We went to 3 different hot tub stores in San Diego with our 1 million questions, and Mick was by far the most knowledgeable, the least pushy, the most willing to make a deal (throwing in freebies), and even gave us a phone # to text if we had additional questions (we did lol). Not to mention that, he also had the best price and the best products that no other hot tub store sold: HDPE (basically bulletproof hot tub not susceptible to water or termite damage and insulates super well) with high horse power jets for our lower back pain. In a nutshell, save yourself some time, and just go straight to EcoSpa Elite West and go see Mick! read more

Eco Spa West - E6 HDPE EcoSpa Hot Tub - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - San Diego, California

Outstanding Product & Service! We recently purchased the Eco Spa E2 from Eco Spa West, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The hot tub itself is everything we hoped for--energy-efficient, durable, and incredibly comfortable for two people. The hard cover design is a game-changer, making maintenance easy and keeping the heat in, which helps with energy savings. The E2 model is really the only model that would work for our small patio. Beyond the quality of the spa, we were extremely impressed with the team at Eco Spa West. From our first inquiry at the San Diego Home Improvement Show, where we met Brad and Mickey, to the final installation, their customer service was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions, helping us choose the perfect spa for our limited space. The installation process was seamless--despite having only 4 inches of clearance beyond the required space, their team navigated the setup flawlessly. They ensured everything was positioned perfectly before leaving, demonstrating both expertise and attention to detail. The options to run the spa with 110v makes this spa one of the few options if you don't have a 220v circuit. While the spa does run adequately on 110v it does take time to get up to temperature using the economy setting. I would recommend using 220v power. If you're looking for a high-quality, eco-friendly spa backed by outstanding service, we highly recommend Eco Spa West! read more

I have had many spas over the years. The Eco Spa product is superior in several ways. It is a one piece injection molded unit. Sort of the YETI idea. Very efficient and sturdy. Simple controls, but sofisticated programing. 4 seats and 230 gallons. Very compact. The lids are also one piece and easy to remove. They latch down and cannot blow off. Same tough material. They offer a lifetime warranty on structual integrity. Talk to Brad in Miramar. He really knows this product, how its made, and the owners. They will build it to order. I got the 4hp pump which blasts. read more

Eco Spas are the best , Mick is so knowledgeable and helpful I purchased an E2 for my wife and I it is perfect for the 2 of us

It's a no brainer! After having a love/hate relationship with most spas and hot Tubs out there for the past 25 years I may have found the perfect spa. We went to the Pomona Home show around the first of the year to just get out of the house, with no intention on even looking at spas. I just happened to glance over and seen these spas/hot Tubs with these I ingenious lids, so I had to inquire about them, that's where I met Mickie. He began telling me everything I needed to hear how EcoSpa had addressed all the issues most people hate about spas for their home. I couldn't really find a down side to these spas but I told Mickie I wouldn't want Chlorine or a Bromine water in my spa, and he even had a solution to not needing to have those chemicals in the water. He told me about a product (Pure N easy) that basically turns your spa into mineral water with little or no harsh chemicles. Thank you Mickie and we look forward to many happy years with our new Eco Spa. :) :) :) read more

The Ecospa was bought two years ago. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. The lid has a secure fit when closed. It only takes one hand to open and close the lid. All is needed is a cement area like a patio to place it on. Then, only an outlet is needed to plug in the Ecospa. Very reliable a little spa care. read more

So I really enjoy my hot tub. It's super clean and easy to use. It could look a little more fancier to my taste but it's functionality beats any other hot tubs out there (after having multiple jacuzzis and fixing them every year). I love the simple maintenance eco spa requires and it's always ready for me to use. The lid keeps the water always hot and sparkly clean so I don't need to use harsh chemicals. The clamps can be easier to maneuver but it keeps a tight seal over the whole unit. Would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends. read more

I purchased the 3 person ECO SPA four years ago and absolutely love it, especially the ease of moving the top. The outstanding customer service four years later is to be bragged about. I was having trouble finding the replacement filters during the shutdown from COVID19, my local spa store recommend I contact ECO SPA directly. So I did and Mickey McKeehan, personally went to the filter manufacture to find the filters after a couple weeks of the order not being filled. Thank you so much. I LOVE ECO SPA! read more

Hey, I'm really happy with this Spa. I placed it into the rain forest near Volcano HI. I purchased the spa from the San Pedro Boat show where I saw Eco Spas display. The managing organizer of Eco Spa was great helping me with the difficulties I faced getting shipped and delivered here at my home in HI. Using the spa high up on Kilauea in the rain forest under a clear star filled night is wonderful. Spa is: quiet, up to 104 Degrees F, Cool LED lighting, Unique lid closure system, Phone app controllable, Great service, Rotary molded (best construction for spa), Good price. read more

I've owned my Ecospa for over 4 years now, and it's truly one of the best investments I've ever made. The quality of this spa is outstanding and in the years I've owned it, I've never had any trouble with it. Change the water every few months, keep the filters clean and your chemicals balanced and you're good to go. I'm sure most spas are created equal, but I can honestly say the outer shell with the hardtop lid (one of the main reasons I choose this spa was the hard top lid) has stood up to the blazing heat and winter cold with never a warp or crack to be seen. I do have to disagree with the one star poster about the Adelanto sales team at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. Maybe he just rubbed them the wrong way or there is something more to his story. They invite you to sit in them and stand on the lids to show how tough they are. I've only had great customer service from the day of purchase and every time Ive seem them after that. Ive seen the Ecospa West Adelanto team at different events around SoCal and I can honestly say you will be treated more like a friend than a customer. I have soaked in my spa so many times I've lost count and have enjoyed every minute of it. The price is great and well worth every dollar! read more

I have really enjoyed the spa. Good quality as it takes a beating in the sun, but don't count on professional service when needed. I tried to have service done and the customer service from Mikey was little to be desired very poor communication said his guys were out of town and he would send someone the following week. No follow up until I called and text 9 times then he texted me at 9:30 pm to say he can come next day. Not enough notice when I texted him back next morning trying to set up a appointment.... I got no response. On the 1st phone call with Mikey also said the problem was probably a pump and that was $350 min charge. Not sure how someone can diagnose a problem when they have not seen the spa or situation. After my last call to Mikey I called a local company after 6 weeks of trying to get an appointment with Mikey with no avail. The local spa repair guy I used instead came out within a couple of days The problem was a $10 fix bad valve he fixed and spa is up an running. read more

We have had our eco spa for about a year and love it!! Everyone from the salespersons Daniel and Micheal were super friendly and knowledgeable! My husband says it's the " Yetti" of hot tubs because of how well the cover seals in the heat. We highly recommend this spa to anyone!! Thank you, Elizabeth read more

I ordered the Eco Spa E2 2 person spa at the 2019 Long Beach Grand Prix in California. It was delivered in perfect condition to my home in Utah 2 months later. I am very impressed with the workmanship of the spa and has been working flawlessly ever since. I love the built in clamshell insulated cover. I have contacted Eco Spa a few times about winterizing my spa in anticipation of winter conditions but not about issues with the spa. Each time that I called I was connected with a representative that was not only very helpful but very courteous as well. There has never been a moment that I have regretted my purchase. Actually, the only regret that I have is that I didn't buy a larger Eco Spa. read more

Your brand ambassadors at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach were rude. If you are trying to sell your product you shouldn't have people working there that ridicule people wanting to check out the product. I work for American Honda who owns Acura who sponsored the event. I don't think that puts us in a good light when vendors at our events treat attendees and potential customers rudely. You only got a star because otherwise this would not post. read more

Great spa. Quick delivery and set up. We use it almost nightly and it holds the correct temperature perfectly.

I have owned an Eco Spa for 3 years and absolutely love it. This is my sixth spa and my favorite of all of them . What I like the best is the ease of removing the cover. When I use it by myself, I can flip open just one half of the clamshell lid. The cover swings open and rests on arms at the sides of the spa so I don't have to lift a heavy, waterlogged piece of foam, which just molds and has to be tossed after a few years . This hard cover should never have to be replaced. The controls are easy to use, and the spa material is a snap to clean. I start every day with coffee in my Eco Spa hot tub! Did I say I love my Eco Spa? read more
