I discovered that my pool pump wasn't working and panicked because I was going out of town. I called San Diego Pool Care and they suggested I send a video to help them diagnose the problem, which I did. Turns out the pump was fine. They said to try and prime the pump. Diego is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He guided us through selection of all the equipment we needed to replace our old equipment. He was patient over a lot of back and forth and guided us to maximize features with our Pentair system within the budget we had to work with. He was able to relocate where our system sat, re-ran all the piping, installed the system, prepped the piping for pool solar and more. Afterwards, we had many issues come up with our old pool completely unrelated to his work (stuff we didn't change yet), but every time I reached out to him, he always replied or called back and has spent a lot of time walking me through the problem and a solution. Diego is not just great with his expertise of pools and spas and their equipment, but he understand and practices amazing customer service.
