So what happened to me was a wasted summer with no pool and an increased water bill plus being charged for a cleaning service that couldn't do the job. I could see if just one of them said "Look Sir. There's nothing we can do." That never happened. They just showed up when they felt like it and charged me.

I've also had Alex come out and he is fantastic as well. I needed to have a pump replaced and a part in my heater done. Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. They're scheduling system and payment system are automated and very efficient and easy to navigate. Appointments are made promptly and you were able to confirm from your phone. There were issues getting the waiver paperwork sent over, and it took longer than expected to receive the final invoice. I was also told I would receive a referral for a repair contractor but never heard back on that front. ​Overall, they do great work and the first impression was excellent--if the back-office follow-through were a bit faster, it would be a five-star experience!

Beyond base pricing (and chlorine), they bill for most necessary chemicals separately. This happens multiple times a month so expect an extra $35-$70 on your bill. Don't forget required filter cleanings at an exorbitant price. I would look around for a place that won't nickel and dime you. Also, $220 a month for a service (mid level package) that does not even clean leaves from the pool is outrageous.
