Bought our Jacuzzi at the fair and everything went well. If you go with them, the only thing I would be concerned about is timing. We had an issue with the electric at our house and needed to reschedule the final connection. We had to schedule another week out due to their busy schedule. So I will have a Jacuzzi sitting in our backyard for 2.5 weeks before we can use it. :( So be sure everything is to spec and 100% ready or they will walk away. They made no accommodation/exception for the reschedule. read more

Please use caution if buying here. I've had tub less than two years and am second-guessing my decision to purchase. I thought this brand was the best. Multiple lights have been broken and most recently, I had to request help to open the spigot to start the tub draining. The service person (will not name here) had to replace the spigot as it broke when he tried to open it. I assumed the tub would be drained by now, 48 hours later. No - not a drop has drained. So I must start the pleading process with them again. Meanwhile, I have a $125 invoice from them for this "service". ????? read more

She answered all our questions, explain the types of hot tubs, the pricing and delivery. This location was clean and you could actually get into the hot tub to try it out. Christian was so knowledgeable that you'd think he'd been doing this for a decade! I just purchased my first ever jacuzzi. I did some searching at other stores but from beginning to end the level of service at Aqua Paradise was a step above. First, this location has several floor models that you can actually try out to really tell the difference between models and the different jets. I initially intended to get the cheapest available but one test run later and I was sold on the difference between the 200 and 300 models. Christian who worked with me answered every question I could possibly think of and several I never considered. I was informed of everything I needed from dimensions in our backyard, size of access to the property, type of electrical lines ect. Purchasing was simple and easy and my different options were clear on how to proceed from beginning to end. When I bought here I got everything in one go from delivery, installation, initial filters, top loader and step. No hidden costs and my only surprise was when it got here earlier than expected. When they were done with their job I just needed to wait for it to heat and then plop in and achieve bliss. I love my new J-315 and will recommend Aqua Paradise to anyone who is shopping. read more

Once received the delivery people cracked the panel. No big deal, we were happy with our spa and the panel was replaced about 3 months later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR HOT TUB.I never leave reviews but if I can help one person, I feel that I should. I bought a hot tub here (yes it broke twice already). I have had them clean/change the water several times as well. This last time they also changed the filters. Of course I trusted it was done correctly. When I did come out to use my tub for the first time after this last cleaning...there was an error code and tub wouldnt work, the water was dirty, and the new filters were already dirtier than the filters I had prior for two years. It was a mess. The service manager proceeded to blame me even though I hadnt used the tub since they cleaned it last. They would not come out and clean my water again for free. They said its my fault. Even told me it was possible somebody jumped my fence and broke into my yard and used my tub and thats why it was dirty. Yes, those words came out of their mouth. Then they said the cleaning chemicals which they sold be and told me to use from Day 1 were not the correct chemicals now and that could be the reason. Why did you sell it to me? We bought a hot tub in February, 2022 and they came to fix the lighting that didn't work in March, and we found one of the head rests was destroyed before we even used it. It looks awful with the missing headrest and it's not comfortable without it. We have been trying to get the head rest replaced since March. It is now July and it still has not been replaced. We keep calling and they say they'll order it but nothing happens. I would buy my spa somewhere else if I had it to do over. This is terrible customer service. I had purchased a Jacuzzi then two days later I was put in intensive care so I had to cancel the purchase. I tried calling the shop and the first person told me that wasn't an option so I said I wanted to speak to the manager, he said to call back the next day. Still in the hospital I called the following date, the manager was sympathetic to my plight but had to talk to the owner. I was on hold for awhile and he finally told me that it would be ok! The problem lies that the owner charged me a 15% restocking fee!!! The jacuzzi I had chosen was a floor model which was never moved to be restocked and I know that all the owner had to do was call the company and cancel the one that would of come in to replace the stock model. So basically I got charged 1300 bucks for a phone call! That in my opinion is quite the money maker for doing absolutely nothing. I appreciate they gave me my money back but the restocking fee should only have been maybe 5%. That would have covered the call to the distributor to cancel the order. Needless to say not very professional on the owners part. I am out of the hospital now! read more

DO NOT BUY A SPA FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS THEY ARE THE WORST FOR MANY REASONS. They have horrible customer service and they lie to get you to buy their spas. We went in to buy a spa in May 2021. They were very nice during sales process (a total scam) just to get you to buy a spa. They promised us that we would have are spa by July 4, 2021. They showed us their supposed company paperwork that the spa was on a truck on the way to San Diego and we would have it in June. We paid over $38,000 for our spa based on their promises. We then hired a contractor on a rush basis to get ready for the spa to be delivered before 7/4/21 and paid 20% extra for the rushed work. Then, we had no contact from this company. We left countless messages for the sales person and she told us our spa wasn't built yet!! WHAT!!! They told us the spa was already on the way to SD before we paid. We asked many times for the owner to call us and he never did. They completely ghosted us. We paid and they didn't care. After emails, calls and texts all we got is that the spa wasn't finished. All lies. We received our spa. August 5, 2021. Over a month late!! This company is the worst. BUYER BEWARE!! You will not get what they promise before you pay... read more

This company is amazing. I purchased a spa from a manufacture and unfortunately all I gotwas delivery on the Jacuzzi. I did not know where to turn for help. Aqua Paradise was referred to me by a friend. I spoke with Andy at Aqua Paradise and although I did not purchase the Jacuzzi from him, he set me up with a technician who will come out to the house tomorrow to have it up and running He promised he would call back within the hour and he contacted me twenty within minutes .
