(Actually the extra 1,300 miles) BJ pools serviced my pool in Fairfax Station for 10 years and did an amazing job. I moved to Texas 5 years ago and in February had a complete pool system failure due to the week long sub freezing temperatures. After contacting local pool companies who all said they couldn't help due to parts shortages, I reached out to BJ pools who not only remembered me after 5 years but immediately helped me identify the necessary replacement parts and shipped them to me here in Texas.
