The issue here is he has grown and a few things have fell short but we have been overlooking them until recently. He has hired "helpers" to clean the pools in most areas, I haven't seen him come out in months in return we have been receiving subpar cleanings, I have had to recently call them back out because his helper didn't get the air out of my system when he left and it continued to gurgle for over 24 hours! I will attach an email where his company sent out, our AGREED price was always $185.00 period! I noticed these last 2 months I'm paying over $200 now, he says well we sent an email out but NOWHERE in this email states he is starting to raise the price due to this new payment method, he knew what he was doing and snuck in this on the customers without their knowledge, I would have cancelled when they first changed if this would have been in the email. He was very DECEIVING by doing this. After a year of service he sends this message out, Good Afternoon Just heads up. We are making changes to the monthly pool service. Going forward the monthly pool service will based of a 4 week pool maintenance visit. For example this month had 5 visits and we are not charging for that 5th visits. 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 2/29 Oh so now you are charging per 4 weeks now moving forward, not monthly. SHADY! I called Javier and explained my issue with him, and his clerk says he's adamant about the extra charge. No problem, I don't have to hire you my pool is very easy to maintain and I have options. If you weren't SHADY and trying to sneak more money out of me in the first place I wouldn't have cancelled. I would AVOID this company, for over $200/month you can get someone that isn't a helper cleaning your pool!

You have called numerous times and I was either at an appointment or with my doctor and I could not pick up your call. You have sent emails and text messages as well. Now I paid your first service invoice promptly. I've owned 2 businesses in the past, to harass a client if past history is paying his obligation timely is not good business. I'm telling this to you from past experience. I'm not sure if you've had difficulty in collecting from other clients for past services or not however I pay my bills. Now, Pete, your technician called me prior to servicing my equipment and sounded very professional and courteous. However upon completion there were a few balls which were dropped. You graciously removed the charge for the pool cleaning. As I mentioned before greatly appreciated. The reason I waited a bit before remitting payment is simple, the pool water was green when I arrived home yesterday and the pool service had been completed. I ran the pool pump overnight to see if it would clear up which it has to about 90% clear. So, as I am sure you are as busy as I am throughout the day time is a commodity I cannot waste. I have numerous phone calls, emails and text messages coming in and going out that I have to deal with in regards to the facility that I am in charge of but that being said your payment is on my list and as I told you earlier in a phone call, it will be submitted to you by the end of the business day, 4-13-23. Payment was submitted to this business 4-13-23, my trouble with this business was how the owner was harassing me for payment less than 4 hrs after they finished the work. I used their services 2 weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my pool filter and they were paid the next day. So for the owner to call me numerous times, to text me numerous times to send emails numerous times was pretty obnoxious. He was paid the next day for the previous service and was paid the next day for this service, which by the way was over $700. In addition they told me they would be on site Tuesday at 1000 hrs, they showed up at 1800 hrs. No calls, no texts saying we are running late. I understand things come up but communication is helpful. So would i recommend them? I hate to see any business fail but encourage your customers to return not leave an never return.

They replaced both pumps effortlessly and affordably. The pool heater problem turned out to be not the heater, but my gas line which was quickly identified as the culprit. The line was full of water. They blew out the line and hooked it back up and it now runs like a charm. Both Daniel and Brian remained courteous and extremely knowledgeable at all facets of my entire system. I can quite easily without hesitation recommend them for the maintenance on any part of a pool system. I know I am finally completely satisfied at finding a company that can meet any of my future problems (which we all know will happen -- not if, but when). Now, if I can only find an electrician ....

They came in professional smart and knowledgeable they quickly won our bid and eventually signed with them. The reason they won out bid is because of all the positive things they were saying. They were promising us to be there everyday that there was workers and that their contractors were a phone call away waiting to work. Promises we quickly learned were empty. Michael and mike started off great on the physical work. The workers came in and dug the pool formation and quickly set the steel within 2 days but that was as bright as this project got to be. From that point forward they spiraled downhill and quickly. Days became weeks before workers would show up and every time there would be an excuse as to why someone didn't show up. On multiple occasions I'd stay put at home waiting for workers to show up and they never would. I would let it slide but after multiple experiences I quickly noticed I had gotten myself into something bad. My pool was being built from June17 and wasn't finished till mid August. With about a month of wasted time. With all the wasted days that had past Michael made the decision to go ahead and plaster my pool before the deck was even complete because of Harvey coming and a decision I was never notified of. Unfortunately his workmanship shows in the plaster and other professionals have told me the plaster was rushed and done very bad. When the storm passed they came back to finish my deck and drainage. Which does not even do its job. Please view photos. Another thing I'd like to review is Cali Pools of Texas will rush to receive their money even if the job is not complete. Please be completely aware of this company they are not professional and it is much safer and less of a headache to go with the bigger companies. Overall Cali Pools of Texas is not a trustworthy company to work with at all with very low business ethics and workmanship. I would not recommend to go with them. Go professional and not amateur. I do not have the ability today to go back and make the right choice by sending Cali Pools of Texas away but if I did I'd surely do it.
