The toenail design wasn't exactly what I had asked for or what I showed in the reference photo, but it was close enough that I could live with it. However, after I got home, my fingers started to sting. I realized I had several small cuts around my cuticles and skin. It became clear that my skin had been nicked in multiple places during the manicure. During my appointment, the technicians were frequently on a video call and spent most of the time chatting with each other in Vietnamese. They would often stop working on my nails just to continue their conversations before resuming. Unfortunately, it felt like they weren't fully focused on my manicure, which may explain why I ended up with so many cuts on my fingers. To be fair, they were not rude at all. WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD & MALPRACTICE…read more I just read through the reviews and I see a lot of people experienced similar îf not the same type of aggression & disrespect that I did and that's unacceptable for any business who is being paid for a service to treat their customers so unprofessionally this way. Had the most painful experience. I would like to share with anyone planning on going out of respect for them & to avoid what I went through, never been through such a bad experience with a salon in my life. Do NOT go to this salon if you value your health and safety. I had a horrific upsetting & traumatic experience here that left me with a severe physical injury. During my appointment, the nail technician was incredibly aggressive and rude. She used her tools so violently that she sliced completely through my real, natural nail plate into the deep, pink flesh of my nail bed. I was left with a deep, agonizing, bleeding laceration. Instead of stopping the service to provide proper, sanitary first aid or acknowledging how badly she hurt me, she tried to minimize and hide the injury. I repeatedly informed her of the pain. And until I was physically bleeding, she didn't stop. I even had to force her to stop. And to make matters worse, She actually tried to pressure me into letting her put another fake nail set right over my open, bleeding wound. I had to refuse to protect myself, as trapping a raw cut under plastic and chemicals is a major infection hazard. I'm honestly appalled. Hannah was the main one laughing at the situation not helping & I'll add the individual later. When I complained, she refused to take responsibility and claimed it "wasn't her fault." To make matters worse, the rest of the staff joined in to minimize my pain, bad-mouthing me in their language, and laughing at me while I was actively bleeding and in tears. I speak multiple languages, so I understood part of what they were saying about me. It was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and ugly of them to injure me and show zero kindness or care. I called them out for and said that's unacceptable to treat someone the way they treated me. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone and do not recommend this shop. They are not only unhygienic but disrespectful and unprofessional. I am currently in severe, agonizing pain, unable to sleep, and having to seek professional medical treatment at urgent care because of their negligence. They are cruel, unprofessional, and a massive liability to anyone who sits in their chairs. I would not wish this on anyone, and I don't want any woman to go through the pain I'm feeling of having my nail bed sliced, the extreme pain of not being able to move or use my hand, and the constant throbbing in it.
