and following in his…read morefather's footsteps. He helped me a great deal with my part-time business of selling and buying homes after the real estate collapse of 2007. During that time, he was my reliable and honest real estate agent for about 15 homes. Throughout the buying process, we often discussed how much I should offer, and he was almost always the one pushing for a significantly lower price, even when that increased the chances that the transaction might fail and his commission would be reduced. He sold my house when I moved out of Atlanta in 2016, and he is my go-to real estate agent, with the statistics and experience to sell my rental house in Georgia.

I had a rental property that was poorly managed and was being up-charged for repairs due to the negligence of the property manager. I reached out to Bruce to help me assess the situation - whether I should pay for the fee, whether to move to another property manager or sell the property. Bruce recommended selling and helped me market and sell in a short amount of time. He and his team were efficient and demonstrated a high level of integrity throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team and will use their service again in the Atlanta area.

28/M/Military, I have never had a problem with Eric Davis Group. Despite the other reviews, I've…read morelived in one of their houses for about 2 years now, and service calls have always been timely( less than 48 hours), and documents always came back over email within a few days. Greg is a great manager. Benji, their maintenance contractor, does great work and is very respectable with true country-boy know how on fixing issues with the old houses that Eric Davis Group specializes in. These lessers dont understand that old houses (before 1950) need a fair amount of maintenance and upkeep. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget, and they have always been mindful of delaying my rent date when out on an assignment of lengthy orders. My only quip would be that sometimes there is no one in the office on the weekends and smaller maintenance requests get backlogged.

I can sum up our experience with the Eric Davis groups to one word: terrible! I am a home owner…read moreand the Eric Davis group is managing (which will end soon) our property. I agree with the first reviewer, Joe F 100%. The company is operated by incredibly incompetent and deceitful individuals, they always tend to "forget" critical things and due dates about your property all the time (including renewing your lease with the tenant and listing your property during the agreed upon time), and never communicate problems and updates until you reach out to check on them, which usually means things have been "forgotten." Please please stay away from this company!

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE star, I would. They are unprofessional and clearly need to…read morefind happiness. It's sad that people are so miserable with their life, they feel the need to belittle others. But it's fine, I'm not moved by what they say, because I am happy and confident in who I am as a person. I just don't want anybody else to go through this and the reason I'm writing this review. Just read the letter I received from them after filing a complaint with the BBB (I will add that their policy clearly states they charge for cleaning fees as they deny in the letter). REGM Corp. 315 W Ponce De Leon Ave Ste 475 Decatur, GA 30030 Mrs. Villa, We recently received your Better Business Bureau complaint regarding your requested refund on your NON-refundable administrative fees. We are so sorry to hear that you are no longer in need of a unit at our community, however, as it was explained to you and that you quite literally understood the nature of the NON-refundable administrative fees, you are not eligible to be refunded the administrative fees due to your sudden change of mind. Management made the unit ready for move-in and held it in anticipation of your arrival. Nowhere in our literature that was sent to you does it state that the fees cover "cleaning," the NON-refundable administrative fees are meant to hold your unit and take it off marketing and other tools Management utilizes to market our property. Our policy on the NON-refundable fees were absolutely explained to you and you clearly understood this policy because you referenced the fees and that they were NOT refundable multiple times in your complaint. Should you need assistance in understanding the meaning of the term NON-refundable, Webster and Oxford publish an exceptional dictionary that is readily available at any local library as well as the internet. Hopefully this letter serves to explain the nature of our NON-refundable administrative fee policy. Sincerely, REMG Corp.

Long, professional, rewarding relationship! Cooper Brown…read moremanaged my rental property for over 20 years. This team has a sense of urgency, and professionalism that is hard to find in a property management company. I can't recall having a vacancy last even a month as they were able to find tenants quickly with a reliable payment history. When maintenance issues arose they were quick to notify me, present solutions, and hire the right individuals to resolve the issue. They are well versed in household repairs so they are able to keep the cost down and vendors accountable. They also kept the tenants happy throughout the repair process as well. I was fortunate to have this team work for me and would hire them again without hesitation. David, Steve, Nicholas, Jason and team did and continue to do an incredible job. Thanks for your help over the last 20 years! -George V

On April 9, 2025, a water leak originating from the bathroom of the unit above mine -- managed by…read morethis property management company -- caused my ceiling to collapse. This has resulted in significant property damage that remains unresolved to this date. I contacted Nicholas at this company immediately following the incident. While the company did acknowledge responsibility for the damage caused by the unit they manage, they have since failed to follow through with any action. No repairs have been arranged, and I have not been offered any compensation for my damages despite their acknowledgment. This is the second time this same unit has caused damage affecting my property. A reputable property management company has a responsibility to ensure that the owners they represent maintain their units to an acceptable standard -- particularly when neglect directly harms neighboring residents. This company has acknowledged fault yet still failed to make it right. I am requesting that this company take immediate action to: 1. Follow through on their acknowledgment of responsibility and arrange for full repair of my ceiling and any related property damage. 2. Compensate me for all losses incurred as a result of this incident. 3. Take corrective measures to ensure this unit does not continue to cause damage to neighboring owners. This company's repeated failure to hold their clients to a basic standard of care -- and their inaction even after accepting responsibility -- is a serious concern that reflects poorly on their business practices. I am seeking the BBB's assistance in reaching a fair and timely resolution.
